Claims (12)
- Elektrisches Gerät (1) vom Typ Schutzschalter zum Schutz von Stromleitungen, das zwei verschiedene Böcke (2, 3) umfasst, nämlich:- einen trennenden Block (2), der in Benutzungsposition den oberen Block des Geräts (1) bildet,- einen magnetthermischen oder elektronischen auslösenden Block (3), der in Benutzungsposition den unteren Block des Geräts (1) bildet,wobei das Gerät (1) imstande ist, in einem elektrischen Verteilerkasten platziert zu sein und eine Vorderseite (5), aus der ein Steuerhebel (4) hinausragt, eine Rückseite (6) zur Befestigung des Geräts (1) in Benutzungsposition in einem Kasten aufweist, wobei die Ober- (7) und Unterseite (8) Verbindungsvorrichtungen mit dem Netz und der(den) zu schützenden Leitung(en) aufweist, wobei das Gerät Führungs- und Haltemittel der Blöcke (2, 3) in Montageposition aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der trennenden Block (2) den Steuerhebel (4) eines beweglichen Kontakts (14) je Leitung zwischen zwei stabilen Positionen jeweils in Abstützung und beabstandet von einem starren Kontakt (15) aufweist, wobei der Hebel mit dem beweglichen Kontakt (14) mit Hilfe eines mechanischen Schlosses verbunden ist, das imstande ist, zwischen zwei stabilen Positionen, die dem Öffnen und dem Schließen der Kontakte (14, 15) infolge einer manuellen Betätigung des Hebels (4) entsprechen, zu kippen, oder in eine geöffnete Position der Kontakte (14, 15) infolge einer mechanischen Aktion eines Aktuators des auslösenden Blocks (3) zu kippen, wodurch ein elektrischer Leitungsfehler weitergeleitet wird,
und dass es durch Rasten der zwei Blöcke (2, 3) gemäß einer vertikalen Montagerichtung (X) gebildet wird, wenn das Geräts (1) in Benutzungsposition ist, und dass es aufweist:- elektrische Anschlussmittel eines Blocks (2, 3) an den anderen in einer lotrechten Richtung zur Montagerichtung (X),- mechanische Befestigungsmittel der Blöcke (2, 3) in Montageposition in einer parallelen Richtung zur Montagerichtung (X). - Elektrisches Gerät zum Schutz von Stromleitungen nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungs- und Haltemittel der Blöcke (2, 3) in Montageposition mindestens teilweise von den elektrischen Anschlussmitteln gebildet werden.
- Elektrisches Gerät zum Schutz von Stromleitungen nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungs- und Haltemittel der Blöcke (2, 3) in Montageposition auf Ebene der Kontaktflächen zwischen den zwei Blöcken (2, 3) lokalisiert sind und bestehen aus:- einem Fuß (9), der orthogonal aus dem trennenden Block (2) hervorsteht und derart angeordnet ist, dass er zwischen zwei auf dem auslösenden Block (3) vorhandenen Führungselementen (10, 11) derart eingreift, dass die Verlagerung eines Blocks (2, 3) im Verhältnis zum anderen gemäß einer ersten Richtung lotrecht zur Montagerichtung (X) verhindert wird,- einem Pufferelement (12), das orthogonal aus dem trennenden Block (2) hervorsteht und in das mindestens ein Führungselement (10) derart eingreift, dass die Verlagerung eines Blocks (2, 3) im Verhältnis zum anderen gemäß einer zweiten Richtung lotrecht zur Montagerichtung (X) verhindert wird,- einer Spannschraube (13) des Fußes (9) gegen die Führungselemente (10, 11) derart, dass die Verlagerung eines Blocks (2, 3) im Verhältnis zum anderen gemäß einer dritten Richtung parallel zur Montagerichtung (X) verhindert wird.
