Definitions
- the invention relates to an actuating handle according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Actuating handles for components such as doors and windows usually have a handle which is axially fixed-rotatably mounted on a stop plate (rosette) which can be fixed to the component and which is mounted on a driver, e.g. a square pin is designed for rotational entrainment of an actuator in the window or in the door, such as a window gear or a locknut.
- a stop plate e.g. a square pin is designed for rotational entrainment of an actuator in the window or in the door, such as a window gear or a locknut.
- the handle is usually rotatably connected to a socket which is supported on the inner surface of the stop plate, so that applied to the handle tensile forces on the underside of the Be transferred stop plate.
- a socket which is supported on the inner surface of the stop plate, so that applied to the handle tensile forces on the underside of the Be transferred stop plate.
- locking recesses are formed, which cooperate within the stop plate with locking elements to mark functional positions of the window handle (see, eg DE-U1-299 22 496 ).
- the installation of the actuating handle on doors or windows is always problematic when the handle is already factory-connected to the stop plate; for example by means of a flanging, by riveting or with a retaining ring.
- the handle in the determination of the stop plate on the window sash is usually in front of the mounting screws, which can only be reached if the handle is pivoted during screwing or if the appropriate tool is applied obliquely.
- Another difficulty arises when the stop plate of the rosette is provided with a cap to cover the mounting screws. Although the cap can usually be pivoted laterally to expose the screws. However, this may - depending on the installation situation - lack the space, for example, tilt windows, which are to be opened to the outside and where the stop plate is to arrange edge. The attachment is therefore a total of laborious and cumbersome.
- DE-U1-298 01 858 For example, used as a locking device radially elastically expose support flange sections which are distributed at intervals over the circumference of a passage opening in the mounting plate. The individual locking sections are spread radially when inserting the handle neck and then engage due to their inherent elasticity in a circumferential locking groove of the handle neck.
- EP-B1-1 022 413 discloses a mounting plate having a central socket which is provided on its inner circumference with a circumferential groove. Therein, a snap ring is used whose inner diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the bush. If you insert the handle with its handle neck into the socket, the snap ring initially spread and latched upon reaching a defined end position of the handle with the handle neck, which is also provided for this purpose with a circumferential locking groove.
- a door fitting in which a handle is axially fixed-rotatably mounted in a stop plate.
- the handle has a frontal recess into which an actuating polygon is fixed axially fixed.
- a socket is supported on the inside of the stop plate and is rotatably connected to the handle.
- a grub screw leads across the bush and the handle and engages in a hole of a hole pattern in the actuating polygon.
- the aim of the invention is to provide an alternative fastening solution overcoming the disadvantages of the prior art.
- the aim is in particular an actuating handle, which is constructed inexpensively and can be mounted just as easily as quickly.
- the compound should also withstand higher loads easily.
- an actuating handle for windows and / or doors with a handle which is axially fixed-rotatably mounted on or in a stop plate, wherein the handle has an end face a recess into which an actuating polygon is axially fixed, and with a socket, the is supported on the inside of the stop plate and which is rotatably connected to the handle, wherein the socket is provided with a fixing element which fixes the actuating polygonal in the axial direction
- the fixing element is designed such that the insertion of the polygon into the socket in a first direction effected and locked in the opposite direction, so that the handle on a stop plate already mounted on the stop plate without tools is plugged, the actuating polygon is inserted into the socket until the handle finds its abutment on the stop plate, and wherein already during the Aufsteckens an axially fixed, rotatable connection arises, which is not solvable again.
- the actuating polygon is connected via the fixing element with the bushing and the latter via the actuating polygon with the handle, which is mounted axially rotatable on the stop plate in this way.
- the entire actuating handle consists of only a few components that are simple in design and that can be joined quickly and easily. But the assembly is extremely simple, because only the actuating polygon must be inserted into the socket until the handle finds its stop on the stop plate.
- the fixing element ensures a permanently reliable and stable fixation of the handle on the stop plate.
- the fixing element is designed such that the insertion of the polygon in the socket in a first direction effected and locked in the opposite direction.
- the handle can therefore be mounted without much effort, but not be solved again by the stop plate.
- it is possible whilstecken the handle on the already mounted on the casement stop plate without tools, already during the Aufsteckens an axially fixed, rotatable connection is formed, which is not detachable again.
- the fixing element is preferably a serrated ring which has serrations on its inner circumference, which are effective in pulling against the handle in the first direction counter to this direction.
