Definitions
- Bulk material in particular sand, granules or gravel, is frequently used as filter material, for example in sewage treatment plants. By filtering the bulk material is contaminated. Also in road construction or in the oil industry bulk material is used, which is polluted in various ways. Contaminated materials to which the present invention applies also include oil sludges. The dirt or the impurity are often very difficult to separate using chemicals from the bulk material. This causes high costs for cleaning. Alternatively, the contaminated bulk material is no longer used and only final storage.
- German Utility Model DE 298 24 791 U1 further discloses an arrangement for sand separation by density gradients. Through the sand mixture fine bubble air is bubbled. This sand store can take over the task of an upstream sand separator.
- the EP 0 613 722 A1 describes a method and apparatus for separating water and solids, particularly for recovering reusable sand.
- the contaminated sand is introduced into a master sump and transferred after the supply of water by means of a conveyor in a screening device and thereby separated from large solids.
- the remaining water-solid mixture is fed via a second conveyor to a hydrocyclone and then to a vortex sorter.
- a dewatering device By means of a dewatering device, the remaining separation of the sand takes place from the water.
- the DE 198 10 866 A1 describes a plant, using a demineralization, for the treatment of a fine substance mixture with mineral, organic and aqueous components.
- the core of the system is a turntable with a feeder for the fine material mixture directed towards the center of the turntable.
- the fine material mixture is thrown off by the rotation of the turntable and collected in a collecting device. Further treatment of the collected liquids and sludges is followed by demineralization.
- METHA First Large Facility for the Treatment of Port Sediments - deals with the treatment of sediment in flowing waters.
- the separation of the contaminated silt from sand and other constituents takes place in three steps: Pre-separation by rotating drum sieves causes coarse separation of foreign substances.
- the mixture of substances is subsequently prepared by hydroclassification.
- An upstream sorter then separates the pollutants from sand. Drainage of the sand takes place via drainage sieves.
- the patent DE 199 07 513 C1 discloses a process for purifying contaminated granular materials by attrition, ie by stirring in a water slurry.
- the DE 41 40 845 1 describes a method and apparatus for removing contaminants from contaminated soils.
- the contaminated soil is digested by means of a high-pressure water jet pipe and then further processed in a classifying device into individual grain fractions.
- the final cleaning is done in a flotation device for separating the liquid from the solid components.
- the publication DE 196 21 892 A1 discloses a device for in-situ cleaning of sands, for example of sandboxes, sands of beaches, ect.
- the sand is cleaned on site by a washing process and subsequent classification.
- the cleaning system consists of several plant components that have been installed on a mobile unit.
- the US 2004 0082 828 A1 describes a method of decontaminating soil containing inorganic contaminants.
- a vibrating chute by means of a vibrating chute, the inorganic impurities, which are contained in a coarse fraction in particle form, are dissolved out.
- the inorganic impurities, which are contained in a particle form in an intermediate portion are removed by means of a spiral chute.
- a multiple gravity separator by means of a multiple gravity separator, the inorganic impurities in particle form, which are contained in a fine fraction, separated.
- an arrangement for cleaning soiled bulk material comprises a plurality of processing stages and a receiving and conveying device for receiving and conveying the soiled bulk material within the arrangement.
- a mechanical separation unit support granules and water are mixed with the soiled bulk material by a supply and mixing device.
- a screening device is provided with a vibrating screen for separating coarse-grained constituents, in particular the supporting grains.
- the arrangement comprises a centrifuge for separating impurities from the bulk material, an upflow classifier for flowing dissolved suspended matter out of the bulk material and a dewatering agent for separating the cleaned bulk material from the water contained therein.
- the AT 398 914 B describes a method and apparatus for treating ballast.
- Track ballast to be cleaned is applied to a vibrating or vibrating screen via a conveyor.
- fines are screened out.
- further fines are separated with compressed air.
- water or water vapor is applied at high pressure to the track ballast to be cleaned.
- the cleaned track ballast passes through a chute into a receptacle.
