Das Befestigungsmittel 9 ist durch eine Montageöffnung 70 des Fixierblechs 7 in den Fensterflügel 8 aus Holz eingeführt. Das Fixierblech 7 weist eine Ausnehmung 71 (siehe gestrichelte Linie) zum Halten des Körpers des Gehäuses 4 auf. Dabei ist die Ausnehmung 71 etwa in der Mitte des flachen, rechteckigen Fixierblechs 7 U-förmig ausgebildet. Die Ausnehmung 71 kann formschlüssig in die weitere im Körper des Gehäuses 4 eingebrachte Nut 42 gebracht werden kann. Die weitere Nut 42 ist in einem Bereich seitlich des Kopfs 41 an der Aussenseite des Gehäuses 4 angeordnet. Das Fussende 50 des Betätigungsstabs 5 ist vom Kopfende 20 des Fenstergriffs 2 umschlossen. Im Bereich des Kopfendes 20 des Fenstergriffs 2 ist eine Befestigungsöffnung 21 angeordnet, um die Lage des Betätigungsstabes mit dem damit verbundenen Zylinder 3 bei Bedarf befestigen zu können. Das Kopfende 32 des Zylinders 3 weist einen grösseren Umfang im Vergleich zur Körpermitte 31 des Zylinders 3 auf, wobei dieser Umfang dem schulterartigen Element 43 entspricht. Das Kopfende 32 greift dabei formschlüssig in eine dem stufenförmigen Element entsprechenden Vertiefung im Bereich des Kopfes 41 im Innenmantel des Gehäuses 4 ein. Das Kopfende 20 des Fenstergriffs 2 schliesst an einen Führungsring 11 an. Die Führungsring 11 ist dabei zwischen dem Kopfende 20 und dem Fussende 44 des Gehäuses 4 angeordnet. Der Führungsring 11 verhindert die Bildung von Abrieb zwischen dem Fenstergriff 2 und der Rastvorrichtung 1. In einer parallel zu einer flachen, rechteckig ausgebildeten Basisfläche 73 ebenfalls flachen Schulterfläche 74 sind die zwei Montagesöffnungen 70 ausgebildet. Die Schulterfläche 74 ist dabei um ein Vielfaches schmaler als die Basisfläche 73. Es ist aber auch denkbar, nur eine oder mehr als zwei Montageöffnungen 70 vorzusehen. Ein Fixierelement 75 in Form einer flachen, ebenen Zunge oder Lasche ragt gegenüber der Schulter 72 vom Fixierblech 7 hervor. Es ist aber auch denkbar das Fixierelement 75 nockenförmig oder nasenartig auszubilden. Das Fixierelement 75 ragt von der Unterseite der Basisseite 73 nach unten hin ab. Das Fixierelement 75 ist dabei im Bereich der davon gegenüberangeordneten Schulter positioniert. Das Fixierelement 75 dient dazu sich auf dem Beschlagsgetriebe 10 (siehe Figur 1 dazu) abzustützen, damit das Beschlagsgetriebe 10 auch bei sehr häufigem Betätigen des Betätigungsstabs 5 in seiner definierten Position gehalten wird. Claims (10)

  1. A latching device (1) of a window handle (2), comprising a cylinder (3), an actuation rod (5), a housing (4) surrounded by said cylinder (3), and a latching means (6), wherein said cylinder (3) is connected to the actuation rod (5) in a torsionally rigid manner, the actuation rod (5) is arranged rotatable in relation to the housing (4) and a head end (51) thereof is operationally coupled to a fitting gear (10), wherein the latching means (6) is interposed between the cylinder (3), which is rotatable in relation to the housing (4), and the housing (4), and wherein a fixing plate (7) is engaged to the housing (4) in a rotationally rigid manner, characterized in that said fixing plate (7) comprises a staggered shoulder (72) at one of said longitudinal edges thereof, and comprises at least one fixing element (75), which is positioned opposite to the shoulder (72), wherein the fixing plate (7) is adapted to be supported onto the fitting gear (10).
  2. The latching device according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing element (75) is formed tongue-like or flap-like.
  3. The latching device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a boundary (76) of a recess (71) of the fixing plate (7) engages into a groove (42) formed into the body of the housing (4).
  4. The latching device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that said fixing plate (7) comprises at least one installation opening (70).
  5. The latching device according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the latching means (6) are arranged along the longitudinal sides of the cylinder (3) and the housing (4).
  6. The latching device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the latching means (6) are interposed between a head area of the cylinder (3) and a head (41) of the housing (4).
  7. The latching device according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the latching means (6) are formed as lock washer/ball system (30; 60; 61) or are formed as wave pattern system or as spring clamp system.
  8. The latching device according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the cylinder (3) is formed unitary.
  9. A wood and metal window or wooden window, characterized in that the wood and metal window or the wooden window comprises into a window wing (8) a single-borehole comprising a latching device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 8.
  10. The wood and metal window or wooden window according to claim 9, characterized in that the window wing (8) outside the single-borehole comprises an edge corresponding to a shoulder of the fixing plate (7).
