Description

The present invention relates to the field of elevator installations intended to be mounted in buildings or buildings, inside or outside thereof, and relates to a small elevator installation.

It is known that an elevator is a device that makes it possible to move people or objects in height by serving defined levels or floors by means of a cabin that moves in a vertical duct arranged at the inside or outside a building or building.

An elevator installation generally comprises a vertical elevator shaft with sheath walls, a shaft ceiling and a shaft bottom, an elevator car supported by a vertical arcade or stirrup structure guided in vertical motion. the sheath by cab guides, a drive motor, such as a permanent magnet electric motor, which actuates a driving pulley driving by adhesion at least one elongated member of hanger, cable, belt or chain type, which is hanging the arch and a counterweight. The latter has the function to allow in particular to counterbalance and balance the load of the cab, to increase the adhesion of the cables on the drive pulley or reduce the power required to drive the cabin moving in the sheath.

Cabin guides are generally constituted by two guide rails, or other rigid guide segments, forming a guide plane extending substantially vertically along the stroke of the cabin, the cabin then sliding vertically between said rails with slides integral with the arch structure and each sliding support on the inner or outer face of said guide rails. The counterweight, meanwhile, is guided by counterweight guides usually consisting of two guide rails, between which moves the counterweight, extending vertically in a plane generally substantially parallel or perpendicular to the guide plane of the cabin.

In many current buildings, the engine is located in the upper part of the shaft, apart from the sliding system of the cabin and the counterweight, in a room or a machine room located (e) above the sheath and the last floor, especially outside the building.

However, today's architects are demanding that elevator installations no longer include any machine room or other building located at the top and outside of a building or building, particularly because of their unsightly appearance and their the need to create specific access.

To meet this demand, the elevator manufacturers have proposed to install the machine room in the elevator shaft, in the lower or upper part of the elevator.

However, the current architectural constraints require duct dimensions increasingly reduced and therefore a small footprint of the elevator installation and in particular the drive members and their accessories and guide systems of the cabin and the counterweight.

To address this problem, the manufacturers have proposed elevator installations without room or machine room and have developed elevator installations to minimize its bulk. Thus it has been proposed that the elongated hanger member are driven via halyard pulleys, fixed on the cab or on the yoke and / or on the counterweight, to divide the load and d use a motor and a drive pulley of smaller dimensions.

However, these haulage sheaves increase the assembly and maintenance time and their rapid rotation handles, on the one hand, vibrations and, on the other hand, significant wear of said hauling pulleys and elongated hanger members they receive . In addition, these hauling pulleys, in particular a high number of hauling pulleys, significantly reduce the efficiency of the installation and generate additional space in the duct going against the current demands for reducing the bulk of the installations. 'elevator.

It is the same for the elongated suspension members which wear and deteriorate faster when they pass on small pulleys with rapid rotation, especially on a multiplicity of small pulleys such as pulleys hauling.

In addition, in the case where the engine is disposed in the upper part of the sheath, it causes noise pollution for apartments on high floors and the operator who intervenes in the lower part of the sheath for maintenance and maintenance of the elevator does not see the engine that is hidden by the cabin. On the other hand, the installation of a motor and its accessories in the upper part of the sheath is long and not easy and maintenance interventions are binding for the operator who can easily access the engine and safely.

In addition, in current installations, accessibility to the engine roof of a cabin or inside the latter by a roof hatch, does not allow to observe said engine and its accessories in operation.

In the case where the engine is located in the lower part of the sheath, it is exposed to the risk of flooding, especially when it is placed in a bowl forming a portion of the sheath extending substantially from the lower threshold of the race from the cabin to the bottom of the shaft.

Finally, the placement of the drive motor in the sheath, in the upper part or in the lower part of the sheath presents a risk for the maintenance operator who can be crushed by the cabin during an ascent or descent abnormal of the cab depending on whether the operator intervenes in the upper or lower part of the sheath.

