DISPOSITIF COMPACT POUR LE TRANSPORT A DOUBLE SENS ET LE RETOURNEMENT DE PIECES INDUSTRIELLES ABREGE Dispositif de transport, de retournement et de traitement de surface de pièces (5) entrainéespar des tapis de transport (2 et 3), associés à des moteurs d'entrainement (13) assurant l'entrainement, dans des sens opposés, de chaque tapis (2 et 3), pour assurer le transport aller puis le transport retour des pièces, après retournement de celles-ci,caractérisé en ce que chacun des moteurs d'entrainement (13) des tapis transporteurs (2 ou 3) est associé à un axe, monté sur des paliers et sur lequel sont disposés un tambour d'entrainement du tapis transporteur (2), pour un sens aller, et un tambour fou monté sur roulements pour le tapis transporteur (3), pour un sens retour, de manière que lesdits tapis de transport (2 et 3) soient placés côté à côte dans un même châssis. Description

DISPOSITIF COMPACT POUR LE TRANSPORT A DOUBLE SENS ET LE RETOURNEMENT
DE PIECES INDUSTRIELLES
La présente invention concerne un dispositif intégré de transport aller et retour après retournement de pièces industrielles dans une machine de traitement de surface, en remplacement d'un dispositif permettant soit l'aller, soit le retour.
Il est connu que les machines de traitement de surface par brossage, émerisage ou grenaillage disposent d'un tapis de transport permettant de présenter les pièces sous le moyen de traitement et de les faire transiter de l'autre côté de la machine.
Les dispositifs existants demandent en général de poser la pièce à traiter sur un tapis de transport couvrant la totalité de la largeur de traitement, puis, après traitement, le retournement de la pièce et l'inversion de sens de rotation pour le traitement de la deuxième face. D'autres moyens connus sont constitués de tapis courbes et droits, extérieurs à la machine permettant de ramener les pièces vers l'opérateur qui les retourne manuellement pour traitement de la deuxième face. Ces dispositifs sont en général encombrants et limitent la capacité de production des machines.
La présente invention a pour but de remédier à ces inconvénients et concerne un dispositif de transport, de retournement et de traitement de surface de pièces entraînées par des tapis de transport, associés à des moteurs d'entraînement assurant l'entraînement, dans des sens opposés, de chaque tapis, pour assurer le transport aller puis le transport retour des pièces, après retournement de celles-ci, caractérisé en ce que chacun des moteurs d' entraînement des tapis transporteurs est associé à un axe, monté sur des paliers et sur lequel sont disposés un tambour d' entraînement du tapis transporteur, pour un sens aller, et un tambour fou monté sur roulements pour le tapis transporteur, pour un sens retour, de manière que lesdits tapis de transport soient placés côté à côte dans un même châssis.
Le dispositif intégré de transport aller et retour suivant l'invention est donc constitué d'un seul tapis roulant, divisé en deux moitiés égales dans le sens longitudinal, et chacun des tambours d'entraînement est constitué d'une moitié entraînante et d'une moitié folle permettant ainsi le fonctionnement des bandes transporteuses en sens opposés.
Ce dispositif est complété par un ensemble de quatre tapis roulants juxtaposés et superposés, permettant la reprise et le retournement des pièces par pivotement sur un axe longitudinal, avant ré¬ introduction dans la machine en sens retour. II sera noté en variante que la mise en service des tapis dans le même sens de rotation plutôt qu'en opposition permet de conserver la possibilité de passage de pièces couvrant la totalité de la surface de traitement .
La présente invention concerne également les caractéristiques qui ressortiront au cours de la description qui va suivre, et qui devront être considérées isolément ou selon toutes leurs combinaisons techniques possibles.
Cette description donnée à titre d'exemple non limitatif, fera mieux comprendre comment l'invention peut être réalisée en référence aux dessins annexés sur lesquels :
La figure 1 est une vue en situation dans la machine de traitement du tapis de transport à double sens et des tapis de retournement.
La figure 2 est une vue schématique en coupe du tapis de transport à double sens et des tapis de retournement selon figure 1.
La figure 3 est une vue de détail des tambours d'entraînement des bandes transporteuses comportant une partie entraînante et une partie folle selon la figure 2.
La figure 4 est une vue en situation du mécanisme de retournement selon figure 1.
