Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a corner joint set for connecting frame members at right angles.
  • frame elements are preferably used in so-called parallel sliding systems, which are constructed of preferably glazed sliding elements.
  • parallel sliding systems which are constructed of preferably glazed sliding elements.
  • these sliding elements between two rails, which are arranged on the top and bottom, arranged parallel to each other and slidably mounted.
  • slender frame members made of hollow profile legs used and rectangular to sliding elements, which are then glazed or otherwise lined, composed.
  • the frame elements used are pushed by corresponding punched in the corner above the other and in particular not mitred, d. H. at a 45 ° angle, cut to make a corner joint.
  • it is customary to accomplish a corner joint by simply screwing the vertically extending frame member with a arranged in a horizontally extending frame member screw.
  • document NL 1 025 505 C2 discloses a corner joint set according to the preamble of claim 1. It is the object of the present invention to overcome the problems known from the prior art.
  • An inventive Eckhrsset for connecting rectangular frame elements of sliding elements has at least one corner connector and at least one securing element, wherein the corner connector substantially comprises two legs, of which a first leg has an outer contour which is formed so that it is a frame member, with a A second leg which is formed such that it causes a static stiffening of its associated frame member in the assembled state, wherein the securing element comprises separately or integrally a control element, which is a control of a corresponding to the outer contour formed inner contour original installation position of the fuse element allows even after disassembly.
  • a corner joint set has at least one upper and one lower corner connector, the upper corner connector for connecting an upper frame member to a vertical frame member and the lower corner connector for connecting a lower frame member to the vertical frame member and the upper one Corner connector an upper securing element and the lower corner connector is associated with a lower securing element and the upper securing element acts as a safety catch and the lower securing element as a jump-over.
  • An inventive Eckrivsset is thus preferably designed such that the connecting and securing elements are provided for each one side of a sliding element.
  • all corner joints of a sliding element should be designed with corner joints and securing elements according to the invention.
  • the control element may be formed separately from the securing element or integrally connected to it, for example via a bending fold.
  • so-called parallel sliding systems are constructed with the sliding elements assembled with the aid of the corner connecting set, which have guide rails arranged on the top side and at the bottom side for guiding the individual sliding elements.
  • control element is mounted in the assembled state by a screw.
  • the control element can be screwed by means of a control screw with the securing element and at the same time with a frame member, so that by the control screw screwed hole - preferably self-tapping screws are used - a correct attachment of the control element can be checked after disassembly.
  • the control element may be formed, for example, as a cap of the fuse element.
  • the securing element can be formed purely functional, as achieved by a corresponding cap occlusion of the functional elements and so a more appealing design can be provided.

  • a running in a groove of the upper frame member web of an upper track by laterally one of the contour of the web adapted recess extending extensions of the safety catch in the mounted state, d. H.
  • the Ecktellsset can be configured overall functional if the upper control element of the safety catch is designed as a cap and the safety catch and the cap has corresponding to each other formed contours, such that a mounting position of the cap relative to the safety catch is clearly specified.
  • the control element as a cap is achieved that the associated fuse element can be formed substantially in accordance with its functionality and a corresponding external appearance of the overall arrangement can be achieved by the cap.
  • the correspondingly formed contours may be formed, for example, as a dovetail with a corresponding groove.
  • the safety catch tolerance compensation in the form of a slot having.
  • the slot is expediently dimensioned such that during assembly of the safety catch within the limits set by a longitudinal extent of the slot tolerance compensation can be done.
  • the slot is preferably formed as a mounting opening through which a screw connection of the vertically extending frame member with a screw of the horizontally extending frame member. Through the slot, it is then possible to compensate for a deviation of the length of the vertical frame profile of the distance of the horizontally extending rails and still embrace the web of the upper track safely.
  • a particularly simple control of the original installation position of the securing element is made possible when the cap has a through hole for attaching a control screw, wherein the through hole is arranged such that a mounting position of the anti-theft protection is uniquely determined even after disassembly of the securing element or the anti-hanger.
  • the cap can thus be attached to the safety catch, but has an additional through hole for the control screw on.
  • the through hole in the cap is preferably provided in the securing element and leads directly to the located below the securing element frame member of the sliding element, so that when using self-tapping screws a hole in the corresponding vertically extending frame member is generated by the control screw. In this way, even after disassembly of the individual frame elements can still be clearly determined in which position - if necessary, taking advantage of the possible tolerance compensation - the safety catch was installed.
  • a further improvement in the required stability and safety can be achieved in that the jump protection is designed such that a running in a groove of the lower frame member lower web of a lower track by a contour of the web adapted recess in the jump fuse in monierter state laterally such is encompassed that skipping the sliding element without destroying the jump fuse is not possible. It is provided in particular that the jump protection further surrounds the web of the lower track with arranged laterally of the recess extensions as a roller of a carriage, which is arranged in the groove of the lower frame member.
  • the roller of the carriage has a contour adapted to the lower web, which, in particular, if the web has, for example, a semi-circular contour formed upper termination, can cause a "run-up" of the roller on the flanks of the web.
  • the skip protection encompasses the web with the laterally arranged extensions to such an extent that even if the roller runs up against the outer contour of the web, a lateral offset of the sliding element - a skip - is prevented, the security of a corresponding parallel thrust system is further increased.
  • the jump safety device can also have a cover cap, so that the skip safety device can be designed essentially exclusively according to its functional requirements.
  • the skip safety device and the cover cap have correspondingly contoured contours, which are in particular designed such that a mounting position of the cap relative to the skip safety is clearly specified, the contours are preferably designed such that a confusion of the cap of the skip protection and the Cover of the safety catch is prevented.
  • Such a confusion can be ruled out, for example, in that the contours of the cap of the safety catch and the cap of the jump protection are formed inversely to each other, in different sizes or at different positions of the caps.
  • the first leg of the corner connector is tapered towards its end.
  • An orientation of the corner connector relative to the frame member can also be improved by the fact that the first Leg has corresponding to the inner contour of the frame member formed guide flanks.
  • the first Leg has corresponding to the inner contour of the frame member formed guide flanks.
  • Abscherstege may be provided on the guide flanks. These shears are sheared off, for example, during the first insertion of the first leg in the associated frame profile by a front peripheral edge of the frame profile, so that then a play-free seat of the corner connector is ensured in the frame profile.
  • the corner connector has a stop at a transition from the first leg to the second leg.
  • This stop can be designed, for example, as a peripheral stop or only selectively.
  • the first leg of the corner connector may also have end flanks for a carriage or stiffening profiles end.
  • flanks at the same time as joints between the corner connector and the carriage and / or stiffening profiles, a precise alignment of the carriage and / or the stiffening profile is achieved relative to the corner connector. This may be of particular importance when a force is to be applied, for example, by the glass panes used in the sliding element at a defined position of the frame.

  • further mechanical connections for example, taps, pinnacles or a one-piece design may be useful.
  • this can have an expansion slot.
  • This along the second leg, preferably centrally extending expansion slot for example, by means of screwed through the control elements control screw lead to an expansion or spreading of the second leg, so that it exerts a corresponding tension on the associated frame member and thus causes an additional stiffening.
  • the second leg of the corner connector has a through hole which is designed and arranged such that a screwing of the corner connector and a second leg associated frame member with a screw the frame member associated with the first leg is possible. Characterized in that the through hole is provided in the factory in the second leg of the corner, it is avoided that at an undefined point a screw is driven by the corner connector in the screw of the first leg associated frame member.