The document EP 0686 594 relates to a self-supporting elevator system and a device for fixing the main motor thereon, said system comprising in particular, on the one hand, a motor of the winch motor type, a speed limiter and its transmission pulley, an arcade structure in Supporting an elevator car moving in a sheath which may be a self-supporting structure, a pair of cabin guides, a pair of counterweight guides, said guides being fixed to the inner walls of the sheath by means of brackets, attachment, and, secondly, a deflection pulley system, fixed in the upper part of the sheath on said guides and for providing a direct drive of the arch structure. Moreover, the motor is housed in a cabinet disposed, by resting more particularly on the slab, outside the sheath, that is to say in the common area of the dwelling such as for example a corridor crossing, a dwelling, a stairwell or a garage.

The present invention aims to overcome these disadvantages by providing an elevator installation occupying a reduced space in the duct meeting the constraints and requirements of architectural, current security and fire protection and current standards, and allowing, in particular, to obtain assembly times lower than those of existing installations, a reduction in manufacturing cost and assembly, a noticeable decrease in operating noise, while offering the possibility of implementing a cabin with a single or double access, even a triple access, more particularly in a sheath of small dimensions.

The invention will be better understood, thanks to the following description, which refers to a preferred embodiment, given by way of non-limiting example, and explained with preference to the accompanying diagrammatic drawings, in which:

The figures show a small elevator installation intended to be mounted in a building or a building, inside or outside thereof, comprising an elevator shaft 1 delimited by vertical duct walls 2, a duct bottom 3 and a duct ceiling 4, an elevator car 5 supported by an arcade structure 6 guided by car guides 7, of the guide rails type or similar segments, a driving motor 8 actuating a driving pulley 9 driving at least one elongate member of the hanger 10 for vertically moving in the sheath 1 said arch structure 6 and a counterweight 11 guided by counterweight guides 12, said cabin guides 7 and said counterweight guides 12 forming a guide assembly 7, 12.

According to the present invention, in such an installation:
  • the guide assembly 7, 12 extends, along the course of the car 5, between one of the sheath walls 2, called the main duct wall 2.1, and said cabin 5,
  • the drive motor 8 is embedded in one of the duct walls 2.1, and
  • the driving pulley 9 is functionally arranged in the internal space of the sheath 1, between said main cladding wall 2.1 and the guide assembly 7, 12, the drive shaft 9 'in rotation of said driving pulley 9 s extending substantially perpendicular to said main duct wall 2.1.

In addition, still in accordance with the present invention such an installation comprises a system of fixed return pulleys 13, 14, 15, 15 ', possibly cooperating with at least one fixed deflection pulley 16, capable of enabling the driving pulley 9 d ensure a direct drive of the arch structure 6 and the counterweight 11.

Direct drive of the cab 5 and the counterweight 11 will be understood to mean a drive without hauling.

It will be understood by drive motor 8, as can be seen on the figures 1 , 2 and 5 , the engine as such and its chassis.

If we now turn to figures 1 , 2 and 5 it can be seen that the drive motor 8 can be embedded in the main duct wall 2.1 while being housed with clamping and locking in the operating position in a receiving housing 8 'formed in the main duct wall 2.1, possibly traversing said wall. Preferably, such a drive motor 8, under the chassis of the motor as such, can be clamped and held in the receiving housing 8 'by means of one or more parts 8 "allowing absorbing vibrations and shocks, each piece 8 "may be of the type known under the trademark" silentbloc "or the like.

In a preferred embodiment of the sheath 1, it may end at its lower part by a bowl 17 forming a portion of the sheath 1 extending substantially from the lower threshold of the stroke of the cabin 5 to the bottom 3 and the drive motor 8 can be positioned in the lower part of the sheath 1 in said bowl 17 or substantially above the latter ( figures 1 , 2 and 5 ).

