- A sliding door comprising a runner rail (10), a door leaf (12) guided thereon by means of at least one running gear (13), a limiting device (15) limiting the displacement path of the door leaf (12), a damper (20) with a soft-closing function fastened to the door leaf (12) and a coupler (30) fastened to the runner rail (10) and interlocking with a gripper part (17) of the damper (20), wherein, upon closing the door, the damper (20) first slows down the door leaf (12) and then moves the same into the closed position,
wherein the limiting device (15) forms a structural unit (35) together with the coupler (30) and the coupler (30) comprises a flat arm (31) extending in parallel with the runner rail (10) and having a coupling part for interengaging with the gripper part (17) of the damper, the coupling part being arranged at a free end of the arm (31) and being stationary in the height position,
characterized in that
the vertical dimension of the coupling part is larger than the gripper part (17) so that a coupling of the coupling part and the gripping part (17) works reliably independent of the mounting height of the door leaf (12) or the gripping part (17), the plane of the arm (31) extending parallel to the plane of the door leaf (12. - The sliding door of claim 1, characterized in that the flat arm (31) is an elongated arm and from which arm (31) the coupling part extends transversely to the plane of the door leaf and projects towards the same.
- The sliding door of claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the arm (31) is prestressed such that the coupling part is pushed away from the door leaf (12) and that a cover set in front of the arm (31) forms a support for the free end portion of the arm (31) for a defined positioning of the coupling part.
- The sliding door of one of claims 1 - 3, characterized in that the coupling part is a nose (32) projecting from the arm (31), which nose snaps into a recess (29) in the gripper part (17) of the damper (20).
- The sliding door of one of claims 1 - 4, characterized in that the structural unit (35) is adapted to be optionally mounted on the right or the left end side of the runner rail (10) so as to cooperate with a left or right end side damper (20) of the door leaf (12).
- The sliding door of one of claims 1 - 5, characterized in that the door leaf (12) is a glass pane.
- The sliding door of one of claims 1 - 6, characterized in that the structural unit (35) is adapted to be displaced and locked on the runner rail (10) in the longitudinal direction.
