- connection part (4) When the vent profile (2) is disposed into the connection part vent mounting channel (4.10), the vent pressure protrusion (4.7) located on the connection part (4) pushes the vent profile (2) forward and enables it to fit tightly into the channel. This way, a rigid connection is provided between the connection part (4) and the vent profile (2).
- vent profiles (2) together with the connection parts (4) provided thereon, are placed into the connection part channel (1.2) provided on the frame profile (1) as seen in Figure 9 , and they are positioned upon being slid within this channel.
- connection part pressure arm (4.2) exerts a pretensioning to the vent profile (2) from its lower surface and thereby enables it to remain in the correct position and prevents it from unnecessary oscillations when it is mounted to the frame profile (1) ( Figure 10 ).
- vent profile (2) which is positioned on the frame profile (1) is fixed, as seen in Figure 10 , by a cylinder head sheet metal screw (6) such that the end of the screw passes through the point where the connection part groove for screw (4.6) and the vent profile lower support (2.2) are connected.
- vent profiles are also mounted with the same method, as shown in Figure 10 , by being slid together with the connection parts (4) thereon in the groove (1.2) provided on the frame profile such that the connection part lower support (4.4) fits onto the connection part upper support (4.3) of the vent which is previously mounted.
- vent profiles (2) are mounted to the frame profiles (1), and the connection parts (4) are successively arranged one after the other in the mounting channel (1.2) provided on the frame profile, mounting position of the vent profiles (2) is automatically determined and an equal and fixed opening is formed between each vent profile as seen in Figure 10 . After all the vents are mounted, the louver is completed.
- the frame profile (1) is cut by a 45° angle, and by means of a corner part (10) as seen in Figure 19, three separate frame profiles (1) are screwed to each other and thereby a "U"-shaped frame is formed.
- vent profiles (2) together with the connection parts (4) provided thereon, are placed into the connection part channel (1.2) provided on the frame profile (1) as seen in Figure 12 , and they are positioned upon being slid within this channel.
- vent profiles are also mounted with the same method as shown in Figure 13 , by being slid such that the connection part lower support (4.4) fits onto the connection part upper support (4.3) of the vent which is previously mounted. After all the vents are mounted, the last frame profile (1), which is cut by 45° as shown in Figure 13 , is screwed by means of the corner part (10) to the U-shaped frame prepared previously and thus production of the louver module is completed ( Figure 14 ).
- the assembled louver module is placed in the opening that it will be used at doors or wall passages as in Figure 15 , and the frame profile (1) is fixed to the sub-frame or door profile (12) from the screw mounting surface (1.3) thereon using a cylinder head cross recessed sheet metal screw (7).

Claims (7)
- Un système de grille fournissant une ventilation naturelle à tous les ouvertures et portes, et consistant en un corps, un orifice d'aération, et les raccords de profil comportant une pièce de connexion (4) ou profile (3) possédant une section spéciale géométrique pouvant être attachée aux deux extrémités des profils de l'orifice d'aération (2) au moyen de son canal d'un section spéciale géométrique (4.10) (3.7) ou pouvant être comprimé lors d'être glissé par sailli de pressure (4.7) fournie là-dessus, dont la distance de glissement peut être déterminé manuellement ou autocontrôlée par un bouchon sur ladite pièce; et comportant un profil d'aération, une pièce ou un profil de connexion (3.4) pouvant être monté par glissement à l'intérieure du canal spécial (1.2) fourni dans le corps de profil (1), caractérisé en ce que le système possède des parois communes de rainure hélicoïdale (2.2), (3.6) par lesquelles on peut visser la vis, après sa passage par le profil du corps, à une part du profil ou pièce de connexion (3.4) et une partie du profil d'aération (2), et ainsi permettant la fixation de l'orifice d'aération (2), la pièce ou le profil de connexion (3.4), et le profil du corps par une seule vis.
- Un système de grille selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un profil de connexion avec canaux d'une section spéciale géométrique (4.10) permettant le montage dans une manière glissante aux profils d'aération et/ou une pièce de connexion (4) par canaux d'une section spéciale géométrique (3.7) pouvant être comprimés pendant le glissement au moyen de la saillie de pressure (4.7).
- Un système de grille selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il possède des profils du corps (1) comportant des canaux d'une section spéciale géométrique (1.2) et des saillies (1.1) permettant aux profils d'aération (2) montés sur le profil de connexion ou la pièce de connexion (3.4) d'être montée à l'intérieure des profils du corps (1) dans une manière glissante.
- Un système de grill selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une pièce de connexion ou un profil de connexion d'une hauteur fixe (3, 4) assurant que la distance entre les profils d'aération (2) montés successivement soit égale à tous les deux côtés et qu'ils sont montés au profil du corps (1) dans une manière glissante.
- Un système de grille selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il possède un joint d'une section spéciale géométrique (5) dissimulant les détails de connexion des applications comme grillage et grillage aviaire (9), et une rainure du joint (1.4) permettant audit joint d'être montée sur le profil du corps (1).
- Un système de grille selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il possède un profil du corps (1) comportant une saillie (1.3) guidant l'installation de la vis afin que le système de grille monté puisse être fixé à l'ouverture au moyen des orifices d'aération (2) de l'extérieure.
- Un système de grille selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il possède une pièce de connexion (4) comportant une saillie spéciale (4.2) empêchant le mouvement des profils d'aération (2) et la production du bruit à l'intérieure de la grille et maintenant le profil d'aération (2) continuellement en contact avec le profil du corps.
