상기 제1본체와 상기 제2본체의 개구된 부분을 상호 결합하여 가방 모양을 형성하는 체결수단;을 포함하되,
상기 제1본체에는 잠금장치에 의해 개폐 가능한 절개부가 형성되고, 상기 제1본체의 내부에 상기 절개부와 연통되도록 수납주머니가 형성되어, 상기 제1본체와 상기 제2본체의 상호 결합을 해제한 경우에도 상기 잠금장치에 의해 상기 수납주머니 안의 물건 보관이 가능하며,
상기 제1본체와 상기 제2본체 각각의 양단부에는 사용자의 무릎에 감싼 후 이탈 방지를 위해 고정하는 연결수단이 형성되고,
