Description

The invention relates to a sliding door arrangement with a sliding door, in particular a hermetically sealing Bandschutzschiebetür, a running rail and a drive device for moving the sliding door, wherein the sliding door preferably at least one insulating layer and preferably at least one plate layer, wherein the sliding door with at least one drive on the wall side Preferably mounted above the wall opening guide rail and along the running rail from a closed position in which the sliding door preferably smoke-tight or substantially smoke-tight closes the wall opening, in an open position in which the sliding door at least partially releases the wall opening, reversibly displaceable the sliding door is connected to a coupling element and to the drive device a complementary coupling element formed complementary to the coupling element.

A sliding door arrangement of the aforementioned type is basically known in practice, see for example US 3,166,155 A . DE 198 11338 A1 or EP 1288422 A1 , In these sliding door assemblies, it has been proven to provide a wall-side through hole with a frame and above the wall-side through hole to arrange a running rail on which a sliding door is slidably mounted. If the sliding door is now opened, the sliding door arrangements known from practice have a locking mechanism with which the sliding door can be locked or held in an open position, so that the passage opening is permanently released. By manual release or in case of fire, the locking mechanism can be solved, so that the sliding door in a Closing position is moved, in which it completely closes the passage opening. The known from practice sliding doors have a high weight, which is why the opening and closing of these doors is very power consuming. However, the electrification of the drive of the sliding door is critical, since a reliable opening and closing of the sliding door must be ensured even if the drive for moving the sliding door, for example in a fire due to a power failure is not available.

The invention is therefore the technical problem of providing a sliding door assembly of the type mentioned, which is characterized in particular in case of fire by a high level of reliability and with a wall opening reliable and smoke-tight sealable.

The bearing roller and / or the drive roller preferably each have a sprocket, which sprocket preferably engages positively and / or non-positively in the profiling of the toothed belt. The drive roller is expediently driven by the motor of the drive device. Advantageously, the drive roller and / or the motor is arranged outside or laterally next to the wall opening and particularly preferably above the wall opening.

To the sliding door, a driving element is connected to which driving element, the coupling element is fixed. The driving element is referred to as a driver within the scope of the invention. Advantageously, the driver is arranged on the top or a ceiling-side end face of the sliding door or the door leaf. The driver has a holding plate, which is expediently aligned parallel or substantially parallel to a complementary holding plate of the complementary coupling element. The holding plate and the complementary holding plate are particularly preferably aligned vertically or transversely to the top of the sliding door.

The coupling element is designed as a magnet, preferably as an electromagnet, and the complementary coupling element is designed as a magnet and preferably as a permanent magnet (magnet). Advantageously, the coupling element is not magnetic when the magnet formed as an electromagnet is de-energized. In principle, it is possible that the complementary coupling element is designed as a switchable electromagnet, which is advantageously not magnetic in the current-free state.

Conveniently, a power supply line is connected to the sliding door, with which power supply line, the electromagnet is supplied with power. If the electromagnet is supplied with power, a magnetic field is preferably built up, so that the coupling element can be frictionally connected to the complementary coupling element when sufficient between the coupling element and the complementary coupling element is set small distance or when the coupling element abuts against the complementary coupling element. The attraction forces between the coupling element and the complementary coupling element are recommended adjusted with the proviso that the sliding door is moved by the drive means from the closed position to the open position and vice versa. According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the coupling element and the complementary coupling element adhere to each other when moving the sliding door from the closed position to the open position and / or from the open position to the closed position.

It is possible that the power supply line is preferably guided in an energy chain, wherein a front end of the energy chain is recommended connected to a wall-side power supply point and wherein a rear end of the energy chain is preferably fixed to the coupling device and / or the entrainment element. By the energy chain is preferably ensured that the power supply line is guided movable and kink-free, when the sliding door between the closed position and the open position is moved back and forth.