Thus, the position of the drive motor 8 above the bottom of the sheath, at a distance from the latter and more particularly above the bowl 17 makes it possible to avoid, during an abnormal presence of water in the bowl 17, any risk of deterioration of the engine 8.

In addition, the position of the drive motor 8 in the lower part of the sheath 1, in particular substantially above the cup 17 and, preferably, below the lower threshold of the stroke of the booth 5, allows an operator to intervene in the lower part of the sheath 1, in particular in the bowl 17, to be able to observe both the operation of the drive motor 8 and the drive pulley 9 and other members of the elevator installation safely. These may be, for example, the parachute brake system, not shown, disposed under the cab 5 and usually consisting of a stirrup coming to press on a guide rail 7 of the cabin 5 in case of abnormal acceleration of the latter , or the slides 19 generally fixed under the brake system parachute at each lower corner concerned of the arch structure 6, ensuring the sliding of the cabin 5 on the car guides 7 ( figure 2 ).

In a preferred embodiment of the system of return pulleys 13, 14, 15, 15 'it may comprise a first pulley of returns 13 providing direct drive of the arch structure 6 supporting the cabin 5, a second return pulley 14 providing direct drive of the counterweight 11 and a pulley frame 15, 15 'adapted to support the first and second pulleys 13 and 14 ( figures 1 , 2 , 4 and 5 ).

In addition, the pulley frame may consist of two crosspieces 15, 15 ', substantially parallel to each other, fixed substantially horizontally and obliquely to the main cladding wall 2.1 and to one of the other sheath walls 2 adjacent to the latter, the first return pulley 13 can be oriented substantially perpendicular to said cross members 15, 15 ', while the second pulley 14 can be oriented substantially parallel to said cross members 15, 15'. On the other hand, preferably, the second return pulley 14 can be fixed between the two crosspieces 15, 15 'so that the elongate hanger members 10 pass between said crosspieces 15, 15' and the first return pulley 13 can to be fixed transversely on the crosspieces 15, 15 'overhanging the latter so that the elongated members of the hanger 10 pass on either side of all of said cross members 15, 15'.

More particularly, the present invention may provide that the crosspiece 15 of the pulley frame 15, 15 'closest to the main sheath wall 2.1 is fixed on the latter by one of its free ends coming to fix in the housing 2 'of said main sheath 2.1 and that one of the free ends of the other cross member 15' attaches to one of the car guides 7 located near said receiving housing 2 'or on one fasteners 20 for attaching the car guide 7 to the main cladding wall 2.1.

De préférence, l'un des brins reliant la seconde poulie 14 au contrepoids peut venir sensiblement à l'aplomb de la première face latérale de la première poulie 13.On the other hand, the present invention may provide for an overlap, preferably a slight overlap, between the first pulley 13 and second pulley 14 located one above the other and with a horizontal offset therebetween. Preferably, one of the strands connecting the second pulley 14 to the counterweight may come substantially in line with the first lateral face of the first pulley 13.

The present invention may further comprise a deflection pulley 16 of each elongate hanger member 10 which may be operatively disposed in the inner space of the sheath 1, between the main cladding wall 2.1 housing the drive motor 8 and the Guiding assembly 7, 12. The drive shaft 16 'in rotation of said deflection pulley 16 may extend preferably substantially perpendicular to the main cladding wall 2.1 and the deflection pulley 16 may be preferably located at near the driving pulley 9, receiving the or each elongated member of the hanger 10 between said driving pulley 9 and the first return pulley 13 providing direct drive of the arch structure 6 ( figures 1 and 2 ), or between said drive pulley 9 and the second return pulley 14 providing direct drive of the counterweight 11.

It will be understood that when the strand of the or each elongated member of hanger 10 connecting the driving pulley 9 to the second return pulley 14, respectively to the first return pulley 13, extends vertically between them and that the strand of the of each elongate hanger member 10 connecting the drive pulley 9 to the first return pulley 13, respectively the second return pulley 14, is inclined with respect to a vertical axis, an angular correction must be made to bring the inclined strand concerned into a substantially vertical axis, in order to prevent any stall of the or each elongated member of the hanger 10, because of its inclination, the corresponding return pulley 13 or 14.

