Klinscherplatten in der Ausbildung als Nutenleiste, in denen die Nutensteine aufgenommen werden, sind jedoch aus Stabilitätsgründen hinter der Nut geschlossen und erfordert deshalb einen erhöhten Bauraum, der wie eingangs erläutert immer weniger zur Verfügung steht.
Man konnte nun auch daran denken, wie das in der DE 19750143 A1 beschrieben ist, über eine Schnellwechselvorrichtung die gesamte Klinscherplatte oder eine daran befestigte Halteleiste des Sammelhefters, an der die Heftköpfe und Klinscherkästen aufgenommen sind, auswechselbar zu gestalten, um die bereits vor dem Umrüstvorgang entsprechend dem nachfolgenden Auftrag zu bestücken und dann einfach gegen die vorher benutzte Halteleiste auszuwechseln. Das bringt zwar dann Vorteile, wenn immer wieder die gleichen Aufträge verarbeitet werden müssen. Bei schnellen Änderungen der Anzahl der Elemente d. h. der Klinscherkästen oder der Führungsstücke ist jedoch die angegebene Schnellspanneinrichtung keine Hilfe. Zudem stellt die Demontage der kompletten Klinscherplatte einen tiefen Eingriff in die Maschine dar, so dass sich diese Art der Umrüstung in der Praxis nicht bewährt hat und deshalb auch nicht mehr vorgenommen wird.
Es ist deshalb die Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine einfache, leicht handhabbare und flexible Befestigungsmöglichkeit für die Klinscherkästen und Führungsstücke in einem Sammelhefter vorzusehen, die ausserdem wenig Bauraum erfordert.
Diese Aufgabe wird gemäss dem kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruchs 1 dadurch gelöst, dass die Klinscherplatte keine T-Nut besitzt.

Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist das Klemmstück 26 nach Art einer Wippe ausgebildet und mit Hilfe eines seitlich durch das Führungsstück 21 eingesteckten Stifts 40 gelenkig in einer hinteren Ausnehmung 41 im Führungsstück 21 befestigt. Claims (4)

  1. Saddle stitcher with stitching heads, clincher boxes (1) allocated to these and guide pieces (10, 21),
    in which the clincher boxes (1) and the guide pieces (10, 21) are fastened to a clincher plate (18, 28) of the saddle stitcher with fasteners so that they may be positioned freely, and the back of the clincher plate (18, 28) has a recessed chamfer (9) or a groove (29) and the fasteners of the clincher boxes (1) and the guide pieces (10, 21) each comprise a clamping piece (6, 16, 26), which may be clamped against the chamfer (9) or in the groove (29) with a face (19) or a bridge (39), in which the clamping piece (6, 16, 26) is held on the relevant clincher box (1) or the relevant guide piece (10, 21) so that it may be placed on the clincher plate (18, 28) in the loosened state of the clamping piece,
    characterised in that
    the clincher plate (18, 28) has no T groove.
  2. Saddle stitcher according to claim 1,
    in which the fasteners also contain screws (7a, 7b; 17a, 17b; 27) or quick clamping elements.
  3. Saddle stitcher according to claim 1,
    in which the clamping piece (6, 16) is made as a clamping claw, which is held in the relevant clincher box (1) or in the relevant guide piece (10) by screws (7a, 7b; 17a, 17b).
  4. Saddle stitcher according to claim 1,
    in which the clamping piece (26) is made as a clamping claw, which is fastened in a recess (41) in the guide piece (21) in an articulated way with the help of a peg (40) inserted through the guide piece (21) at the side and may pivot around the peg (40) with a pressure screw (27) and in this way a peg (39) of the clamping piece (26) inserted into the groove (29) of the clincher plate (28) may be clamped.
