Die Aufgabe ist bei einer gattungsgemässen Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1 gelöst. Die Drucktaste kann damit weitgehend im Überlaufgehäuse und damit im Sanitärartikel versenkt werden. Damit wird erreicht, dass die Drucktaste an der Frontseite des Sanitärartikels und bei einer Badewanne an der Innenseite im wesentlichen nicht vorragt. Im Fall einer Badewanne kann dadurch die Bewegungsfreiheit und schliesslich der Komfort des Sanitärartikels wesentlich erhöht werden.The object is achieved in a generic device according to

Nach einer alternativen Ausführung ist vorgesehen, dass mit der Drucktaste ein Motor ein- und ausgeschaltet werden kann. Durch den Motor wird das Ablaufventil geöffnet bzw. geschlossen. Der Motor ist vorzugsweise ein Stellmotor. Durch Drücken der Drucktaste 24 wird über einen Schalter der Motor eingeschaltet und damit auf das Seil 31 ein Zug ausgeübt. Durch nochmaliges Drücken der Drucktaste 24 wird die Drehrichtung des Motors umgekehrt und entsprechend das Seil 31 entspannt bzw. das Ablaufventil 6 geschlossen. Das Betätigungsteil 27 betätigt in diesem Fall somit einen Schalter. Die Rastvorrichtung mit der Steuerkurve 40 und dem Steuernocken 41 ist auch in diesem Fall möglich. Denkbar ist auch eine Ausführung, bei welcher der Motor im Ventilgehäuse 7 angeordnet und über eine Signalleitung mit dem in Ventilgehäuse 14 angeordneten Schalter verbunden ist.
Claims (6)
- Apparatus for actuating the drain valve of sanitary articles (2), in particular a bathtub, having an overflow housing (14), which can be fastened behind an opening (13) of the sanitary article (2), and having an actuating mechanism (31) for the purpose of actuating the drain valve (6), is operatively connected to the latter and to a pushbutton (24), wherein the pushbutton (24), when the drain valve (6) is closed, projects through the opening (13) of the sanitary article (2) into the overflow housing (14), wherein the overflow housing (14) has a fastening part (17), which has an outer surface (51), wherein the pushbutton (24), when the drain valve (6) is closed, has its contact surface (25) essentially flush with the outer surface (51) of the fastening part (17) of the overflow housing (14) and wherein the fastening part (17) has a cylindrical extension (45), which projects through the aforementioned opening (13) into the overflow housing (14) and, with the pushbutton (24), forms an overflow opening (18), characterized in that the extension (45), at an inner end, has an inwardly directed periphery (23), against which a clamping nut (22) can be positioned.
- Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the fastening part (17) has a comparatively flat flange (19), which can be positioned against an inner side (8) of the sanitary article (2).
- Apparatus according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized by the formation, on the overflow housing (14), of a cylindrical guide part (20), in which an actuating part (27), on which the pushbutton (24) is fastened, is guided in a displaceable manner.
- Apparatus according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the overflow housing (14) has mounted in it a retaining part (29), which has guide grooves (37) on which, when the pushbutton (24) is actuated, the retaining part (29) can be displaced.
- Apparatus according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized by the arrangement, in the overflow housing (14), of a guide track (39), by means of which the pushbutton (24) can be latched in position in a releasable manner.
- Apparatus according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the pushbutton (24) can switch-activate a motor, by means of which the drain valve (6) can be opened and closed.
