Claims (10)
- Un dispositif pour serrer un vitrage contenant au moins un élément (20) de retenue étant fixé à un élément (4) du châssis d'un ouvrant (1) d'une fenêtre ou d'une porte ou d'une structure de façade mobile et ayant dans une zone d'un vitrage (5) une forme de la lettre L et une surface (22) de préhension étant en contact avec l'une des surfaces principales (6) du vitrage (5) pour empêcher le déplacement du vitrage (5) par rapport à l'élément (4) du châssis de l'ouvrant (1) de la fenêtre ou de la porte ou de la structure de façade mobile, en ce que d'au moins à un élément (20) de retenue par utilisation d'un élément (40) de liaison est fixé un élément (30) de maintien vers le bas qui a une surface (32) de maintien vers le bas située en face de la surface (22) de préhension de l'élément (20) de retenue, dans lequel l'élément (20) de retenue avec l'élément (30) de maintien vers le bas crée une pince qui enserre le vitrage (5) des deux côtés, tandis que l'élément (40) de liaison crée une force de pression de la surface (22) de préhension de l'élément (20) de retenue sur le vitrage (5) dans un lieu de contact avec l'une des surfaces principales (6) du vitrage (5) et une force de pression de la surface (32) de maintien vers le bas de l'élément (30) de maintien vers le bas sur le vitrage (5) à l'endroit de contact avec une surface (7) principale restante du vitrage (5), dans lequel les forces de frottement créées par des forces de pression de l'élément (20) de retenue et l'élément (30) de maintien vers le bas empêchent le mouvement du vitrage (5) par rapport à l'élément (4) du châssis de l'ouvrant (1) de la fenêtre ou de la porte ou de la structure de façade mobile, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (20) de retenue est positionné dans une encoche (8) du panneau de fenêtre de l'élément (4) du châssis et a un plateau plat (26) faisant saillie à partir d'une surface avant (222), par lequel un côté frontal du plateau plat (26) a des saillies ou projections (28) à proximité de laquelle dans le plateau plat (26) des trous oblongs ou semi-circulaires (29) sont situés permettant de déplacer les saillies ou projections (28) dans une direction perpendiculaire à l'élément (20) de retenue pour adopter l'élément (20) de retenue à la largeur de l'encoche (8) du panneau de fenêtre de l'élément (4) du châssis.
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (20) de retenue a dans la zone du vitrage une forme de la lettre L avec un bras vertical court (21) qui comporte la surface (22) de préhension positionné à l'angle de 90° par rapport à une surface supérieure (121) de l'élément (20) de retenue positionné en face d'une surface avant (15) du vitrage (5), dans lequel la surface (22) de préhension est positionnée au-dessus de la surface supérieure (121) de l'élément (20) de retenue.
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (20) de retenue comprend au moins une nervure longitudinale (23), dans laquelle les écrous (24) sont montés, lesquels avec l'élément (40) de liaison crée un lien détachable, par lequel l'élément (30) de maintien vers le bas est fixé sur l'élément (20) de retenue.
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (20) de retenue a au moins une nervure longitudinale (23) avec un renfort, dans laquelle l'élément (40) de liaison est fixé, de sorte que l'élément (3) de maintien vers le bas est monté à l'élément (20) de retenue.
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (30) de maintien vers le bas a dans une coupe transversale la forme d'une réflexion de miroir de la lettre L, et lors de la connexion de l'élément (20) de retenue, l'élément (30) de maintien vers le bas en utilisant l'élément (40) de liaison est mobile en ce qui concerne l'élément (20) de retenue.
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (20) de retenue a des guides latéraux (27) positionnés perpendiculairement à la nervure longitudinale (23) et situés sur la face opposée de la nervure longitudinale (23) par rapport au bras vertical court (21), tandis que l'élément (30) de maintien vers le bas a des trous (34) de guidage, dans lesquels un contour extérieur d'une section transversale des guides latéraux (27) correspond à la forme des trous (34) de guidage de l'élément (30) de maintien vers le bas.
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (20) de retenue et l'élément (30) de maintien vers le bas ont des surfaces frontales dirigées l'une vers l'autre, et la somme des distances entre la surface frontale de l'élément (20) de retenue et la surface (22) de préhension de l'élément (20) de retenue et les distances entre la surface avant de l'élément (30) de maintien vers le bas et la surface (32) de maintien vers le bas situé sur un bras vertical de maintien vers le bas (31) est inférieure à l'épaisseur du vitrage (5).
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que des éléments (126, 136) de friction sont montés à la surface (22) de préhension de l'élément (20) de retenue et à la surface (32) de maintien vers le bas de l'élément (30) de maintien vers le bas.
- Une méthode pour serrer un vitrage avec utilisation d'un dispositif pour serrer un vitrage comprenant au moins un élément de retenue étant fixé à un élément du châssis d'un ouvrant d'une fenêtre ou d'une porte ou d'une structure de façade mobile et ayant dans une zone d'un vitrage une forme de la lettre L et une surface de préhension étant en contact avec l'une des surfaces principales du vitrage pour empêcher le déplacement du vitrage par rapport à l'élément du châssis de l'ouvrant de la fenêtre ou de la porte ou de la structure de façade mobile, en ce que d'au moins à un élément de retenue par utilisation d'un élément de liaison est fixé un élément de maintien vers le bas qui a une surface de maintien vers le bas située en face de la surface de préhension de l'élément de retenue, dans lequel l'élément de retenue avec l'élément de maintien vers le bas crée une pince qui enserre le vitrage des deux côtés, tandis que l'élément de liaison crée une force de pression de la surface de préhension de l'élément de retenue sur le vitrage dans un lieu de contact avec l'une des surfaces principales du vitrage et une force de pression de la surface de maintien vers le bas de l'élément de maintien vers le bas sur le vitrage à l'endroit de contact avec une surface principale restante du vitrage, dans lequel les forces de frottement créées par des forces de pression de l'élément de retenue et l'élément de maintien vers le bas empêchent le mouvement du vitrage par rapport à l'élément du châssis de l'ouvrant de la fenêtre ou de la porte ou de la structure de façade mobile, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de retenue est positionné dans une encoche du panneau de fenêtre de l'élémen du châssis et a un plateau plat faisant saillie à partir d'une surface avant, par lequel un côté frontal du plateau plat a des saillies ou projections à proximité de laquelle dans le plateau plat des trous oblongs ou semi-circulaires sont situés permettant de déplacer les saillies ou projections dans une direction perpendiculaire à l'élément de retenue pour adopter l'élément de retenue à la largeur de l'encoche du panneau de fenêtre de l'élément du châssis.
- La méthode selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'après la connexion de l'ensemble des éléments de retenue fixés sur le châssis de la fenêtre avec le maintien vers le bas des éléments en utilisant des éléments de liaison, une bande de masquage est fixé au cadre du fenêtre.
