Abstract

In the case of multi-part luggage, the parts (10, 20) can be joined together to form a closable single piece of luggage. The parts can be closed in their own right. They are produced as hard-shell pieces of luggage and joined together to form hard-shell luggage. The closable individual parts can be closed, for example, by means of roller-shutter mechanisms or by a grille.

Description

The invention relates to a hard-shell luggage. Hard-shell luggage is used to better protect the contents of the baggage than is the case in 'soft' luggage. In a baggage can be provided a variety of departments and subjects for proper storage, but again and again one wishes for the order and for the protection of some things better divisions.
For example, shoes are packed in a shoe bag, heel to the top, and stowed in the case between others. If expensive shoes show little damage in this way, you can only be annoyed. Not infrequently you have the shoes separately in a shoe bag. But even this is not the solution you really want.
Remedy here the invention, which, for example, can be configured as a chic shoe case. It is a divisible hard case for example, two or four pairs of shoes that can be safely taken away from damage on the trip. Thus, this hard shell case consists of two individual lockable suitcases, which can be mutually protective together to form a suitcase. For example, the shutter shops such as the door, grilles, and roller blinds of the individual are protected against each other Suitcases or luggage parts. Thus, each suitcase part is one, here for shoes, protective unit, probably lockable, but not completely protected against massive impacts and other effects. This happens only by the joining of both parts into one unit. The inventive idea can be further developed to other parts of this kind. With reference to the figures below, illustrating the invention on a two-part example, this is discussed in detail.
zeigt ein Hartschalengepäck aus zwei sich gegeneinander schützenden Teilen. shows a hard-shell luggage from two mutually protective parts.
FIG. 2 shows the article according to FIG. 1 a little further apart, but only so much to show the principle.
Figuren 3A und 3B zeigen einen der beiden Einzelteile im offenen und geschlossenen Zustand Figures 3A and 3B show one of the two parts in the open and closed state
Figur 4 zeigt einige konstruktive Teilbereiche des zu diskutierenden FIG. 4 shows a number of structural parts of the part to be discussed
Hartschalengepäcks.  Hard luggage.
As can be seen on the ready-to-go luggage according to FIG. 1, the division consists diagonally through the cubic or cuboid object. It can be seen from the outside that this division can, for example, preferably store shoes with high heels. In one part they are 10, in the other part 20 they are over the top. Not visible here is the inner closure of the two parts. Each part has a handle or handle that Part 10 has a carrying strap 13 (concealed) and the part 20 has a number 23. In order to fix the two parts together or, better said, the closures 15 serve for the part 10 and 25 for the part 20. The closures 15 and 25.1 snap into each other and thus hold the parts tight. As shown in the following figures, the luggage of this example consists of a frame or framework and hardshells 12 attached thereto for the part 10 and 22 for the part 20.
Figure 2 shows the object to be discussed partially disassembled and separated from each other. The parts are shown without the hard shells, so you can see inside. A rigid, frame-like frame gives the luggage and its parts form and strength. For the part 10 it is the frame 16 and for the part 20 it is the frame 26. In the diagonal strut can be seen form-fitting elements 17.1. and 17.2 for the lateral support of the parts to each other, namely an elongated groove 17.1 and a same length drawn elevation 17.2. These intervene in their counterpart in the part 20, where mirror-inverted, here concealed, form-fitting elements 27.1 and 27.2 are arranged in the frame 27. Also you can see here that both parts have as inner closure ever a roller blind 11.2 and 21.2. Both blinds are brought into an open position, so postponed, so that you can get into the interior with the contents.
FIGS. 3A and 3B show the part 10 on which the roller blind 11.1 is once closed to the inner part in FIG. 3A and opened to the inner part in FIG. 3B. Both FIGS. 3A and 3B are shown with a hard shell 12 inserted. Figure 3B shows very nicely how one can place shoes with medium to high heels in it. So the shoes do not fall around, they are in an insert, not shown here, for example. Held for the heels and toe. If the shoes are stowed in it, you can close the roller blind and the shoes are protected in it. If you want to travel away with it, you put the parts 10 and 20 on each other and locked them against each other. At Henkel 13 and 23, this shoe suitcase can be worn comfortably. The inner equipment can be designed arbitrarily, for example for other objects than shoes.
This example of the invention embodied for a shoe box is not only appealingly elegant, the box is also practical for the protection of delicate and expensive shoes and easy to handle without the risk of ruining the fingernails. The ladies will be deeply grateful to the male inventors.
Finally, FIG. 4 shows the frames 16 and 26 (frames) of the two mutually standing parts 10 and 20, and, pushed backwards, the hard shell 12 of the part 10. The hard shells may be made of plastic, of aluminum or another suitable shock-resistant material. It is clear that this is a simple and good embodiment of this example and that different variants of the frame and the hard shells are possible. Serve as a shutter, as shown, roller blinds, but also other forms of shutter shop for opening and closing are conceivable. If you do not want to have roller blinds, you can also clasp a shutter on the frame, so that the contents after disassembly of the luggage is visible, for example, for an extensive set of cosmetics.