- the prongs are positively and / or positively engageable with the polygon into engagement, which ensures a permanently stable and reliable connection.
- the fixing element is non-positively and / or positively connected to the socket.
- the fixing is therefore part of the socket and thus part of an assembly. Consequently, it does not have to be mounted separately by the customer or the craftsman on site.
- the socket in turn is preassembled in the stop plate, so that the craftsman after attaching the stop plate only has to insert the handle with the actuating polygon into the socket.
- the serrated ring secures the handle in the axial direction of pull away from the window, while the torque for the actuation of the locking mechanism of the turn-tilt window is transmitted from the actuating polygonal on a shape and axial axial axial recess in the bushing on this.
- the serrated ring also ensures with its razor-sharp burrs and the spring steel elastic material properties an axially stepless handle assembly and an axially secure grip in the opposite direction.
- the fixing element can be materially connected to the socket. Or you form the fixing and the socket in one piece. It is important that the fixing is an integral part of the socket and forms with this a preassembled unit.
- the socket is preferably a locking bush, which cooperates with locking elements, wherein these are formed on or in the stop plate.
- the stop plate has a neck lug which rotatably receives the socket and / or - if the handle is provided with a handle neck - the handle neck of the handle. Closes the socket flush with the neck approach, creating a substantially flat bearing surface for the handle. If the handle neck projects through the neck of the stop plate, the handle neck lies flat and flush on the bushing, which is supported on the peripheral edge of the neck extension from the inside, so that the handle is axially fixed to the stop plate via the actuating square, the serrated ring and the bushing is attached.
- this is provided with a cover which can be locked with the stop plate.
- Actuator 10 is configured as a window handle assembly for a turn-tilt window (not shown). It has a handle 20 with a (not shown in detail) handle main body 22 and an adjoining handle head 24 which is axially fixed-rotatably mounted on a stop plate 30 after assembly of the actuating handle 10. A permanently connected to the handle 20 polygon 28 is used to operate a (not shown) locking mechanism of the turn-tilt window.
- a sleeve 40 is rotatably mounted, which is supported on an inner surface 37 of the stop plate 30 and - also after assembly of the actuating handle 10 - by means of a fixing member 50 via the polygon 28 is axially and rotationally fixed to the handle head 24 is connected whereby the handle 20 is fixed axially fixed but rotatable on the stop plate 30.
- the stop plate 30 is fastened by means (not shown) screws on a sash of the turn-tilt window. It has a flat top surface 31 and on a parallel thereto bottom surface 32 projecting cam 33 which are penetrated by screw holes 34.
- a cylindrical recess 35 is centrally provided, which has a over the top surface 31 projecting neck 36 for rotatably receiving the sleeve 40.
- the socket 40 is - like Fig. 2 closer shows - designed as a locking bush. It has a cylindrical main part 42 which is inserted with little play in the recess 35 in the neck 36 of the stop plate 30. A subsequent to the main part 42 wider collar 44 serves to support the sleeve 40 on the inner surface 37 of the stop plate 30. He is peripherally provided with locking recesses 45 which correspond with locking projections 38. The latter are formed in the stop plate 30. They engage in excellent rotational positions of the handle 20 in the locking recesses 45 of the locking bushing 40 to mark the functional positions of the handle 20 (see Fig. 4 ).
- the mutually oppositely formed latching projections 38 are preferably formed integrally with the stop plate 30 and spring webs 39.
- Fig. 1 One recognizes in Fig. 1 in that the bush 40, with its end face 46 facing the handle 20, is flush with the neck projection 36 of the stop plate 30.
- the socket 40 and The neck projection 36 thereby form a substantially flat bearing and sliding surface for the grip head 24, which has a favorable effect on the storage and guidance of the handle 20.
- the window facing the end face 47 of the bushing 40 is flush with the bottom surface 32 of the stopper body 30, so that both components rest flat on the sash of the window after sinking the cam 33. The sleeve 40 is thus reliably guided between the stop plate 30 and the sash.
- Fig. 2 shows, in the window facing end face 47 of the bush 40, a central recess or recess 48 is introduced. This serves to receive the fixing element 50, which fixes the square 28 in the axial direction L and thereby creates an axially fixed connection between the handle 20 and the bushing 40.
- the fixing element 50 is preferably a serrated ring which has centrally a recess 54, on the inner periphery of which a plurality of prongs 52 are formed, which are inclined perpendicular to the axial direction L in a first direction R1. This ensures that the insertion of the polygon 28 in the sleeve 40 and through the serrated ring 50 through in the first direction R1 effected, but locked in the opposite direction R2, because the inclined teeth 52 due to their sharp edges 53 when pulling on the handle 20 in the opposite direction R2 in the material of the polygon 28 cut.
