Claims (13)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zur gründlichen Politur einer Schleifscheibe (2), welche ein Gehäuse bzw. eine Ummantelung (10) zum seitlichen Halt eines Politurstabs (3) und zur Führung gemäß der Längsachse (X), einen Zylinder (11) zur Aufbringung einer konstanten Schubkraft auf den Politurstab (3), welcher in dem Gehäuse (10) gegen die Schleifscheibe (2) gehalten und geführt wird, und Mittel (13) zur linearen Führung des Gehäuses bzw. der Ummantelung (10) aufweist, um den Politurstab (3) parallel zur Achse (Y) der Schleifscheibe (2) zu verschieben, indem er eine konstante Schubkraft auf diese beibehält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Politurstab (3) ein Stab aus Korund ist und dass die Politurvorrichtung Mittel (4, 40, 41) zur Verbindung der Zylinderstange (110) mit dem Ende des Politurstabs (3) aufweist.
  2. Vorrichtung (1) zur gründlichen Politur einer Schleifscheibe (2) nach Anspruch 1, in welcher das Gehäuse bzw. die Ummantelung (10) eine nach oben geöffnete Nut und einen U-förmigen Querschnitt zur Längsachse aufweist.
  3. Vorrichtung (1) zur gründlichen Politur einer Schleifscheibe (2) nach Anspruch 2, welche drei Laufräder (100, 101,102) zur Führung des Politurstabs (3) aufweist, welche in dem Gehäuse (10) im Wesentlichen an einer selben Längsseite befestigt sind, wobei zwei (101, 102) der Laufräder (100, 101, 102) gegenüber voneinander liegen und jeweils auf einem Schenkel der U-förmigen Nut befestigt sind und das dritte Laufrad (100) auf der Oberseite der U-förmigen Nut befestigt ist, wobei der Raum zwischen den Laufrädern (100, 101, 102) und dem Boden der U-förmigen Nut eine Abmessung aufweist, welche der nominalen Querabmessung des Politurstabs (3) entspricht.
  4. Vorrichtung (1) zur gründlichen Politur einer Schleifscheibe (2) nach einem der vorhergehenen Ansprüche, in welcher der Zylinder (11) ein doppeltwirkender Zylinder ist.
  5. Vorrichtung (1) zur gründlichen Politur einer Schleifscheibe (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, in welcher der Zylinder (11) ein Pneumatikzylinder ist, welcher von einem Druckminderer geregelt wird.
  6. Vorrichtung (1) zur gründlichen Politur einer Schleifscheibe (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, in welcher die Mittel zur linearen Führung durch Schienen (13) im Trockenlauf gebildet werden.
  7. Vorrichtung (1) zur gründlichen Politur einer Schleifscheibe (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welche zwei Anschläge bzw. Endbegrenzungen des Verlaufs der linearen Führungsmittel (13) aufweist, um die Verlagerung des Politurstabs (3) zur Breite der Schleifscheibe (2) zu begrenzen.
  8. Vorrichtung (1) zur gründlichen Politur einer Schleifscheibe (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welche einen Laufwagen bzw. Schlitten (12) aus zwei zueinander verschwenkbaren Teilen (120, 121) aufweist, wobei der untere Teil (121) des Laufwagens bzw. Schlittens (12) permanent mit Hilfe der linearen Führungsmittel (13) geführt wird, wobei der obere Teil (120) des Laufwagens bzw. Schlittens (12) zwischen einer Ruhestellung, in welcher das Gehäuse bzw. die Ummantelung (10) im Wesentlichen parallel zur Achse (Y) der Schleifscheibe (2) ist, und einer Politurstellung schwenkt, in welcher das Gehäuse bzw. die Ummantelung (10) im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Achse (Y) der Schleifscheibe (2) ist.
  9. Vorrichtung (1) zur gründlichen Politur einer Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 8, welche einen manuellenVerriegelungshebel (14) zum Schwenken des oberen Teils (120) des Laufwagens bzw. Schlittens (12) aufweist.
  10. Politureinheit, welche dazu bestimmt ist, zur Politur einer Schleifscheibe (2) verwendet zu werden, wobei die Einheit einen Stab (3) aus Korund sowie ein Teil bzw. Stück (4) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Ende (40) des Teils bzw. Stücks (4) eng an dem Korundstab (3) anliegt, wobei das Teil bzw. Stück (4) an seinem anderen Ende eine ein Zapfenloch bildende Einschnürung (41) aufweist, welche zur Aufnahme der Zylinderstange (11) der Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche angepasst ist, wobei die Zylinderstange einen Zapfen bildet, wodurch der Zapfen und das Zapfenloch eine Schwalbenschwanzverbindung bilden.
  11. Politureinheit nach Anspruch 10, in welcher das Teil bzw. Stück (4) einen Greifzapfen (42) aufweist.
  12. Spitzenlose Schleifmaschine (5) für Schleifgut, welche eine Antriebsscheibe (6) für die Zuführung des Schleifguts sowie eine Schleifscheibe (2) aufweist, welche gegenüber der Antriebsscheibe (6) zum Schleifen des Schleifguts angeordnet ist, sowie eine Vorrichtung (1) zur gründlichen Politur der Schleifscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, welche in der Nähe der Schleifscheibe (2) gegenüber dieser entgegengesetzt zur Antriebsscheibe (6) angeordnet ist.
  13. Spitzenlose Schleifmaschine (5) nach Anspruch 12, welche zum Schleifen von Kernbrennstofftabletten angepasst ist.