- the object of the invention is therefore to avoid the above-mentioned and other existing disadvantages of the prior art and to provide an environmentally friendly device that allows the cleaning of very strong, eg. With oil residues, soiled bulk material.
- the invention is based on a principle to clean the bulk material with hot steam under high pressure. An efficient removal of greasy soiling is possible.
- the effectiveness of a steam cleaning depends mainly on the temperature and the pressure of the steam jet. In a hot steam cleaning usually temperatures of about 300 ° C are generated.
- the cleaning of contaminated bulk material by hot water vapor relies solely on mechanical cleaning stages, which are environmentally friendly in contrast to the use of chemicals.
- the arrangement for cleaning bulk material consists of mechanical components that are arranged and combined in such a way that the result of the cleaning is optimal without unduly burdening the environment.
- the arrangement consists of several processing stages. Via conveyor belts, the respective material is transported from processing stage to processing stage.
- a first processing stage support grains with water are added to the contaminated bulk material in the feed and mixing device. Due to the added support grain, the impurities are crushed into small components, shot to pieces or dissolved.
- a first high-pressure water generator can generate hot steam. This water vapor is fed at high pressure into the feed and mixing device.
- the arrangement can also be chosen so that both support grains, and hot steam is fed under high pressure to the bulk material.
- the bulk material, support grains and water mixture is conveyed onto a vibrating screen.
- a second high-pressure water generator is provided for the screening device. Hot steam is fed under high pressure to the polluted bulk material on the vibrating screen.
- the contaminated bulk material is irradiated with hot water via water nozzles.
- One or more water nozzles can be swiveled.
- the hot water jet accelerates the sieving process.
- the grains of bulk material that pass through the openings of the screen are rinsed through it more quickly and returned to the feeding and mixing device. Oversizes or larger contaminants can also be screened out here and, for example, discharged via a conveyor belt and thus removed from the further washing process.
- the openings of the vibrating screen variable in size.
- the grain size can still be selected, which should pass through the sieve.
- a centrifuge In a third processing stage, the now present mixture from the second processing stage is fed to a centrifuge.
- the centrifuge separates a large part of the bulk material from water and contaminants due to their different density.
- the separated water with the dissolved impurities is passed for example in an intermediate container.
- the bulk material falls into an upflow classifier placed under the centrifuge.
- the upstream classifier separates by its functional principle bulk material from suspended matter.
- the suspended matter is thereby rinsed out by water and also passed into the intermediate container.
- the rinsed bulk material from the Aufströmklassierer is placed in a fifth processing stage on a Schwingentskysserer. This dewatered the bulk material so that the bulk material can be removed via a conveyor belt from the arrangement and promoted to a heap. Water which is separated in this process also flows into the intermediate container.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the arrangement according to the invention for cleaning soiled bulk material is obtained by providing a device for dewatering sludge produced during the cleaning process.
- This sludge dewatering apparatus may be added to the arrangement as the sixth processing stage.
- the contaminants, suspended matter and process water fed into the intermediate container are pumped off via a pumping station and fed to a sludge press.
- a sludge press In this mud press, water is separated from the remaining ingredients, i. Pollution and suspended matter, isolated.
- the cleaned water will be returned to the bulk material washing.
- the squeezed mud cake can be disposed of.
- the arrangement according to the invention is designed to be mobile for the purpose of cleaning soiled bulk material.
- Wastewater treatment plants do not require continuous cleaning of bulk material.
- the cost of such a cleaning arrangement are not worthwhile, especially for small sewage treatment plants. Therefore, this mobility of the arrangements serves to be able to always provide the arrangement for the cleaning of soiled bulk material at its place of use. For example, the cost of such a facility may be shared by smaller communities.
- the arrangement for cleaning soiled bulk material is formed as a unit. This measure makes it compact and can therefore be used practically anywhere.
- the arrangement is formed mobile with a transport unit.