- the preferably provided with straight cutting edges 53 prongs 52 arrive positive and / or positive fit with the side surfaces 29 of the polygon 28 into engagement, whereby this is fixed without play in the socket 40. Pulling out the handle 20 from the socket 40 is no longer possible.
- the latter is provided with an angular fürgangsaus principleung 41 which receives the polygon 28 in a form-fitting manner.
- the determination of the serrated ring 50 in the socket 40 is preferably carried out by a non-positive and / or positive connection, for example by caulking.
- the inner diameter of the recess 48 is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the serrated ring 50.
- the serrated ring 50 can not rotate relative to the bushing 40 within the recess 48 and to ensure that the recess (unspecified) bounded by the cutting edges 53 of the serrated ring 50 is congruent with the through-hole 41 of the bushing 40 after assembly. is between the sleeve 40 and the serrated ring 50, a rotation 60 is formed. This is formed by key surfaces 62 and corresponding key edges 64 which are formed laterally in the recess 48 of the bushing 40 and laterally on the serrated ring 50. Inserting the serrated ring 50 into the recess 48, the preferably straight formed key edges 64 of the serrated ring 50 align with the key surfaces 62 in the recess 48 from. This ensures the congruent angular position of the through-hole 41 of the bush 40 and the punched hole 54 of the serrated ring 50.
- the cover 70 Between the handle head 24 and the stop plate 30 is a cover 70 which is supported against rotation with a peripheral edge 72 on the stop plate 30, in particular locked with this.
- the cover 70 has a (not designated) central recess for receiving the neck extension 36 of the stop plate 30. It is also integral with a spring 74 which is supported in the mounted position of the handle 20 on the lower end face 25 of the handle head 24 and the cover 70 secures in its rest position on the stop plate 30.
- a recess 26 or recess is introduced, which concentrically receives the spring 74 and the neck extension 36 of the stop body 30, whereby the grip head 24 lies relatively close above the cover 70.
- the spring 74 may, if desired, also be formed separately from the cover 70.
- Fig. 1 further shows, in the handle head 24 in the middle of the recess 26, a further, rectangular in cross-section recess 27 is introduced. This serves for non-positive and positive reception of the actuating polygon 28, which is axially and rotationally inserted into the recess 27, for example by pressing and / or gluing.
- Fig. 3 shows the window handle set 10 before mounting on a window frame.
- the handle 20 with the polygon 28 forms a first assembly, while the stop plate 30 forms with the inserted sleeve 40, a second assembly.
- the second assembly When assembling the handle set 10, the second assembly is first attached to the closed sash by the stop plate 30 is placed with the sleeve 40 on the sash and screwed. Subsequently, the cover 70, together with its pre-assembled or one-piece spring 74 axially on the neck extension 36 of the Stop plate 30 attached and locked with this. If the second assembly mounted, the first assembly can be joined by the polygon 28 is inserted through the sleeve 40 and the serrated ring 50 into the stop plate 30 until the handle head 24 on the neck extension 36 and the end face 46 of the sleeve 40 to rest comes.
- the polygon 28 bends the prongs 52 in the serrated ring in the direction of R1, wherein the edges 53 slide on the side surfaces 29 of the polygon 28. If, on the other hand, one pulls the handle 20 and thus the polygon 28 counter to the direction R1 in the direction R2, the serrations 52 with their sharp cutting edges 53 cling firmly in the square 28 so that they are fixed immediately.
- the square 28 and the handle 20 are thus axially fixed on the support plate 30 supported on the rotatably mounted bushing 40.
- the sleeve 40 and the fixing element 50 form a preassembled unit. This not only ensures a favorable production of all components. The assembly and handling are thereby significantly simplified.
- the entire set 10 consists of only a few components that can be manufactured inexpensively due to their simple geometry.
- the serrated ring 50 is also part of the second assembly together with the socket 40.
- actuating handle has substantially the same structure as the actuating handle of Fig. 1 to 4 , Only the circumference of the serrated ring 50 is instead provided with two opposite key surfaces 64 with four recesses 66 which are placed on corresponding projections 68 within the recess 48.
- Such an embodiment is so far easier to install, as that the serrated ring 50 can be used every 90 degrees and not just every 180 degrees (in the factory pre-assembly) in the locking bush suitable.