- Elektrisches Gerät zum Schutz von Stromleitungen nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrischen Anschlussmittel zwischen den zwei Blöcken (2, 3) bestehen aus:- einer Anschlussklemme (9) des trennenden Blocks (2), mit der der bewegliche Kontakt (14) verbunden ist,- einer Anschlussklemme (10) des auslösenden Blocks (3), die mit Verbindungsmitteln verbunden ist,wobei das Inkontaktversetzen der Anschlussklemmen (9, 10) miteinander durch das Spannen einer Verbindungsschraube (13) durchgeführt wird, die imstande ist, in eine Öffnung einzugreifen, die in jede der Anschlussklemmen (9, 10) der zwei Blöcke (2, 3) eingearbeitet ist.
- Elektrisches Gerät zum Schutz von Stromleitungen nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Verbindungsschraube (13) je Stromleitung umfasst.
- Elektrisches Gerät zum Schutz von Stromleitungen nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:- der aus dem trennenden Block (2) herausragende Fuß (9) einer elektrischen Anschlussklemme des trennenden Blocks (2) entspricht, mit der der bewegliche Kontakt (14) verbunden ist,- eines der zwei auf dem auslösenden Block (3) vorhandenen Führungselemente (10) einer elektrischen Anschlussklemme des auslösenden Blocks (3) entspricht,- die Spannschraube (13) des Fußes (9) gegen die Führungselemente (10, 11) einer Verbindungsschraube für das Inkontaktversetzen der elektrischen Anschlussklemmen (9, 10) miteinander entspricht.
- Elektrisches Gerät zum Schutz von Stromleitungen nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannschraube (13) mit einer Mutter zusammenarbeitet, die in das Pufferelement (12) eingelassen ist.
- Elektrisches Gerät zum Schutz von Stromleitungen nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pufferelement (12) die Form eines umgekehrten U hat, dessen Schenkel Anschläge bilden, die die Verlagerung des in das Pufferelement (12) eingreifenden Führungselements (10) gemäß einer zweiten Richtung lotrecht zur Montagerichtung (X) verhindern, wobei die Basis des U die eingelassene Mutter aufweist.
- Elektrisches Gerät zum Schutz von Stromleitungen nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mechanischen Befestigungsmittel der Blöcke (2, 3) in Montageposition aus mindestens einer Befestigungsschraube (18, 19) bestehen, die imstande ist, sich schrittweise in eine Öffnung (20, 21, 24, 25) jedes Blocks (2, 3) gemäß der Montagerichtung (X) einzuschrauben und mit einem Spannelement zusammenzuarbeiten, wobei sich die Öffnungen (20, 21, 24, 25) des Geräts in Montageposition gegenüberstehen.
- Elektrisches Gerät zum Schutz von Stromleitungen nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spannelement aus einer eingelassenen Mutter oder einem Gewinde besteht, das in die letzte Öffnung (20, 21, 24, 25) eingearbeitet ist, die von der Befestigungsschraube (13) bei ihrem Einschrauben durchquert wird.
- Elektrisches Gerät zum Schutz von Stromleitungen nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mechanischen Befestigungsmittel bestehen aus:- zwei in der Nähe der Vorderseite (5) des Geräts (1) lokalisierten Befestigungsschrauben (18), wobei jede Schraube (18) imstande ist, sich schrittweise in eine Öffnung (20) des trennenden Blocks (2) und in eine Öffnung (24) des auslösenden Blocks (3) einzuschrauben, wobei sich die zwei Öffnungen (20, 24) des Geräts (1) in Montageposition gegenüberstehen,- zwei in der Nähe der Rückseite (6) des Geräts (1) lokalisierten Befestigungsschrauben (19), wobei jede Schraube (19) imstande ist, sich schrittweise in eine Öffnung (21) des auslösenden Blocks (3) und in eine Öffnung (25) des trennenden Blocks (2) einzuschrauben, wobei sich die zwei Öffnungen (21, 25) des Geräts (1) in Montageposition gegenüberstehen.
- Elektrisches Gerät zum Schutz von Stromleitungen nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mechanische Versteifungsmittel der Blöcke (2, 3) aufweist, die aus mindestens einem Zapfen (22) bestehen, der aus einem Block (2, 3) herausragt und imstande ist, in eine Aussparung (23) einzurasten, die zu diesem Zweck in dem gegenüberliegenden Block (2, 3) vorgesehen ist.
