Claims (10)

  1. Contacteur à courant continu (1) à commutation unidirectionnelle et à coupure double avec deux zones de contact (2, 3), qui comprennent chacune un contact fixe (4, 6) et chacune un contact mobile (5, 7), les contacts mobiles (5, 7) étant agencés sur un pontet de contact (8), et un arc électrique de commutation se produisant au niveau de chaque zone de contact lors de l'ouverture des zones de contact (2, 3), le contacteur comprenant également un dispositif d'extinction d'arc électrique (14) et un dispositif de soufflage (18, 19) pour souffler au moins l'un des arcs électriques de commutation de la zone de contact (2, 3) correspondante, une tôle de pontage (16) étant agencée au voisinage du contact mobile (5) de la première zone de contact (2), et le pontet de contact (8) et la tôle de pontage (16) étant agencés de manière électriquement isolée l'un de l'autre, caractérisé en ce que la tôle de pontage (16) est reliée électriquement avec le contact fixe (6) de la deuxième zone de contact (3), de sorte que le premier arc électrique de commutation de la première zone de contact (2), sous l'effet du soufflage par le dispositif de soufflage (18, 19), se propage du pontet de contact (8) sur la tôle de pontage (16), en conduisant ainsi à shunter le deuxième arc électrique de la deuxième zone de contact (3).
  2. Contacteur à courant continu selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'extinction d'arc électrique (14) est agencé au voisinage de la première zone de contact (2).
  3. Contacteur à courant continu selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le pontet de contact (8) et la tôle de pontage (16) sont mutuellement séparés par un entrefer ou interstice d'air (22).
  4. Contacteur à courant continu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la tôle de pontage est réalisée en tant que tôle de guidage d'arc électrique (16) et entoure au moins partiellement, une zone de bordure du dispositif d'extinction d'arc électrique (14).
  5. Contacteur à courant continu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le contact fixe (4) de la première zone de contact (2) est relié à une deuxième tôle de guidage d'arc électrique (20).
  6. Contacteur à courant continu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que dans la région de la deuxième zone de contact (3), est agencée une garniture de protection (21).
  7. Contacteur à courant continu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'à son extrémité (15) dirigée vers la tôle de pontage (16), le pontet de contact (8) est coudé en direction de la tôle de pontage (16).
  8. Contacteur à courant continu selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de soufflage (18) est agencé sur le côté du pontet de contact (8) opposé à celui dirigé vers les zones de contact (2, 3), derrière l'extrémité coudée (15) du pontet de contact (8).
  9. Contacteur à courant continu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le contacteur à courant continu est entouré d'un boitier, le boitier étant conçu et réalisé selon une technique à deux coques de boitier.
  10. Contacteur à courant continu selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le boitier comporte, dans la région du dispositif d'extinction d'arc électrique (14), un insert (24) extractible, qui est relié à des éléments d'extinction d'arc électrique (23) du dispositif d'extinction d'arc électrique (14), agencés dans cette région.
