Description
The invention relates to a one-piece blank, in particular of cardboard, cardboard or plastic, for forming a cuboid container having two longitudinal and transverse walls, with a rear wall and a front wall, wherein the front wall has at least one surrounded by a peripheral perforation first region, the is detachable from the separation perforation from the front wall. Furthermore, the invention relates to a container produced from such a one-piece blank. Due to the required folding of the one-piece blank for producing the container, such a container is also referred to as a folding box.
In a known blank of the type mentioned above, it is necessary for a customer to detach the area surrounded by the separating perforation at the perforation in order to be able to use the container as intended. Such separable areas are used in particular for packaging of substances that are to be continuously released over a longer period of time to the ambient air, as is desired, for example, insect repellents or insect repellents and room deodorants. In this case, the region delimited by the peripheral region of the separating perforation should remain in the front wall of the container as long as a material outlet from the container is not yet desired. In this case, the substance to be dispensed can additionally be arranged in an airtight packaging in the interior of the container, which is only opened when the agent is to be dispensed over the area separated out of the front wall.
Die Trennperforation bei solchen bekannten Behältern muss dabei so ausgebildet sein, dass sie einerseits beim Transport und bei der Lagerung des Behälters nicht versehentlich herausgetrennt wird und andererseits von einer Person ohne große Mühe und ohne Beschädigung des übrigen Behälters aus der Vorderwand heraustrennbar ist, wenn der Behälter bestimmungsgemäß in Gebrauch genommen wirdThe separation perforation in such known containers must be designed so that it is not accidentally cut out on the one hand during transport and storage of the container and on the other hand can be separated from a person without much effort and without damaging the rest of the container from the front wall when the container is used as intended

The invention has the object of providing a blank of the type mentioned in such a way that at least the separation of at least one of a separating perforation surrounded area of the front wall of the container is simplified.
To achieve the object, it is proposed according to the invention that the blank described at the beginning has a first section forming the container and at least one second section which is arranged at least in front of at least one partial area of the front wall and which is connected to the area surrounded by the separating perforation is. Thereby, when lifting the second portion of the front wall, in particular when tearing off the second portion of the container, the region surrounded by the separation perforation detached from the front wall, so that alone by the lifting of the second portion of the front wall several each surrounded by a separating perforation and with the second area associated areas can be separated out of the front wall. The second section preferably covers the first area over a large area so that the detachable from the separation perforation area in the front wall during the transport and storage of the container is safe from accidental separation prior to putting the container into use. Preferably, the second section contacts the front wall in a partial area of> = 50%, preferably> = 80%, of the area of the front wall.
Further, it is advantageous if the front wall has a plurality of areas surrounded by a peripheral separating perforation, preferably four, five, six, seven eight and nine such areas, which are respectively detachable from the front wall at the respective peripheral delimiting separating perforation and if the second section the blank arranged at least in front of these detachable areas and connected to these areas each. Thereby, when lifting the second portion of the front wall all surrounded by the Tren n-perforation and connected to the second portion areas can be separated in one operation from the front wall. Preferably, the first region and the possible further regions surrounded by a separating perforation are glued to the second region. As a result, a secure connection between the detachable areas and the second section is possible.
By a suitable connection between the separable regions and the second portion, a connection force is generated which is greater than the force necessary to separate the separation perforation. Furthermore, the front wall and / or the rear wall may have at least one support element region surrounded by a peripheral perforation, wherein the perforation on one side of the support element region as a buckling perforation formed along a line is formed, and wherein the remaining part of the peripheral perforation delimiting the support element region is formed as a separating perforation. As an alternative to kink perforation, a kink can be provided on one side of the support element region, which has been produced in particular by grooves. In this case, the support element area is then not limited by a circumferential perforation but by a Knickkannte and the support member region otherwise limiting Trennperforation. As a result, the support element region can be easily detached from the front wall of the container, but remains connected via the kink perforation or the Knickkannte with the front wall. It is advantageous that the separate from the separation perforation and kinked at the buckling perforation or Knickkannte in the direction of the opposite wall contacted the opposite wall, wherein at a trained in the front wall support element area, the opposite wall is the rear wall and wherein at a in the Rear wall trained support element area the opposite wall is the front wall. By means of a support element region, the distance between the front wall and the rear wall can be maintained at a desired distance at least in the region of a support element formed by the support element region. In particular, the front and rear walls can be compressed by the support force generated by the support member only with a relatively high compressive force in the space defined by the support member distance between the front and rear walls.
It is advantageous if the support element has a contact area when contacting the opposite wall. Through the contact area, the position of the opposite wall facing the end of a support portion of the support member can be easily kept in a desired position. Preferably, the support element region of the support element is bent at 90 ° in the direction of the opposite wall at the kink perforation, wherein the contact region is bent relative to the support region of the support element at another kink edge, so that at least a portion of the contact region contacts the opposite wall surface.
It is advantageous if the contact region is connected to the rest of the support element region via a kink perforation or via a grooved connection region. It is also advantageous if at least four support element regions are formed in the front wall.
It is advantageous if the force required to separate the buckling perforation is greater than the force required to separate the separating perforation, in particular at least twice as large, preferably at least 10 times as great. In this case, the separating perforations and / or buckling perforations and alternatively or additionally Knickkannten between front wall, rear wall, longitudinal and transverse walls may be formed by punching.
Furthermore, it is advantageous to design at least one of the transverse walls as a resealable closure flap. As a result, then a simple access to the interior of the container is possible. Preferably, in Inside the container an insect-killing, insect-repelling, butterfly-destroying and / or moth dispersing means provided. Alternatively or additionally, an agent serving as a room deodorant may be accommodated in the interior of the container. This agent can then pass over the cut-out area or over the separated areas of the container to the ambient air. Another aspect of the invention relates to a container consisting of a blank according to the invention.
An integral blank is in particular made from a single sheet. The sheet may consist of cardboard, paperboard, in particular corrugated cardboard or hardboard, or of plastic or of a laminate made of these materials.