Comme le montrent les figures, dans le dispositif de transport, de retournement et de traitement de surface, les pièces 5 sont entraînées par des tapis de transport 2 et 3, associés à des moteurs d'entraînement 13 assurant l' entraînement, dans des sens opposés, de chaque tapis 2 et 3, pour assurer le transport aller puis le transport retour des pièces, après retournement de celles-ci.
Selon l'invention, chacun des moteurs d'entraînement 13 des tapis transporteurs 2 ou 3 est associé à un axe 11, monté sur des paliers 12 et sur lequel sont disposés un tambour d'entraînement 9 du tapis transporteur 2, pour un sens aller, et un tambour fou 8 monté sur roulements 15 pour le tapis transporteur 3, pour un sens retour, de manière que lesdits tapis de transport 2 et 3 soient placés côté à côte dans un même châssis.
Les tapis de transport 2 ou 3 fonctionnent à la demande, en sens opposés ou dans le même sens.
Le dispositif est associé à une machine de traitement 1, dont la totalité de sa surface couvre le passage des pièces 5 à traiter.
Avantageusement, le transport aller, l'opération de retournement et le transport retour s'intègrent sous un seul moyen de traitement de surface. Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, le dispositif comprend un retourneur 4 composé de bandes transporteuses 16, de tambours 17 libres ou entraînés, montés dans un châssis 18, lui-même mis en rotation séquentielle de 180° par un moteur 10, de manière à ce que la pièce 5 soit simultanément retournée et transférée du tapis 2 au tapis 3 par le retourneur 4, pour traitement de la deuxième face de la pièce. Comme le montrent les figures 1, 2 et 4, le retourneur 4 est constitué par quatre bandes transporteuses 16 juxtaposées et superposées, pour permettre la reprise et le retournement des pièces 5 par pivotement du châssis 18 sur un axe longitudinal, avant réintroduction dans la machine en sens retour.
Le cycle de travail avec ce matériel sera donc le suivant :
Chargement de la pièce à traiter 5 sur le tapis "aller" 2 par un opérateur ou un robot de manutention ;
Avance du tapis "aller" 2 et traitement de finition de la pièce 5 qui est ensuite introduite dans le dispositif de retournement 4 ;
Retournement de la pièce par la rotation du dispositif de retournement 4 ;
Introduction de la pièce sur le tapis "retour" 3 et traitement de finition de la deuxième face sur la pièce 5.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Dispositif de transport, de retournement et de traitement de surface de pièces (5) entraînées par des tapis de transport (2 et 3) , associés à des moteurs d' entraînement (13) assurant l' entraînement, dans des sens opposés, de chaque tapis (2 et 3) , pour assurer le transport aller puis le transport retour des pièces, après retournement de celles-ci, caractérisé en ce que chacun des moteurs d' entraînement (13) des tapis transporteurs (2 ou 3) est associé à un axe (11), monté sur des paliers (12) et sur lequel sont disposés un tambour d' entraînement (9) du tapis transporteur (2), pour un sens aller, et un tambour fou (8) monté sur roulements (15) pour le tapis transporteur (3), pour un sens retour, de manière que lesdits tapis de transport (2 et 3) soient placés côté à côte dans un même châssis .
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les tapis de transport (2 ou 3) fonctionnent à la demande, en sens opposés ou dans le même sens .
3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou
2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est associé à une machine de traitement (1), dont la totalité de sa surface couvre le passage des pièces (5) à traiter.
4. Dispositif selon l'unes des revendications 1 à
3, caractérisé en ce que le transport aller, l'opération de retournement et le transport retour s'intègrent sous un seul moyen de traitement de surface .
5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à
4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un retourneur (4) composé de bandes transporteuses (16), de tambours (17) libres ou entraînés, montés dans un châssis (18), lui- même mis en rotation séquentielle de 180° par un moteur (10), de manière à ce que la pièce (5) soit simultanément retournée et transférée du tapis (2) au tapis (3) par le retourneur (4), pour traitement de la deuxième face de la pièce.
6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le retourneur (4) est constitué par quatre bandes transporteuses (16) juxtaposées et superposées, pour permettre la reprise et le retournement des pièces (5) par pivotement du châssis (18) sur un axe longitudinal, avant réintroduction dans la machine en sens retour.