- Locking bush 40 and the serrated ring 50 are integrally formed.
- the locking bushing 40 is designed as a deep-drawn sheet metal cup, the circular cylindrical outer frame is profiled with axially extending locking recesses 45 and the bottom in the center has the described Zackenringstanzkontur with the teeth 52 and the cutting edges 53.
- Fig. 7 shows a further embodiment of an actuating handle 10 according to the invention.
- This is also designed as a window handle set for a turn-tilt window. It has a handle 20 with a handle body 22 and an adjoining handle head 24 with a handle neck 23, which after assembly of the actuating handle 10 is axially fixed-rotatably mounted in a stop plate 30.
- a permanently connected to the handle 20 and the handle neck 23 polygon 28 serves to actuate the locking mechanism of the turn-tilt window.
- a sleeve 40 is rotatably supported, which is supported on the inner surface 37 of the stop plate 30 and - also after the assembly of the actuating handle 10 - by means of the fixing element 50 via the polygon 28 axially and rotationally fixed to the handle head 24 and Handle neck 23 is connected, whereby the handle 20 axially fixed but rotatably fixed in the stop plate 30.
- the stop plate 30 is fastened by means of screws on the casement of the turn-tilt window. It has a flat top surface 31 and on a parallel thereto bottom surface 32 projecting cam 33 which are penetrated by screw holes 34.
- a cylindrical recess 35 is centrally provided, which has for receiving the handle neck 23 rotatable about the top surface 31 projecting neck 36.
- the socket 40 is - like Fig. 8 shows closer - formed as a locking bush and disc-shaped substantially. It is supported along the peripheral edge of the neck projection on the inner surface 37 of the stop plate 30 and is circumferentially provided with detent recesses 45, which correspond with latching projections 38.
- the latter are formed in the stop plate 30. They engage in excellent rotational positions of the handle 20 in the locking recesses 45 of the locking bushing 40 to mark the functional positions of the handle 20 (see 4 to 6 ).
- the mutually oppositely formed latching projections 38 are preferably formed integrally with the stop plate 30 and spring webs 39.
- Fig. 8 shows, in the window facing end face 47 of the bush 40, a central recess or recess 48 is introduced. This serves to receive the fixing element 50, which fixes the square 28 in the axial direction L and thereby creates an axially fixed connection between the handle 20 and the bushing 40.
- the fixing element 50 corresponds in structure and function in the Fig. 1 to 6 illustrated and explained fixing.
- an actuating handle 10 in particular a rotary handle for windows and / or doors, a handle 20 which is mounted on or in a stop plate 30 axially fixed-rotatable.

- a sleeve 40 is rotatably mounted, wherein the sleeve 40 is supported with a collar 44 inside of the stop plate 30.
- the sleeve 40 is also axially and rotatably connected to the handle 20.
- a fixing element 50 is provided, which fixes the actuating polygon 28 in the axial direction L as an integral part of the bush 40.
- the serrated ring 50 is part of the locking bush 40. It is inserted on its underside in a corresponding recess 48 and caulked axially there. Lateral key surfaces 64, 66 act as anti-rotation and make the congruent angular position of through-hole 41 of the locking sleeve 40 and punched hole 54 of the serrated ring 50 safe. This ensures a secure mounting of the handle 20, wherein the square pin 29 slides through the corresponding square opening 41 of the locking bushing 40 and the barb-like punching tabs 52 of the serrated ring 50 passes. These ensure with their razor-sharp burr 53 and the spring steel elastic Material properties an axially stepless handle mounting and an axially secure grip in the opposite direction.

Description
The invention relates to an actuating handle according to the preamble of
Actuating handles for components such as doors and windows usually have a handle which is axially fixed-rotatably mounted on a stop plate (rosette) which can be fixed to the component and which is mounted on a driver, e.g. a square pin is designed for rotational entrainment of an actuator in the window or in the door, such as a window gear or a locknut.
The installation of the actuating handle on doors or windows is always problematic when the handle is already factory-connected to the stop plate; for example by means of a flanging, by riveting or with a retaining ring. Especially in window handle trimmings, however, the handle in the determination of the stop plate on the window sash is usually in front of the mounting screws, which can only be reached if the handle is pivoted during screwing or if the appropriate tool is applied obliquely. Another difficulty arises when the stop plate of the rosette is provided with a cap to cover the mounting screws. Although the cap can usually be pivoted laterally to expose the screws. However, this may - depending on the installation situation - lack the space, for example, tilt windows, which are to be opened to the outside and where the stop plate is to arrange edge. The attachment is therefore a total of laborious and cumbersome.