It is the role of such a deflection pulley 16 which then makes it possible to bring the inclined strand concerned of the or each elongate member of the hanger 10 in a substantially vertical axis between the driving pulley 9 and the return pulley 13 or 14 corresponding, tangentially to the latter.

Preferably, in a variant, not shown, the deflection pulley 16 can be fixed on the drive motor 8, for example on the chassis of the engine as such, for example by means of a U-shaped fastener one of whose wings can be fixed on the upper face of the drive motor 8 and the other on the pulley 16. Thus, when the drive motor 8 is advantageously maintained in the housing 8 'by means of vibration damping pieces 8 "or" silentblocs ", the deflection pulley 16, fixed on the drive motor 8, can also benefit from the absorption effect provided by said vibration absorbing parts 8 ", which has the effect of further reducing the noise of the installation according to the present invention in the case where the latter comprises a deflection pulley 16. In addition, the fact of providing the attachment of the pulley 16 on the drive motor 8 also has the advantage of reducing the number of fasteners.

In a preferred embodiment of the arch structure 6, it can advantageously have an L-shaped profile, the horizontal portion of the L extending substantially perpendicular to the main cladding wall 2.1 and which can constitute a support seat and of armature on which can rest the cabin 5 with holding and locking position, while the vertical portion of the L, forming the rear portion of the arcade structure 6 located opposite the main duct wall 2.1, may comprise a sliding space 6 'able to receive part or all of the guiding assembly 7, 12, the counterweight 11 and the elongate hanger members 10 which then traverse vertically the rear portion of said arcade structure 6 located opposite of the main cladding wall 2.1, as can be seen in particular on the figure 1 and on the figure 3 .

Le ou chaque organe allongé de suspente 10 peut alors être fixé en un point d'attache ou d'accrochage 18' sur la traverse supérieure 18.The arch structure 6 may furthermore comprise an upper fastening or hooking cross-member 18 extending substantially parallel to the main cladding wall 2.1 above the car 5 and in front of the guiding assembly 7. 12 located between said upper cross member 18 and the main cladding wall 2.1. The or each elongated member of hanger 10 can then be fixed at a point of attachment or attachment 18 'on the upper rail 18.

The upper crossmember 18 can be fixed in the arch structure by fixedly connecting the upper parts of the two vertical branches of the L-shaped supporting and reinforcing parts. In addition, the vertical branches can advantageously delimit between them a space constituting the sliding space 6 'able to receive a portion or, preferably, the whole of the guiding assembly 7, 12, the counterweight 11 and the elongate hanger members 10.

We can also see on the figure 2 that the cab guides 7 are situated between the two lifting forks 6 "and that each lifting fork 6" may comprise one or more sliders 19, for example of the rolling roller type, preferably of plastic material for reducing the noise, bearing against the external lateral face of the corresponding cabin guide 7 ( figure 2 ).

It will be understood that the sliding can be, for example, sliding or rolling (rollers).

The attachment point (s) 18 'may preferably be located towards the center of gravity of the cabin assembly 5 and the arch structure 6, so as to clear the race counterweight 11 and for better sliding of the cabin 5 via the arch structure 6, thanks to a reduced cantilever.

Preferably, the car guides 7 may consist of two guide rails on which slide the slides 19 integral with the arch structure 6 and the counterweight guides may also consist of two guide rails 12, between which slides the counterweight vertically 11, located between the two guide rails 7 of the cabin 5 substantially in the plane containing the latter or in a plane parallel to, preferably near, the latter.

On the other hand, the guide rails 7 of the cab 5 and the guide rails 12 of the counterweight 11 can be fixed to the main cladding wall 2.1 by means of fastener parts 20, for example in the form of a profile or rigid plate, or other fastening or fastening element.

