Figur 1 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht einer Fernbedienungseinheit 1 für eine Küchenspüle gemäß dem Stand der Technik. Die Fernbedienungseinheit 1 weist ein Bedienelement 2 auf, welches über ein Zwischenstück 4 an ein erstes Ende 5 eines flexiblen Kraftübertragungselements 6, welches als Bowdenzug 7 ausgebildet ist, angeschlossen ist. In der hier dargestellten Ausführungsform ist das Kraftübertragungselement 6 an das Zwischenstück 4 über hier nicht sichtbare Gewindeabschnitte angeschraubt. Weiterhin ist das Kraftübertragungselement 6 an einem zweiten Ende 8 mit einem als Exzenterventil ausgebildeten Ventil einer Ablaufgarnitur 30 verbunden. Durch Ziehen des Bedienelements 2 wird das Ventil der Ablaufgarnitur 30 über den Bowdenzug 7 geschlossen, während ein anschließendes Drücken des Bedienelements 2 für ein Öffnen des Ventils sorgt, so dass beispielsweise Wasser aus einer Küchenspüle abfließen kann. Figur 2 zeigt eine Explosionsdarstellung eines Rastmechanismus 3 gemäß einer Ausführungsform, welcher zum Nachrüsten der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Fernbedienungseinheit 1 ausgebildet ist. Der Rastmechanismus 3 umfasst ein Gehäuse 9, an dessen äußerem Umfang 10 zwei sich in radialer Richtung gegenüberliegende erste Rastnasen 11, 11' angeordnet sind. Weiterhin sind an dem äußeren Umfang 10 des Gehäuses 9 zwei zweite Rastnasen 12, 12' vorgesehen, welche sich ebenfalls in radialer Richtung gegenüberliegen und von den ersten Rastnasen 11, 11' in axialer Richtung beabstandet sind. Weiterhin weist der Rastmechanismus 3 eine Schiebemutter 13 auf, welche auf ein erstes, oberes Ende 14 des Gehäuses 9 aufsetzbar ist. Die Schiebemutter 13 weist einen mit einem Innengewinde versehenen Gewindeabschnitt 15 auf, welcher mit einem Gewindeabschnitt des in Fig. 1 dargestellten Zwischenstücks 4 verschraubbar ist. Weiterhin weist die Schiebemutter 13 Öffnungen 16, 16' auf, in welche die ersten Rastnasen 11, 11' in zusammengesetzten Zustand des Rastmechanismus 3 eingreifen. Darüber hinaus weist der Rastmechanismus 3 ein erstes Zahnrad 17, welches als Steller bzw. Druckhülse wirkt, und ein zweites Zahnrad 18 auf, welches mit dem ersten Zahnrad 17 in zusammengesetzten Zustand des Rastmechanismus 3 in Eingriff steht, und welches als Springer bzw. Vorschubhülse analog zu einem Rastmechanismus eines Kugelschreibers wirkt. Weiterhin umfasst der Rastmechanismus 3 eine erste Feder 19 und eine zweite Feder 20, eine Kabelzugaufnahme 21 und einen Deckel 22, welcher auf ein zweites, unteres Ende 23 des Gehäuses 9 aufsetzbar ist. Der Deckel 22 weist Öffnungen 24, 24' auf, in welche die zweiten Rastnasen 12, 12' in zusammengesetztem Zustand des Rastmechanismus 3 eingreifen. Weiterhin weist der Deckel 22 einen Gewindeabschnitt 28 auf, über welchen er mit einem Kraftübertragungselement 6 (siehe Fig. 1) verbindbar ist. Das Gehäuse 9 ist an seinem inneren Umfang mit einer Vielzahl von hier nicht sichtbaren verschieden langen Nuten ausgebildet, die als Rastnuten dienen, in welchen das zweite Zahnrad 18 bzw. die Vorschubhülse in einer ersten Rastposition, in welcher das Ventil einer Ablaufgarnitur 30, wie sie in Fig. 1 dargestellt ist, geschlossen ist, und einer zweiten Rastposition, in welcher das Ventil geöffnet ist, einrastbar ist. Die jeweiligen Zähne des ersten, oberen Zahnrads 17 und des zweiten, unteren Zahnrads 18 stehen dabei über ihre gesamten Flächen in maximalem Eingriff. Wie hier erkennbar ist, ist die zweite Feder 20 des Rastmechanismus 3 in dieser Position zusammengedrückt und die ersten Rastnasen 11, 11' liegen an einem oberen Ende 26, 26' der Öffnungen 16, 16' der Schiebemutter 13 an. Die jeweiligen Zähne des ersten Zahnrads 17 und des zweiten Zahnrads 18 stehen dabei nicht mit ihren gesamten Flächen in Eingriff bzw. stehen nur in einem minimalen Eingriff. Die Kabelzugaufnahme 21 ragt mit einem Endabschnitt 27 aus dem das Gehäuse 9 umgebenden Deckel 22 heraus. Der Rastmechanismus 3 gemäß der Ausführungsform der Erfindung bewirkt ein Öffnen und Schließen des Ventils der Ablaufgarnitur 30 (siehe Fig. 1) jeweils durch Drücken des Bedienknopfes 2 (siehe Fig. 1). Auf einen ersten Druck eines Bedieners auf den Bedienknopf 2 hin laufen die Zähne des ersten Zahnrads 17 dabei auf den abgeschrägten Flächen der Zähne des zweiten Zahnrads 18, wodurch eine Rotationsbewegung entsteht und sich das zweite Zahnrad 18 drehend nach unten bewegt. Die nach unten wirkende Kraftkomponente wird über die erste Feder 19 auf die Kabelzugaufnahme 21 übertragen und drückt diese ebenfalls nach unten, was wiederum bewirkt, dass das mit der Kabelzugaufnahme 21 verbundene Kraftübertragungselement 6 das Ventil der Ablaufgarnitur 30 öffnet. Durch die Rotationsbewegung gelangt das zweite Zahnrad 18 gleichzeitig auch in eine Position, in welcher es in einer auf einer Innenseite des Gehäuses 9 vorgesehenen erste Rastnut einrastet. Somit wird eine Fixierung in einer ersten Rastposition erreicht, in welcher das Ventil geschlossen ist (siehe Fig. 6). Auf einen zweiten Druck des Bedieners auf den Bedienknopf 2 hin wird wiederum die Druckkraft auf das zweite Zahnrad 18 ausgeübt, wobei wiederum eine Rotationsbewegung des zweiten Zahnrads 18 verursacht wird, die das zweite Zahnrad 18 in eine Position bewegt, in welcher es in einer weiteren auf der Innenseite des Gehäuses 9 vorgesehenen zweite Rastnut einrastet, welche eine zu der ersten Rastnut unterschiedliche Länge aufweist, und eine Fixierung in einer zweiten Rastposition bewirkt, in welcher die Kabelzugaufnahme 21 in einer zurückgezogenen Position ist, wodurch das Ventil über das Kraftübertragungselement 6 wieder geöffnet wird. The second spring 20, which acts on the cable retainer 21 in such a way that it is pressed upwards, ensures that the second gear 18 remains in its respective latching position and, via the first spring 19, the cable retainer 21 in the corresponding upper or lower position remains.

