- Elément d'installation de peinture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la couche superficielle (8) est générée par un des procédés suivants :a) procédé par plasma, en particulier oxydation électrolytique au plasma,b) techniques de jet, en particulier jets d'eau, jets de perles de céramique, jets de perles de verre ouc) irradiation au laser,d) gravure,e) implantation ionique,f) dépôt physique en phase vapeur,g) dépôt chimique en phase vapeur,h) injection,i) immersion,j) pulvérisationk) enduction.
- Elément d'installation de peinture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en cea) que la couche superficielle (8) présente plusieurs couches partielles se trouvant les unes au-dessus des autres avec différentes propriétés, et/oub) que la couche superficielle (8) présente plusieurs zones qui sont séparées les unes des autres et présentent différentes propriétés.
- Elément d'installation de peinture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en cea) que la couche superficielle (8) se compose d'un matériau avec une ductilité élevée, à savoir avec un allongement à la rupture de plus de 5 % ou 10 %, oub) que la couche superficielle (8) se compose d'un matériau avec une ductilité moyenne, à savoir avec un allongement à la rupture entre 0,5 % et 5 %, ouc) que la couche superficielle (8) se compose d'un matériau avec une ductilité faible, à savoir avec un allongement à la rupture de moins de 0,5 %, 0,3 % ou 0,1%.
- Elément d'installation de peinture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en cea) que la couche superficielle (8) se compose d'un matériau avec une rugosité élevée, à savoir avec un coefficient de rugosité supérieur à 50 µm, oub) que la couche superficielle (8) se compose d'un matériau avec une rugosité moyenne, à savoir avec un coefficient de rugosité entre 10 µm et 50 µm, ouc) que la couche superficielle (8) se compose d'un matériau avec une rugosité faible, à savoir avec un coefficient de rugosité de moins de 10 µm.
- Elément d'installation de peinture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en cea) que la couche superficielle (8) recouvre la surface entière du corps de base (1), oub) que la couche superficielle (8) recouvre seulement des surfaces extérieures du corps de base (1), en particulier une surface enveloppe et/ou un côté arrière du corps de base (1), ouc) que la couche superficielle (8) recouvre seulement une surface intérieure du corps de base (1), en particulier une surface d'écoulement, oud) que la couche superficielle (8) recouvre la surface du corps de base (1) seulement sur des zones partielles.
- Elément d'installation de peinture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'installation de peinture est l'un des éléments suivants :a) un bol de pulvérisation (1) d'un projecteur rotatif,b) un élément porteur de peinture, en particulier un boîtier de soupape ou une aiguille de soupape,c) un élément qui vient en contact en fonctionnement avec le moyen de revêtement, en particulier un pulvérisateur, un poignet de robot, un bras de robot ou une bride,d) un élément d'un robot de peinture ou d'un robot de manipulation,e) un élément d'une cabine de peinture, en particulier d'un recouvrement, un caillebotis, un convoyeur, une vitre de fenêtre, un élément de paroi, un canal d'évacuation d'air.
- Procédé de fabrication pour un élément d'installation de peinture, en particulier pour un bol de pulvérisation (1), avec les étapes suivantes :a) mise à disposition d'un corps de base (1),b) génération d'une couche superficielle (8) au moins sur une partie de la surface du corps de base (1),c) dans lequel la couche superficielle (8) diminue la tendance à l'encrassement de l'élément d'installation de peinture et/ou la capacité de nettoyage,caractérisé en ce que la couche superficielle (8) contient au moins un des matériaux suivants :d) niobium,e) vanadium,f) tantale.
