Description
The present invention relates to a rinsing and Abdrückvorrichtung for a connection fitting, in particular for a flush-mounted connection fitting.
Usually, the fitting body of the connection fitting four pipe connections, namely a cold water and a hot water inlet and a leading example, a shower device pipe connection and a leading example, a tub inlet pipe connection. Other uses for the pipe fittings leading away from the fitting body are also possible. There are also, for example, variants of the fitting body with a cold water and a hot water inlet and an individual, leading to a single point of use pipe connection. On the fitting body, a control body is attached to the functional and tightness test and the flushing, to which the user-operable valve is connected. By means of at least one control panel of the fitting, a user can selectively activate and deactivate the water supply and the mix incoming hot and cold water, so that water in the desired mixing ratio (and thus with the desired temperature) and in the desired amount through the corresponding pipe connections in the respective consumption point, such as a shower device or a bath inlet, can flow out. It is possible to close individual pipe connections of the fitting body by means of a dummy plug or the like, for example, if no bathtub or shower device is provided.
After connecting the connecting pipes to the pipe connections of the fitting body, a leakage and functional test is carried out with the aid of the rinsing and pressing device. In this case, it should be ensured that the connection pipes connected to the pipe connections of the fitting body are actually tight up to a certain test pressure. Furthermore, it can be checked whether the connecting pipes have been correctly connected to the main body of the fitting and have not been inadvertently exchanged during installation. Furthermore, the sanitary system can be flushed.
The known from the prior art rinsing and Abdrückvorrichtungen comprise connecting channels and connect depending on how they are placed on the fitting body, different connecting pipes with each other, so that, for example, the flow of hot water or cold water in the shower inlet or the tub supply line can be checked. The rinsing and Abdrückvorrichtungen are designed to be pressure-resistant and connected to the fitting body that they can be used for the required test pressures and thereby the corresponding impressions of the piping system with the Allow test pressure. After the functional and tightness test, the flushing and ejection device can remain on the fitting body as required and protect it from penetrating dirt until the actual fitting is mounted.

The solution to this problem provides a rinsing and Abdrückvorrichtung of the aforementioned type with the features of
Compared to the prior art, the rinsing and pressing device according to the invention is easier to handle and requires less production effort, so that it - in particular due to simpler designed tools - cheaper to produce. By simply turning the upper part by 180 ° and inserting it into the lower part, two different rinsing positions can be obtained in a simple manner.
In a preferred embodiment, it is proposed that the upper part on a side facing the lower part comprises three closure means, which are designed and arranged such that they can close the central projection and the first through-opening and the second through-opening for fluid-tight printing. As a result, the flushing and forcing device can be provided in a simple manner with a push-off function, which makes it possible to apply hot and cold water to the fitting body without the water being able to flow out through the third or fourth pipe connection of the fitting body. Each of the closure means may advantageously be designed as a sealing plug, which preferably has a sealing ring at its free end. As a result, the central projection and the first passage opening and the second passage opening can be effectively closed fluid-tight.
In a preferred embodiment, it is proposed that three receiving openings are formed on a surface of the upper part facing the lower part, in each of which a sealing plug can be inserted. In particular, there is the possibility that in a first, eccentric receiving opening, a first sealing plug is preferably fixedly arranged. This engages in the first and second rinsing position of the upper part in the first and second through-orifice to selectively close these fluid-tight.
There is the possibility that in a second and third receiving opening in each case a second and third sealing plug are detachably attachable. This makes it possible to use the upper part either for a rinsing or for a Abdrückbetrieb because it is easy to convert. Alternatively, two tops may also be provided, a first upper usable for rinsing operation, and a second upper usable for use in a squeezing operation.
In order to facilitate the handling of the rinsing and pushing-off device, it is provided in a preferred embodiment that the upper part has a handling section, which is preferably shaped like a circle-cut-out. In particular, the handling portion may extend orthogonally to a base of the top.
In order to achieve a secure hold of the sealing element, in a particularly advantageous embodiment there is the possibility that the upper part has a receiving groove in which the sealing element is arranged in a form-fitting manner.
Preferably, the sealing member may comprise a divider extending between opposed longitudinal sides of the sealing member such that the divider divides the surface enclosed by the two longitudinal sides and two opposing transverse sides into a first surface portion and a second surface portion, the first surface portion having a smaller area Has area as the second surface portion.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment it can be provided that the lower part has on a side facing the upper part a contact area, which in terms of its size and Contour shape corresponds to the size and outline of the sealing element and to which the sealing element when placing the upper part can be brought to bear on the lower part. As a result, a fluid-tight connection of the upper part to the lower part can be obtained in a simple manner.
Preferably, the abutment region may have two separating webs oriented parallel to one another, which extend between the two longitudinal sides of the abutment region and subdivide the region enclosed by the two longitudinal sides and two opposite transverse sides into a first channel, a second channel and a third channel.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment, it is possible for the lower part to have a number of concentric, ring-shaped abutment flanges on a side facing the fitting body during assembly, the diameters of the abutment flanges and the distances between adjacent abutment flanges being selected such that they after assembly Cover a number of trained in the fitting body ring channels and can seal fluid-tight in cooperation with trained in the fitting body sealing rings.
It may be provided in a particularly preferred embodiment that viewed from a first outer abutment flange, three abutment flanges are formed by step-like elevations with outwardly decreasing diameters, with the fourth annular abutment flange of the central, preferably hollow cylindrical approach followed.

The
The
After connection of the connecting pipes to the
The rinsing and
Further, a sealing

The central, circular
In the first, hollow