To avoid these disadvantages, it is known to form the handle and the stop plate separately and to provide a locking device between said components, which allows on-site installation of the handle with the stop plate. The latter is first screwed without the handle on the window and provided with a possibly provided cap. Then you put the handle with his grip neck and the driver in the mounting plate, wherein the locking device generates an axially fixed-rotatable connection.
The disadvantage of this is that these known solutions usually have many components and require complicated tools. They are therefore a total of consuming and expensive to manufacture. The handling is not always easy.
Out
A socket is supported on the inside of the stop plate and is rotatably connected to the handle. For this purpose, a grub screw leads across the bush and the handle and engages in a hole of a hole pattern in the actuating polygon. By the grub screw of the actuating polygon and the handle are fixed in the axial direction.
The aim of the invention is to provide an alternative fastening solution overcoming the disadvantages of the prior art. The aim is in particular an actuating handle, which is constructed inexpensively and can be mounted just as easily as quickly. The compound should also withstand higher loads easily.
Ausgestaltungen sind Gegenstand der Ansprüche 2 bis 15.Main features of the invention are specified in the characterizing part of
In an actuating handle for windows and / or doors, with a handle which is axially fixed-rotatably mounted on or in a stop plate, wherein the handle has an end face a recess into which an actuating polygon is axially fixed, and with a socket, the is supported on the inside of the stop plate and which is rotatably connected to the handle, wherein the socket is provided with a fixing element which fixes the actuating polygonal in the axial direction, the invention provides that the fixing element is designed such that the insertion of the polygon into the socket in a first direction effected and locked in the opposite direction, so that the handle on a stop plate already mounted on the stop plate without tools is plugged, the actuating polygon is inserted into the socket until the handle finds its abutment on the stop plate, and wherein already during the Aufsteckens an axially fixed, rotatable connection arises, which is not solvable again.
As a result, the actuating polygon is connected via the fixing element with the bushing and the latter via the actuating polygon with the handle, which is mounted axially rotatable on the stop plate in this way. The entire actuating handle consists of only a few components that are simple in design and that can be joined quickly and easily. But the assembly is extremely simple, because only the actuating polygon must be inserted into the socket until the handle finds its stop on the stop plate. The fixing element ensures a permanently reliable and stable fixation of the handle on the stop plate.
Contributes in particular to that the fixing element is designed such that the insertion of the polygon in the socket in a first direction effected and locked in the opposite direction. The handle can therefore be mounted without much effort, but not be solved again by the stop plate. In particular, it is possible aufzustecken the handle on the already mounted on the casement stop plate without tools, already during the Aufsteckens an axially fixed, rotatable connection is formed, which is not detachable again.
The fixing element is preferably a serrated ring which has serrations on its inner circumference, which are effective in pulling against the handle in the first direction counter to this direction. The prongs are positively and / or positively engageable with the polygon into engagement, which ensures a permanently stable and reliable connection.
Another important embodiment of the invention provides that the fixing element is non-positively and / or positively connected to the socket. The fixing is therefore part of the socket and thus part of an assembly. Consequently, it does not have to be mounted separately by the customer or the craftsman on site. The socket in turn is preassembled in the stop plate, so that the craftsman after attaching the stop plate only has to insert the handle with the actuating polygon into the socket.
The serrated ring secures the handle in the axial direction of pull away from the window, while the torque for the actuation of the locking mechanism of the turn-tilt window is transmitted from the actuating polygonal on a shape and axial axial axial recess in the bushing on this. The serrated ring also ensures with its razor-sharp burrs and the spring steel elastic material properties an axially stepless handle assembly and an axially secure grip in the opposite direction.
Additionally or alternatively, the fixing element can be materially connected to the socket. Or you form the fixing and the socket in one piece. It is important that the fixing is an integral part of the socket and forms with this a preassembled unit.
Between the bushing and the fixing an anti-rotation is expediently designed to ensure an always reliable installation.
The socket is preferably a locking bush, which cooperates with locking elements, wherein these are formed on or in the stop plate.
A stable and precise storage of the socket and thus of the handle is achieved in that the stop plate has a neck lug which rotatably receives the socket and / or - if the handle is provided with a handle neck - the handle neck of the handle.
To cover the fixing screws for the stop plate, this is provided with a cover which can be locked with the stop plate.

The fixing

When assembling the handle set 10, the second assembly is first attached to the closed sash by the