The sliding door arrangement preferably has a switching device which effects a separation of the coupling element from the complementary coupling element when a temperature and / or smoke concentration predetermined by the switching device has been exceeded. Expediently, at least one sensor detects the temperature and / or the smoke concentration of the building air or the air surrounding the sensor. In the context of the invention, the sensor detects a temperature exceeding a predetermined temperature threshold and / or a smoke concentration exceeding a predetermined maximum permissible smoke concentration the sensor prefers a control signal to the switching device (control device), so that the switching device is recommended to effect a separation of the coupling element from the complementary coupling element. In principle, it is possible for a signal to be transmitted to the switching device from a higher-level instance, for example a fire control panel, with the proviso that the switching device brings about the separation of the coupling element from the complementary coupling element. Preferably, the switching device switches the electromagnet of the coupling device without power. Conveniently, the coupling between the coupling element and the complementary coupling element is achieved when the electromagnet of the coupling device is switched without current. If the sliding door is in the open position when the electromagnet is de-energized, the sliding door is moved by the restoring device in the context of the invention from the open position to the closed position.

According to one embodiment, the return device has a counterweight, wherein when moving the sliding door from the closed position to the open position the counterweight is preferably raised vertically in the direction of a ceiling or the guide rail and wherein the counterweight when moving the sliding door from the open position to the closed position preferably vertically movable in the direction of a floor. It is within the scope of the invention that the positional energy of the counterweight is increased by moving the sliding door from the closed position to the open position. A lowering of the counterweight causes in the invention a reduction of the potential energy of the counterweight, which is convertible into energy for displacing the sliding door from the open position to the closed position.

It is recommended that the mass of the counterweight be sized so that the sliding door is displaced from the open position to the closed position when the coupling element is separated from the complementary coupling element. Preferably, the weight of the counterweight is greater than a restoring force, which is used to move the sliding door from the open position to the closed position. Particularly preferably, the connection between the coupling element and the complementary coupling element is designed such that the sliding door can be moved with the drive device against the restoring force applied by the restoring device from the closed position to the open position.

Advantageously, the counterweight is guided in a channel arranged on a lateral surface of the sliding door. In Fig. 1 a sliding door assembly 1 according to the invention with a designed as a hermetically sealed fire sliding door sliding door 2, a frame 3, a running rail 4 and a drive device 5 is shown. The sliding door 2 has a door leaf 6, which is made according to the embodiment of flame-retardant or combustible materials. In the figures, it is not shown that the door leaf has an insulating layer and a plate layer. According to the figures, the sliding door arrangement 1 has a control device 7. Preferably, and according to the figures, the frame 3 is arranged at least partially in a wall opening 8. On the ceiling side or above the wall opening 8, the running rail 4 is connected to a wall 9, wherein according to the figures, the sliding door. 2 mounted with two drives 10 in the track rail 4 and along the track rail 4 from the in Fig. 1 shown closure position in the in Fig. 2 shown opening position is displaceable. Preferably and according to Fig. 2 is the sliding door 2, the wall opening 8 in the open position largely free. In the Fig. 1 to 3 is further shown that on the door leaf 6 is formed as a lever formed handle 11, wherein by grasping and pressing the handle 11, a person sliding the door 2 from the in Fig. 1 shown closure position in the in Fig. 2 can shift shown opening position.

To an upper side of the sliding door 2 and the door leaf 6, a coupling element formed according to the embodiment as an electromagnet 12 is connected. In Fig. 4 It is shown that the electromagnet 12 has an adhesive plate 13 and is connected to a driver 14. The driver 14 is connected to the door leaf 6 of the sliding door 2. This is in the Fig. 4 and 5 shown. As a result, the electromagnet 12 is non-positively connected to the sliding door 2 according to the embodiment.

