- connection part pressure arm (4.2) exerts a pretensioning to the vent profile (2) from its lower surface and thereby enables it to remain in the correct position and prevents it from unnecessary oscillations when it is mounted to the frame profile (1) ( Figure 10 ).
- vent profile (2) which is positioned on the frame profile (1) is fixed, as seen in Figure 10 , by a cylinder head sheet metal screw (6) such that the end of the screw passes through the point where the connection part groove for screw (4.6) and the vent profile lower support (2.2) are connected.
- vent profiles are also mounted with the same method, as shown in Figure 10 , by being slid together with the connection parts (4) thereon in the groove (1.2) provided on the frame profile such that the connection part lower support (4.4) fits onto the connection part upper support (4.3) of the vent which is previously mounted.
- vent profiles (2) are mounted to the frame profiles (1), and the connection parts (4) are successively arranged one after the other in the mounting channel (1.2) provided on the frame profile, mounting position of the vent profiles (2) is automatically determined and an equal and fixed opening is formed between each vent profile as seen in Figure 10 . After all the vents are mounted, the louver is completed.
- the frame profile (1) is cut by a 45° angle, and by means of a corner part (10) as seen in Figure 19, three separate frame profiles (1) are screwed to each other and thereby a "U"-shaped frame is formed.
- vent profiles (2) together with the connection parts (4) provided thereon, are placed into the connection part channel (1.2) provided on the frame profile (1) as seen in Figure 12 , and they are positioned upon being slid within this channel.
- vent profiles are also mounted with the same method as shown in Figure 13 , by being slid such that the connection part lower support (4.4) fits onto the connection part upper support (4.3) of the vent which is previously mounted. After all the vents are mounted, the last frame profile (1), which is cut by 45° as shown in Figure 13 , is screwed by means of the corner part (10) to the U-shaped frame prepared previously and thus production of the louver module is completed ( Figure 14 ).
- the assembled louver module is placed in the opening that it will be used at doors or wall passages as in Figure 15 , and the frame profile (1) is fixed to the sub-frame or door profile (12) from the screw mounting surface (1.3) thereon using a cylinder head cross recessed sheet metal screw (7).

Claims (7)
- Ein Jalousie-System, das an allen Öffnungen und Türen eine natürliche Lüftung bereitstellt und aus Rahmen, Lüftungsprofil und Verbindungsteil-Profilen besteht, umfassend einen besonderen geometrischen Ausschnitt aufweisendes Verbindungsteil (4) bzw Profil (3), welches durch seinen Kanal mit speziell geometrischem Ausschnitt (4.10) (3.7) an beiden Enden der Lüftungsprofile (2) befestigt oder gedrückt werden kann, während es mit Hilfe des darauf vorgesehenen Druckvorsprungs (4.7) geglitten wird, wobei dessen Gleitdistanz manuel bzw. auf selbst kontrollierte Weise durch den Anschlag auf dem Teil bestimmt wird; und umfassend Lüftungsprofile (2), Verbindungsteil bzw. -profile (3, 4), welche durch Gleiten in den am Rahmenprofil vorgesehenen speziellen Kanal (1.2) befestigt werden kann; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das System gemeinsame Gewinde-Wände (2.2), (3.6), (1) aufweist, durch welche die Schraube durch das Rahmenprofil hindurch geführt an einem Teil des Verbindungsprofils bzw. -teils (3, 4) sowie an einem Teil des Lüftungsprofils (2) eingeschraubt werden kann, wobei die Befestigung der Lüftung (2), des Verbindungsteils bzw.-Profils (3, 4) sowie des Rahmenprofils (1) durch eine einzige Schraube möglich wird.
- Jalousie-System nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch ein Verbindungsprofil mit Kanäle (4.10) von speziellem geometrischen Ausschnitt, das ermöglicht, an Lüftungsprofile und/oder an einem Verbindungsteil (4) mit Kanäle von speziellem geometrischem Ausschnitt (3.7) gleitend befestigt zu werden, wobei es während des Gleitens mit Hilfe des Druckvorsprungs gedrückt werden kann.
- Jalousie-System nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch Rahmenprofile (1), die Kanäle (1.2) von speziellem geometrischem Ausschnitt und Vorsprünge (1.1) umfassen, die es ermöglichen, dass die Lüftungsprofile (2), die auf dem Verbindungsprofil bzw. Verbindungsteil (3, 4) angeordnet sind, in die Rahmenprofile (1) gleitend befestigt werden.
- Jalousie-System nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch ein Verbindungsteil bzw. Verbindungsprofil (3, 4) mit konstanter Höhe, das gewährleistet, dass die Distanz zwischen den nacheinander befestigten Lüftungsprofilen (2) an beiden Seiten gleich ist und die in den Rahmenprofil (1) gleitend befestigt sind.
- Jalousie-System nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine Dichtung (5) von speziellem geometrischem Ausschnitt, welche die Anwendungsdetails wie Insektenschutzgitter und Vogelschutzgitter (9) verdeckt und einen Dichtungseinschnitt (1.4), welcher ermöglicht, dass die erwähnte Dichtung am Rahmenprofil (1) angebracht wird.
- Jalousie-System nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch ein Rahmenprofil (1) umfassend einen Vorsprung (1.3), der die Anschlussschraube so lenkt, dass das eingebaute Jalousie-System an die Öffnung durch die Lüftungen (2) hindurch von außen befestigt werden kann.
- Jalousie-System nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch ein Verbindungsteil (4) umfassend einen speziellen Vorsprung (4.2), durch welchen vermeidet wird, dass die Lüftungsprofile (2) sich innerhalb der Jalousie bewegen oder Geräusch machen und welcher die Lüftungsprofile (2) dauernd mit dem Rahmenprofil in Verbindung hält.
