Claims (13)

  1. Méthode de fabrication d'un emballage alimentaire comprenant une étape de déroulement d'une bande de matière imprimable d'une première bobine, une étape d'impression de la bande de matière imprimable, une étape d'assemblage d'une feuille ou d'une bande tubulaire de matière de qualité alimentaire à l'arrière de la bande de matière imprimable dans la direction de l'alimentation de celle-ci afin d'obtenir une bande laminée et une étape optionnelle de coupure longitudinale de la bande tubulaire de matière de qualité alimentaire, ladite méthode étant pourvue, entre l'étape de séchage et l'étape d'assemblage, d'une étape d'application de dispositifs antivol de type EAS au moyen d'au moins une étiqueteuse à l'arrière de la bande de matière imprimable dans des positions telles qu'au moins un des dispositifs antivol de type EAS est caché par l'impression d'un emballage, quand l'emballage est obtenu dans une étape postérieure impliquant la coupure d'une bande laminée en feuilles, ladite méthode étant caractérisée par l'étape d'impression qui est réalisée sur le devant de la bande de matière imprimable, par une étape de séchage de cette bande et par l'autre caractéristique selon laquelle ladite étape postérieure de coupure de la bande laminée en feuilles est réalisée immédiatement après l'étape de coupure longitudinale de la bande tubulaire de matière de qualité alimentaire.
  2. Méthode selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre une étape d'enroulement d'une bande laminée sur une seconde bobine ou une bobine terminale après l'étape de coupure longitudinale de la bande tubulaire de matière de qualité alimentaire.
  3. Méthode selon la revendication, caractérisée en ce que l'étape postérieure de coupure de la bande laminée en feuilles est réalisée immédiatement après l'étape de déroulement de ladite seconde bobine ou bobine terminale.
  4. Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif antivol de type EAS est une étiquette RFID.
  5. Chaîne de fabrication pour mettre en oeuvre une méthode de fabrication d'emballage alimentaire, comprenant une bobine (1), avec une bande (1a) de matière imprimable, une station de laminage comprenant une unité (7) pour diffuser une substance adhésive sur au moins une bande et une zone d'assemblage cylindrique (8) pour obtenir une bande laminée (11) sur une bobine terminale (11a), caractérisée en ce que la bande est une bande de matière de qualité alimentaire, la chaîne comprenant un ventilateur d'évacuation des odeurs et vapeurs, une imprimante flexographique à 4 couleurs, une station de séchage de la matière imprimée et en ce qu'un appareil (5) pour appliquer un dispositif antivol de type EAS (20) sur l'arrière non imprimé de la bande (1a) de matière imprimable est prévu entre la station de séchage de l'impression (4) et la station de laminage en aval.
  6. Chaîne de fabrication selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que l'appareil (5) pour appliquer le dispositif antivol de type EAS (20) comprend au moins une étiqueteuse (12) équipée de plaques (13) pour appliquer les étiquettes RFID (20).
  7. Chaîne de fabrication selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que l'appareil (5) pour appliquer le dispositif antivol de type EAS comprend une pluralité d'étiqueteuses (12) positionnées d'une manière fixe de telle façon que leurs plaques (13) soient agencées côte à côte dans la largeur de la bande de matière imprimable.
  8. Chaîne de fabrication selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que l'appareil (5) pour appliquer le dispositif antivol de type EAS comprend une pluralité d'étiqueteuses (12) positionnées d'une manière amovible de telle façon que leurs plaques (13) soient déplaçables au sein de la largeur de la bande de matière imprimable.
  9. La chaîne de fabrication selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'une pluralité d'étiqueteuses (12) est montée sur un transporteur d'étiqueteuses (14) pouvant glisser dans un cadre (15) sur des guides supérieurs (16) et des guides inférieurs (17), lesdits guides étant équipé de déclencheurs de transport séparés (18a, 18b,18c,18d), chacun étant équipé d'une pluralité de pistons pneumatiques (19) capables de déplacer le transporteur d'étiqueteuses (14) et n'importe quels déclencheurs de transport (18a,18b,18c, 18d) agencés entre.
  10. Chaîne de fabrication selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 9, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif antivol de type EAS est une étiquette RFID.
  11. Emballage alimentaire comprenant une partie de feuille (40) de matière imprimée sur son avant et un film (41) de matière de qualité alimentaire associée au moyen d'une substance adhésive sur la partie arrière de la feuille (40) de matière imprimée, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif antivol de type de type EAS (20) est positionné entre la partie de la feuille (40) de matière imprimée et le film (41) de la matière de qualité alimentaire et la partie de feuille (40) et le film (41) sont collés ensembles au moyen d'un adhésif pour former un stratifié.
  12. Emballage alimentaire selon la revendication 11 caractérisé en ce que le film (41) de matière de qualité alimentaire est équipé de rabats (42,43).
  13. Emballage alimentaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11-12 caractérisé en ce que le dispositif antivol de type EAS est une étiquette RFID.
