  2. Luminaire according to claim 1,
    whereby the support element (4) is formed so that it at least substantially closes the recess (8).
  3. Luminaire according to one of the preceding claims,
    whereby the support element (4) is a profile body.
  4. Luminaire according to one of the preceding claims,
    whereby the edge of the recess (8), at least in a first approximation, lies in a plane (E) and the support element (4), at least in a first approximation, comprises a plate-shaped segment (45) that is oriented horizontally in the plane (E).
  5. Luminaire according to one of the preceding claims,
    whereby the support element (4) comprises a heat sink (42), which is configured to dissipate the heat resulting from operation of the at least one LED (2).
  6. Luminaire according to one of the preceding claims, further comprising
    - a pivot bearing arrangement (10) formed between the luminaire housing (6) and the support element (4).
  7. Luminaire according to claim 6,
    whereby the pivot bearing arrangement (10) comprises a groove (12) formed on the support element (4) and/or on the luminaire housing (6).
  8. Luminaire with the characteristics mentioned in claims 3 and 7,
    whereby the groove (12) is elongated and is formed to be parallel to the longitudinal extension of the profile body.
  9. Luminaire according to one of the preceding claims, further comprising
    - a screw fastening arrangement (14) between the luminaire housing (6) and the support element (4).
  10. Luminaire according to claim 9 and any of the claims 6 to 8,
    whereby the screw fastening arrangement (14) is formed opposite to the support element (4) of the pivot bearing arrangement (10).
  11. Luminaire according to one of the preceding claims,
    whereby the support element (4) further comprises an optical element (16) which is formed to optically influence the light radiated by the at least one LED (2).
  12. Luminaire according to one of the preceding claims
    in the form of a ceiling luminaire, especially in the form of a luminaire recessed in, or mounted on, the ceiling.