- the transport unit may, for example, be designed as a low loader, whereupon the arrangement according to the invention is largely permanently installed. In this way, the arrangement can be moved quickly everywhere.
- Fig. 1 is designated 10 an inventive arrangement for the purification of contaminated bulk material.
- the arrangement is in the form of a unit a semi-trailer 11 for a semitrailer, not shown, whereby the arrangement is mobile. Wheels 13 of the trailer 11 are to be seen beginning.
- the contaminated bulk material is introduced into a funnel 12 designed as a receptacle.
- the contaminated bulk material falls through the hopper 12 on a conveyor belt 14, 16, 22, 29, 34.
- the conveyor belt 14, 16, 22, 29, 34 consists of several components and transports the contaminated and later cleaned bulk material, as well as the contamination between the individual processing stages.
- About the conveyor belts 16 support grains are fed to the conveyor belt 14 the polluted bulk material.
- This mixture enters a mixing device 18 of a mechanical separation unit.
- a first high-pressure water generator 20 irradiated with its hot water jet, the mixture of supporting grains and contaminated bulk material. Due to the added supporting grain, the impurities are broken down into small components, shot up or dissolved. Alternatively, the bulk material can also be cleaned only with hot steam under high pressure.
- the conveyor belt 22 below the mixing device 18 transports the dissolved mixture of soiled bulk material, support grains and water onto a vibrating screen 24 of a screening device 25.
- a second, not visible in this figure, high-pressure generator generates one or more hot water jets and / or water vapor with which the soiled bulk material is irradiated on the vibrating screen 24 to speed up the screening process.
- Openings 26 of the vibrating screen 24 are kept variable in size in order to be able to separate different particle sizes. The size of the openings 26 is chosen in particular so that the support grains are separated and fall from the vibrating screen 24 on the conveyor belts 16. From there they will return to the process, i. fed to the conveyor 14 the soiled bulk material, for mixing.
- the contaminated bulk material is now supplied to a centrifuge 28 with a pump station, not shown.
- a centrifuge 28 In the centrifuge 28, a large part of the bulk material is separated from water and impurities. Another part of the screened material is deposited on conveyor belt 29 at a location 31. L-shaped Stones 33 serve to delimit and prevent impurities from getting under the machine.
- the separated water with proportions of impurities is passed in an intermediate container, not shown.
- the bulk material with the residues of impurities falls into an upflow classifier 30 set up under the centrifuge 28.
- the upflow classifier 30 separates the bulk material of suspended matter by its functional principle.
- the suspended matter is thereby rinsed out by water and also passed into the intermediate container.
- the thus cleaned bulk material is rinsed out of the Aufströmklassierer 30 and placed on a trained as Schwingentskyeerer dehydrating agent. In the Schwingentskyerer the bulk material is withdrawn more water. Subsequently, the clean bulk material is transported via the conveyor belt 34 and accumulated at a location 36 for further use.
- FIG. 2 is opposite FIG. 1 the mixing device 18 is shown enlarged as a detailed drawing with the first high-pressure water generator 20.
- the mixing device 18 has in this embodiment, a cuboid frame 38, in which on the upper side designed as a funnel 40 supply is provided.
- the mixture of soiled bulk material with the support grains is ground by the hot water jet and / or water vapor of the high-pressure water generator 20.
- the mixture is thus dissolved and falls onto the conveyor belt 22, which finally conveys the mixture to the vibrating screen 24.
- Below the conveyor belt 22 is a collecting container 42.
- the collecting container 42 traps material and water, which does not reach the conveyor belt 22.
- FIG. 3 is the Aufströmklassierer 30 to see an enlarged detail view.
- the contaminated bulk material is introduced in those Aufströmklassierer 30, which is also located in a cuboid frame 44.
- 46 denotes the edge
- 48 denotes the interior of the inflow classifier 30.
- Water is flowed from below into the interior 48 of the Aufströmklassierers 30, so that the lighter than the bulk of dirt particles flow upwards and are flushed away with the water over the upper edge 46.

Description

- In
- In
- In