Advantageously the present invention can provide that the guide rails 7 of the cabin 5 and the guide rails 12 of the counterweight 11 form pairs of guide rails 7, 12 mixed composed of a guide rail 7 and a guide rail 12, each pair guide rails 7, 12 being fixed to the main cladding wall 2.1 by means of an attachment piece 20 common to the guide rails 7, 12 of said guide pair concerned.

Thus, thanks to an elevator installation according to the present invention, the cab guides 7 and the counterweight guides 12 can advantageously be fixed on a single sheath wall 2 or main sheath wall 2.1, leaving the other sheath walls 2 free, allowing access in the cabin 5 to choose on one or the other sides, which can not be achieved with current facilities including pulleys hauling or returns integral with the arch structure 6 and / or cabin 5 and in particular with the installation described in the document US 6,397,975 B1 which requires two sheath walls and many return pulleys to compensate for shifting or misalignment of the engine in a corner of the sheath.

En outre le fait qu'une partie ou, de préférence, la totalité de l'ensemble de guidage 7, 12, du contrepoids 11 et des organes allongés de suspente 10 peut traverser la structure d'arcade 6, notamment sa partie arrière, plus particulièrement entre les deux pièces de support et d'armature latérales en L de ladite structure d'arcade, permet de faire glisser l'ensemble de guidage 7, 12, le contrepoids 11 et les organes allongés de suspente 10 dans cet encombrement réduit, ce qui a pour effet de réduire d'autant l'espace occupé par l'installation selon la présente invention dans la gaine 1.In addition, the fact that a portion, or preferably all, of the guiding assembly 7, 12, of the counterweight 11 and the elongated hanger members 10 can pass through the arch structure 6, in particular the rear portion thereof, plus particularly between the two L-shaped side support and frame pieces of said yoke structure, makes it possible to slide the guide assembly 7, 12, the counterweight 11 and the elongate hanger members 10 into this reduced bulk, this which has the effect of reducing by the same amount the space occupied by the installation according to the present invention in the sheath 1.

The drive motor 8 of an installation according to the present invention which can be accommodated in the thickness of one of the sheath walls 2, at all levels, will preferably be positioned at the bottom of the sheath for two reasons. Main:
  • the maintenance of the drive motor 8 can be carried out safely from the bottom of the sheath 3 and, where appropriate, preferably from the bowl 17, so as to observe, in operation, for example the motor of the 8, the elongate suspension member 10, the brake system and the pulleys,
  • the driving motor 8 is remote from the living quarters, and the orientation of the driving pulley 9, with the embedding of said motor 8 in one of the sheath walls 2, makes it possible to use a driving pulley 9 of large dimensions, without encumbering the interior space of the duct 1, while reducing the noise level compared to existing installations.

Note that the present invention may provide an electrical maintenance device ensuring the non-serving the lowest observation level for a speaker standing upright in the bowl 17 to protect the latter protruding from said bowl 17 in this position .

In addition, the direct drive of the cab 5 and the counterweight 11 without hauling makes it possible to reduce the number of pulleys and the length of the elongated hanger members 10 and therefore the cost price of the installation as well as the complexity of mounting in the machine. sheath 1 and leaving the assembly time.

On the other hand, the fact that the installation according to the present invention does not comprise hauling pulleys, unlike current installations and in particular the installations where the drive motor is arranged in the lower part of the sheath 1, makes it possible to provide a sheath 1 with a bowl of small dimensions, while meeting the safety standards.

In addition, the drive motor 8 may preferably be an electric motor and more particularly a synchronous motor of flat type permanent magnets.

On the other hand, the elongated hanger members may be preferably traction sheave cables or sheathed cables with the possibility of friction drive.

Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiment described and shown in the accompanying drawings. Modifications remain possible, especially from the point of view of the constitution of the various elements or by substitution of technical equivalents, without departing from the scope of protection of the invention.
