Description

Schleifkontaktschalter  Wiper switch
The present invention relates to a sliding contact switch according to the preamble of claim 1.
In the prior art, electrical sliding contact switches of the present type are known e.g. from the document DE 10 2006 01 1 930 B3 and the preamble forming DE 10 2007 048 581 B3 known.
A problem with the known sliding contact switches with two or more sliding contacts pressed together against a grinding area surface and simultaneously movable is that the contact pressure of the normally open contact, i.e. due to manufacturing tolerance variations of the insulating material of the grinding area which has been swept during a grinding movement of the sliding contacts. the electrically contacting sliding contact, and thus the transition resistance is negatively affected.
Proceeding from this, the present invention seeks to provide an electrical sliding contact switch whose sliding contacts are not adversely affected by tolerance variations of the insulating material along the grinding path in their contact pressure against a contact surface.

The rigid connection, the sliding contacts 3, 4 can be moved together and simultaneously in a switching operation of the sliding contact switch 1, ie due to movement of the Contactor element 2 (eg double arrow in Fig. 2a) and b)), wherein they jointly exert a pressing force in a direction of pressure X against a surface 5 during a grinding movement, for example by elastic bias. The first 3 and second 4 sliding contacts are respectively urged in the same (pressure) direction X with a support region 3a, 4a against the surface 5, which forms a common grinding region 6, ie a region within which the sliding contacts 3, 4 together and simultaneously move over the surface 5, ie they can paint over. The support areas 3a, 4a are those areas of the sliding contacts 3, 4, which can actually contact the surface 5 during a grinding movement, in the present case, for example, strip-shaped areas or sections of the sliding contacts 3, 4.
The bearing areas 3a, 4a of the sliding contacts 3, 4 are movable within the common grinding area 6 along a respective grinding path 7, 8, which e.g. is defined by the predetermined possibility of movement of the contactor element 2 and thus the sliding contacts 3, 4 relative to the surface 5 (i.e., in the context of possible switch positions; double arrow in Fig. 2a) and 2b) and in Fig. 2a) and b) e.g. is shown schematically as a line. Depending on a sliding track 7, 8 is assigned to a sliding contact 3, 4 or its support area 3a and 4a respectively. The aim is to be able to apply as much as possible pressure force on both sliding tracks 7, 8 through the sliding contacts 3, 4 rubbing over them. The sliding tracks 7, 8 are simultaneously covered by the sliding contacts 3, 4 or their support areas 3a, 4a in a common movement.
For each sliding contact 3, 4 or its support area 3a, 4a is in the common grinding area 6 respectively an insulating portion 9, 10, ie an electrically non-conductive portion, and a contact portion 1 1, 12, ie an electrically conductive portion, along the respective grinding path 7, 8 formed. At this time, the insulating portion 9 and the contact portion 11 are disposed along the grinding path 7 in reverse order with respect to the insulating portion 10 and the contact portion 12 of the grinding path 8 within the grinding portion 6. A contact portion 1 1, 12 is in each case a planar portion within the surface 5, in particular as a contact surface 1 1 a, 12 a formed level section. An insulating portion 9, 10 is also formed within the surface 5.
The (alternating) arrangement of the insulating sections 9, 10 and the contact sections 1 1, 12 is such that an insulating section 9, 10 is necessarily covered by a support area 3a, 4a of a sliding contact 3, 4 or painted over (overlap in Andruckrichtung X) when the support region 4a, 3a of the other sliding contact 4, 3 its contact portion 12, 1 1 sweeps over (overlap in the pressing direction X). A support region 3a, 4a of a sliding contact 3, 4 can thus be brought into a contact section 11, 12 or into an insulating section 9, 10 during a movement along its grinding path 7, 8. The insulating sections 9, 10 may be integral, e.g. within a common insulating layer 13, be formed or as separate sections. The contact portions 1 1, 12 do not contact each other.