Claims (12)

  1. Remote operation unit (1) for opening and closing a valve of a drain fitting (30) of a sink, especially a kitchen sink, which has a force-transmission element (6) and an operating element (2), the force-transmission element (6) transmitting a pressing force exerted on the operating element (2) to the valve, wherein a locking mechanism (3) is arranged between the operating element (2) and the force-transmission element (6),
    characterised in that
    the locking mechanism (3) is releasably connected at least to the force-transmission element (6) and also to the operating element (2).
  2. Remote operation unit (1) according to claim 1,
    characterised in that
    the locking mechanism (3) and preferably also the operating element (2) is configured as a retrofittable module (29).
  3. Remote operation unit (1) according to claim 1 or 2,
    characterised in that
    the locking mechanism (3) is engageable in a first locking position and in a second locking position.
  4. Remote operation unit (1) according to claim 3,
    characterised in that
    the first locking position is arranged to be set by a first press on the operating element (2) and the second locking position by a second press on the operating element (2).
  5. Remote operation unit (1) according to claim 4,
    characterised in that
    the first press effects closure of the valve.
  6. Remote operation unit (1) according to claim 4 or 5,
    characterised in that
    the second press effects opening of the valve.
  7. Remote operation unit (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 6,

    the housing (9) has a first end (14) on which a sliding nut (13) is mountable, which sliding nut is configured for releasable connection to the operating element (2) and for co-operation with the first locking lug (11, 11'), and a second end (23) on which a cover (22) is mountable, which cover is configured for releasable connection to the force-transmission element (6) and for co-operation with the second locking lug (12, 12').
  9. Remote operation unit (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 8,
    characterised in that
    the locking mechanism (3) has a first spring (19) and a second spring (20).
  10. Remote operation unit (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 9,
    characterised in that
    the locking mechanism (3) has a first gear wheel (17), which acts as actuator, and a second gear wheel (18), which is in engagement with the first gear wheel (17) and which acts as reacting driver.
  11. Remote operation unit (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 10,
    characterised in that
    the force-transmission element (6) is flexible, especially being in the form of a Bowden cable (7).
  12. Remote operation unit (1) according to claim 11,
    characterised in that
    the locking mechanism (3) comprises a housing (9) in which a cable receiver (21) is arranged and on the lower end (23) of which a cover (22) is mountable, which cover (22) has a threaded portion (28) by means of which it is connected or connectible to a first end (5) of the Bowden cable (7) in order to form a releasable connection, the Bowden cable (7) being mounted by its end (5) in the cable receiver (21) and the connection then being secured or securable by means of a kind of threaded sleeve (31) which is screwed or screwable onto the threaded portion (28).
