Abstract

The package for cigarettes, having a rigid or semi-rigid box body (10) which is formed from the rear wall (11), the front wall (12), side walls and the bottom (13) and has a hinged lid at an opening, is fitted with a covering package (320) made of thin foil which covers the inside surface of the box body (10) and is provided in the opening region with a pull-out covering tab (21). Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Packung für Zigaretten oder dergleichen, mit einem aus Rückwand, Vorderwand, Seitenwänden und Boden gebildeten Schachtelkörper mit einer mittels Klappdeckel verschließbaren Öffnung, in dem eine die Zigaretten oder dergleichen in Reihen stehend angeordnet aufnehmende Hüllpackung aus dünner Folie angeordnet ist, die die Innenfläche des Schachtelkörpers bedeckt und die im Öffnungsbereich mit einer herausziehbaren Abdecklasche versehen ist und die mit einem Teilbereich im Schachtelkörper, insbesondere an dem Boden des Schachtelkörpers befestigt ist, derart, daß ein mit der Abdecklasche verbundener bodennaher Teilbereich der Hüllpackung als Betätigungsteil vom Boden des Schachtelkörpers entlang der Vorder- oder Rückwand unter Bildung einer Schrägfläche im Bodenbereich unter Anheben der der Vorder- bzw. Im zweiten Falle ist in geschlossenem Zustand des Schachtelkörpers die Feder gespannt und bei Öffnung werden die Zigaretten oberhalb der Stützplatte durch Federdruck angehoben. Da der Vorsprung einen Ausschnitt in der Hüllpackung durchdringen muß, damit die Vorrichtung funktioniert, bildet er auf dem Boden des Schachtelkörpers ein bleibendes Hindernis, gegen das die bei leerer werdender Packung verrutschenden Zigaretten anstoßen, wodurch das Zigarettenpapier beschädigt oder bei wiederholtem Anstoß die Tabakfüllung unerwünscht gelockert werden kann. Außerdem verteuern derartige zusätzliche Einbauten die Herstellung einer Packung für Zigaretten und dergleichen.Packs of this type are known as hard box packs and soft box packs. Erfindungsgemäß bildet die Hüllpackung selbst die Anhebevorrichtung, so daß keine zusätzlichen Teile in dem Schachtelkörper untergebracht werden müssen. Die Erfindung ermöglicht, je nach Plazierung des Einschnittes im Bodenbereich, eine definierte Anzahl, z.B. 1, 2, 3 Zigaretten einer Reihe, d.h. also nur einen Teil einer Reihe von Zigaretten über die übrigen hinaus anzuheben und damit deren Entnahme ohne Beeinträchtigung der übrigen in der Packung verbleibenden Zigaretten zu erleichtern. Einfache Veränderungen bekannter Hüllpackungen und ihre Befestigung am Boden des Schachtelkörpers genügen zur Funktionsermöglichung des Betätigungsteiles. Dies ist ein wesentlicher Vorzug, der sich vorteilhaft auf den Preis der Packung auswirkt und der außerdem garantiert, daß die in der Packung verbleibenden Zigaretten nicht durch "Einbauten" beschädigt werden. Eine Packung üblicher Größe enthält die gewohnte Anzahl von Zigaretten. Beliebige gegenseitige Zuordnungen von Abdecklasche und Befestigungsbereich der Hüllpackung sind in bezug auf den Schachtelkörper praktikabel, so daß der Betätigungsteil sich an beliebigen Stellen befinden und Zigaretten von Längs- oder Querreihen ausheben kann. Vorteilhafte Möglichkeiten der Verbindung von Abdecklasche und Hüllpackung sind in den Ansprüchen 6 und 7 gekennzeichnet. Durch die gegenseitige Verhakung von Abdecklasche und Hüllpackung sowie durch die Abreißverbindungen wird eine Verlängerung des Zugweges des Betätigungsteiles zur Vergrößerung der Ausschubstrecke erreicht. Bei Anbringung der Abdecklasche an der Vorderwand des Schachtelkörpers befindet sich der fixierte Bereich der Hüllpackung in der Längsecke zwischen Boden und Rückwand und der gegenüberliegende Bereich ist beiderseits des bis zur Abdecklasche durchgehenden Einschnittes jeweils einzeln frei anhebbar, wenn auf den jeweiligen Teil der Abdecklasche Zugkraft einwirkt. Die Zigaretten der Reihe in dem Fixierungsbereich der Hüllpackung werden nicht verschoben und die Fixierungsstelle erzeugt die Gegenkraft beim Abziehen der Abdecklasche zur Auslösung des Betätigungsteiles. Bei dieser Ausführungsform ist der Schubweg verhältnismäßig gering. Eine Vergrößerung des Schubweges läßt sich vorteilhafterweise dadurch erzielen, daß der bodennahe ausziehbare Teilbereich der Hüllpackung beiderseits des Einschnittes mehrfach bei insgesamt gleicher Falttiefe gefaltet ist. Insbesondere ist vorgesehen, daß der Betätigungsteil von einem am Boden des Schachtelkörpers befestigten Bereich der Hüllpackung mehrfach gefaltet verläuft. Die Faltungen können parallel und/oder senkrecht zum Boden gerichtet sein. Bei bodenparalleler Faltung liegt die Hüllpackung in mehreren Lagen S-förmig unter dem Ende der anzuhebenden Zigarettenreihe und durch Ziehen an der Abdecklasche wird die Faltung der Hüllpackung am Betätigungsteil geöffnet und es entsteht die Schrägfläche, die die Zigaretten anhebt.