10 entlang seiner Schleifbahn 7 bzw. 8 anliegt, welche den starr damit verbundenen Schleifkontakt 4 bzw. 3 von seiner Kontaktfläche 12a bzw. 1 1 a wegdrängt und so z.B. Fehlfunktionen des Schleifkontaktschalters 1 auslöst. In order according to the invention along both slideways 7, 8 reliably always the intended or sufficient pressure force on the respective contact surfaces 1 1 a, 12a or contact portions 1 1, 12 can apply through the support areas 3a, 4a, is within an insulating section 9, 10 a Recess 14 (material recess in the surface 5) formed, which is swept by the support area 3a, 4a of a sliding contact 3, 4, if the other sliding contact 4, 3 passes over its contact portion 12, 1 1 and thereby contacted in particular. Through the recess 14 can be avoided that a sliding contact 3 or 4 at a with respect to a target level (counter to the pressing direction X) excessive insulating surface 9 and 10 along its sliding track 7 and 8 is present, which rigidly connected thereto Sliding contact 4 or 3 of its contact surface 12a or 1 1 a wegdrängt and so eg Malfunction of the sliding contact switch 1 triggers.
Within a Isolierabschnitts 9, 10, the recess 14 forms a surface which, viewed in the pressing direction X behind the contact surface 1 1 a, 12 a of the contact portion 1 1, 12 of the respective associated grinding track 7 or 8 is located (at a lower level) and in particular also electrically non-conductive formed. The recess 14 in this case has in particular dimensions which preferably project beyond the support region 3a, 4a transversely to the pressing direction X, at least correspond to its dimensions, such that a support region 3a, 4a elastically prestressed in the pressing direction X can dip into the recess 14.
Such a recess 14 causes any tolerance variations in the formation of the Isolierabschnitts 9, 10 do not adversely affect insofar as the pressure force of that sliding contact 3, 4, which passes over the contact portion 1 1, 12 or against this comes to rest, not can be negatively influenced by the other sliding contact 4, 3, which at the same time covers its insulating section 10, 9. For example, is inventively provided that the insulating portion 9, 10 due to the recess 14 is not touched by the support portion 3a, 4a of a sliding contact 3, 4, as long as the other its contact portion 12, 1 1 contacted or swept.
Fig. 2b). Fig. 2a. According to the invention, a recess 14 is to be formed in each of the insulating sections 9, 10. These are each overlined, i.e. from a bearing area 3a, 4a of a first 3 or second 4 sliding contact if the other sliding contact, i.e. the second 4 or first 3, its contact portion 12, 1 1 sweeps over or contacted. Provided, for example, to form the recess 14 only at the point within the insulating section 9, 10, at which a sliding contact 3, 4 or its bearing region 3a, 4a assumes a rest position due to a continuous switching state (for example, Fig. 2b). Alternatively, the recess 14 may be formed within the insulating section 9, 10 over a length, preferably the entire length of the grinding path 7, 8 within the insulating section 9, 10, e.g. Fig. 2a.
The recess 14 is formed, for example, as a recess within an insulation layer 9, 10 forming insulating layer 13, for example as a groove or as a blind hole, in particular with shallow depth. In the embodiment of the electrical sliding contact switch 1 shown in Fig. 1, the contactor element 2 is formed as a contact rocker, which cooperates with an actuating member 15. The actuator 15 is, for example, a user-engaging element, by means of which the contactor element 2 between two switching positions (rest positions) is switchable or displaceable. In the first switching position, for example, the first contact portion 1 1 or a first contact surface 1 1 a contacted by the sliding contacts 3, 4, in the second switching position of the second contact portion 12 and the second contact surface 12 a.
The sliding contact switch 1 is as shown e.g. formed as a changeover switch (NO / NC switch) and has to form the contact surfaces 1 1 a, 12 a and the contact portions 1 1, 12 a first 1 6 and a second 17 optional contact body. (However, other switch variants are also included in the concept of the invention). On the first select contact body 16 is e.g. the contact surface 1 1 a and the contact portion 1 1 formed on the second selection contact body 17, for. the contact surface 12b and the contact portion 12, respectively. The contact surfaces or contact portions are each contactable depending on the position of the contactor element 2 of the contactor element 2, ie. of its sliding contacts 3, 4th
The electrically conductive contactor element 2 is in constantly conductive connection with a further contact body 18, so that contacted in one and the other switching position a current path through the contact body 18, the contactor element 2 and the respective means of its contact surfaces 1 1 and 12 respectively Optional contact body 1 6 or 17 can be formed.