In the Fig. 1 to 3 it is shown that the drive device 5 has a complementary to the coupling element formed complementary coupling element. The complementary coupling element is formed according to the embodiment as a permanent magnet or magnet 16. The coupling element or the electromagnet 12 is connected to the drive device 5 according to FIGS Fig. 1 . 2 and 4 coupled or coupled, when the holding plate 13 of the switched-on electromagnet 12 to the magnet 16, as in Fig. 4 shown, applied. In order to turn the electromagnet 12 on or off, the electromagnet 12 is connected to the control device 7 with a power line L, so that the electromagnet 12 can be supplied with electrical power by the control device 7. In the Fig. 1 to 4 is 2, that the power line L is led into a power chain E in order to ensure precise guidance of the power line L and to prevent the power line L from bending. The drive device 5 further comprises a DC motor (hereinafter motor) 17, with which the magnet 16 is movable along a guide rail 18. By the method of the holding magnet 16 and according to Fig. 4 Electromagnet 12 coupled thereto is a displacement of the sliding door 2 from the closed position according to FIG Fig. 1 in the opening position according to Fig. 2 and vice versa possible. The method of the sliding door 2, for example, and according to the figures by the hand switch 19, in the Fig. 1 to 3 is shown to be activated. A switching signal of the manual switch 19 is preferably transmitted to the control device 7 in accordance with the exemplary embodiment, by means of which the drive device 5 is controlled by the motor 17.

Furthermore, in the Fig. 1 to 3 illustrated that the sliding door 2 has a restoring device with a counterweight 20. If the sliding door 2 from the closed position according to Fig. 1 in the opening position according to Fig. 2 moves, the counterweight 20 is raised. In Fig. 1 the distance of the counterweight 20 to a floor is less than the distance between the counterweight 20 and the floor in the open position according to FIG Fig. 2 , By the weight of the counterweight 20 is pulled in the direction of the floor, so that starting from the opening position according to Fig. 2 the potential energy stored in the counterweight 20 can be used in such a way that the sliding door 2 can be transferred from the open position into the closed position.

In Fig. 3 It is shown that the electromagnet 12 is de-energized by the control unit 7, so that there is no frictional connection between the electromagnet 12 and the holding magnet 16 of the drive means 5. According to Fig. 3 the electromagnet 12 is switched without current through the control device 7 when the control device 7 is transmitted from an unillustrated sensor an inadmissibly high temperature value or an inadmissibly high smoke concentration. The mass of the counterweight 20 is dimensioned in the sliding door 2 according to the invention such that the counterweight 20 is pulled in the open position due to the force of gravity in the direction of the floor with electromagnet 12 in the open position or falls. The energy released by the lowering of the counterweight 20 causes a displacement of the sliding door 2 from the open position to the closed position. If the solenoid 12 in the closed position according to Fig. 3 again subjected to a current flow and thus activated or magnetically, a re-coupling of the holding magnet 16 of the drive means 5 to the electromagnet 12 is possible by the magnet 16 with the motor or DC motor 17 is moved up to the adhesive plate 13 of the electromagnet 12.

In Fig. 4 It is shown that the magnet 16 is connected via a magnet holder 21 to a carriage 22. The carriage 22 is according to the Fig. 4 and 5 guided on a linear guide rail 18, which guide rail 18 is arranged parallel to the running rail 4 of the sliding door 2. By a variable in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 18 distance between the front and the rear holding jaw 23a, 23b is the setting the tension or tension of the toothed belt 24 possible. By activating the motor 17, a process of the carriage 22 with the magnet holder 21, the holding magnets 16 and the holding jaws 23a, 23b connected to the carriage between the closing position is shown in FIG Fig. 1 and the opening position according to Fig. 2 possible. The in the Fig. 1 and 2 illustrated positions of the carriage 22 on the guide rail 18 represent outer end points of the translational or linear movement of the carriage 22 on the guide rail 18. The method of the carriage 22 is switched according to the embodiment with the manual switch 19.

In Fig. 5 It can be seen that the guide rail 18 with the carriage 22 guided thereon and the magnet holder 21 is located above the running rail 4. The running rail 4 and the guide rail 18 are according to Fig. 5 fixed to the wall 9 with a common rail support 27.
