Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un rivet massif autoperceur dans lequel un segment de fil (8) sectionné est déformé via un outil (1), comprenant un poussoir (4) et une matrice (2), caractérisé en ce que le segment de fil (8) est serré entre des pièces de formage (33) agencées en mâchoires et pouvant être mises en applique radialement, pièces qui reproduisent le contour circonférentiel (321) du rivet et présentent au moins une gorge annulaire (322) formant une contre-dépouille, ensuite est appliquée une force axiale aux deux extrémités du segment de fil (8) via une tige de compression (23, 46) respective, ce qui oblige le matériau filaire à remplir, par fluage, le contour circonférentiel de rivet formé par les pièces de formage (33), sachant que le segment de fil (8), avant son serrage dans la matrice (2), subit un pré-refoulement au moyen d'un deuxième outil (5) comprenant une deuxième matrice (6) et un deuxième poussoir (7), et que le segment de fil pré-refoulé (82) continue d'être refoulé dans la deuxième matrice (6) au moyen du premier poussoir (4), sachant qu'à une extrémité du segment de fil (4) est formée une tête (831) faisant radialement saillie.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le segment de fil (82) dont le refoulement s'est poursuivi est positionné entre les pièces de formage (33) serrables de la matrice (2) avant que ledit segment soit serré entre les pièces de formage (33), sachant que la tête (831) ainsi formée applique axialement sur les pièces de formage (33).
  3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de formage (33) pouvant être mises radialement en applique sont guidées de manière conique et axiale et en ce que les pièces de formage (33) sont déplacées axialement par le premier poussoir (4), ce qui a pour effet de serrer le segment de fil (8) entre les pièces de formage (33).
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la déformation du segment de fil (8) est une déformation à froid.
  5. Outil pour fabriquer un rivet autoperceur plein au moyen d'un procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, comprenant une matrice (2) et un poussoir (4) qui est déplaçable axialement en direction de la matrice (2), caractérisé en ce que la matrice (2) est formée par élément cadre (31) présentant un passage conique (311), passage dans lequel au moins trois pièces de formage (33) sont guidées pour être mises radialement en applique, pièces qui délimitent un contour circonférentiel (321) de rivet et présentent au moins une gorge annulaire (322) formant une contre-dépouille, sachant que les pièces de formage (33) sont précontraintes via des éléments ressorts (44) en direction du plus grand diamètre du cône de l'élément cadre (31), sachant que le poussoir (4) présente une partie (42) extérieure déplaçable axialement traversée coaxialement par une tige de poussée (46) intérieure déplaçable axialement, sachant que la pièce (42) de poussoir extérieure présente un talon conique (421) qui épouse le passage conique (211) en son extrémité d'un diamètre accru, sachant que la pièce (42) de poussoir extérieure est précontrainte dans le poussoir (4) via un ressort (26), sachant que la tige de poussée intérieure (46) est précontrainte par rapport à la pièce (42) de poussoir extérieure et sachant que la tige de poussée (46) intérieure est positionnable en face de la pièce (42) de poussoir extérieure de sorte que les deux pièces de poussoir délimitent un réceptacle recevant la tête d'un rivet (82) pré-refoulé.
  6. Outil selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément cadre (31) présente au moins trois alésages (312) radiaux aboutissant dans le passage conique (311), passages dans lesquels des tiges ont été introduites pour guider axialement les pièces de formage (33).
  7. Outil selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de formage (33) présentent des alésages latéraux (331) destinés à recevoir des tiges de guidage via lesquelles les pièces de formage sont reliées entre elles.