The sliding contact switch 1 shown has a redundant trained contact system of grinding areas 6 and sliding contacts 3, 4, insofar as the first 3 and second 4 sliding contacts and associated grinding areas 6 are each formed twice. In each case a first 3 and a second 4 sliding contact with a respective support region 3a, 4a against each one a common grinding area 6 forming surface 5 urged, with the two surfaces 5 are opposite and each form a grinding area 6. The surfaces 5 are between two pairs of a first 3 and a second 4 sliding contact, wherein the contactor element 2 forms a clamping element by means of the sliding contacts 3, 4 for clamping or exercise of pressure force against the surfaces 5. The grinding regions 6 are, for example mirror symmetry to each other, as well as the arrangement of each first 3 and second 4 rigidly connected sliding contacts, ie each a first 3 and a second 4 sliding contact is arranged mirror-symmetrically to each of a further first 3 and second 4 sliding contact and about the mirror-symmetrical grinding regions 6 mirror-symmetrically simultaneously movable. The sliding contacts 3, 4 are resiliently biased against the associated surfaces 5, ie each a first 3 and second 4 sliding contact in the direction of an opposite first 3 and second 4 sliding contact. The sliding contacts 3, 4 formed on the contactor element 2 are in particular all rigidly connected to one another.
1 6 z.B. zwei Kontaktabschnitte 12 bzw. 1 1 für jeweils die zwei weiteren Schleifkontakte 4 bzw. 3, z.B. die zwei zweiten Schleifkontakte 4. In the case of the embodiment according to the invention shown in FIG. 1, one selector contact body 1 6 or 17 respectively forms two contact sections 1 1 and 12 for two sliding contacts 3 and 4, e.g. for two first sliding contacts 3, and the further optional contact body 17 or 16, e.g. two contact portions 12 and 1 1 for each of the two further sliding contacts 4 and 3, e.g. the two second sliding contacts 4th
Fig. 3. A respective insulating layer 13 within which respective (opposite) insulating sections 9 and 10 are formed on the opposing surfaces 5 is formed, for example, of a base material or housing material which surrounds the contact body 18 and / or the selection contact bodies 1 6 and 17, respectively or embeds, ie from an insulating material, such as a plastic material. Alternatively, for example, a plurality of insulating layers 13 are provided to form the insulating sections 9 and 10, respectively. Within a respective insulating layer 13, a respective recess 14 is preferably formed within an insulating portion 9 and 10, which is covered by a support area 3a and 4a of a sliding contact 3 and 4, if the other sliding contact 4 and 3, its contact portion 12 or 1 1 passes over. Recesses 14 on opposite, simultaneously from each support area 3a and 4a swept over insulating sections 9 and 10 are preferably formed mirror-symmetrical, for example, Fig. 3. Alternatively, only a recess 14 is formed on opposite in Andruckrichtung insulating sections 9, 10, for example. The recesses 14 are formed, for example, simultaneously with the base or a housing 19, for example by injection molding. Alternatively eg by material removal.
In the sliding contact switch 1 according to the invention, for the sliding contacts 3, 4 along the sliding tracks 7, 8, in particular within the common grinding area 6, for example, a position range is defined in which the bearing areas 3a, 4a do not contact any contact surface 11, 12. This is overshadowed when the switch positions are changed. Within this area, for example, a rib 20 or a groove is arranged in the respective grinding path 7, 8, in order to avoid the formation of a plated-through hole along the grinding path 7, 8 formed in the insulating section 9, 10, FIG. Alternatively, for example, a sliding contact switch 1 may also be formed without such an interruption element.
