Claims (18)
- Unverwechselbarkeitsvorrichtung für die Aufhängung von Mitteln, die das Heben im Hinblick auf ihre Bewegung von schweren und sperrigen Objekten (4) ermöglichen, wie Handhabungs- bzw. Umschlagmaterialien, die für den Hoch- und Tiefbau bestimmt sind, wobei die Vorrichtung von der Art ist, die eine Öse (2) genannt Hebeohr, aufweist, die von einer Durchgangsöffnung (6) durchsetzt ist, und im oberen Abschnitt des Körpers des anzuhebenden Objektes, im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu diesem, verschweißt ist, an dem sich die Mittel anhängen und verriegeln, die das Heben des Objektes ermöglichen, und Unverwechselbarkeitsmittel aufweist, die dazu dienen, zu verhindern, dass die Hebemittel, unter Schwingen, eine andere Position als ihre gute Arbeitsposition einnehmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unverwechselbarkeitsmittel aus einem Ablenker (21) gebildet sind, der in Ansicht von oben die allgemeine Form eines U aufweist, gebildet aus einem einzigen Halter, ausgehend von einem zentrierten Kreis, wobei die Enden der beiden Schenkel (8, 9) dieses U ebenfalls am Körper (4) des anzuhebenden Objekts beiderseits der Hebeöse (2) angeschweißt sind, wobei die beiden Schenkel (8, 9) des U sich im Wesentlichen parallel zur Hebeöse (2) erstrecken, einer (8) davon wenigstens in der unmittelbaren Nähe der Ebene (12) senkrecht zur Hebeöse (2), die durch den oberen Endpunkt der Durchgangsöffnung (6) der Öse hindurchgeht, oder von dieser virtuellen Ebene (12) durchquert wird, wobei ein jeder der beiden Schenkel (8, 9) des U darüber hinaus im rechten Winkel zur Durchgangsöffnung (6) der Öse (2) verläuft, getrennt von der Öse mit einem Abstand (A), der gleich der Dicke der Mittel ist, die das Heben des Objekts ermöglichen, ihres Abschnitts (11), der sich an der Öse (2) anhängt, wobei die Seele (10) des Ablenkers (21) in U-Form, der die beiden anderen Enden der Schenkel (8, 9) des Ablenkers vereint, sich außerhalb zur Öse (2) erstreckt und zu einem Ort kommt, in dem sie die Öse (2) berührt oder in einem von der Öse mit einem Abstand (B) entfernt ist, der deutlich geringer ist als die Dicke der Mittel, die das Heben des Objekts ermöglichen, für ihren Abschnitt (11), der sich an der Öse anhängt, wobei die Seele (10) sich am vorgenannten Ort darüber hinaus beabstandet vom Punkt (15) der Durchgangsöffnung (6) der Öse (2) so nah wie möglich am Körper (4) des anzuhebenden Objekts mit einem Abstand (C) befindet, der größer ist als die Dicke der Mittel, die das Anheben des Objekts ermöglichen, deren Abschnitts (11), der sich an der Öse anhängt.

Umschlagmateriallen, die für den Hoch- und Tiefbau bestimmt sind, wobei die Vorrichtung von der Art ist, die eine Öse (2) genannt Hebeohr, aufweist, die von einer Durchgangsöffnung (6) durchsetzt ist, und im oberen Abschnitt des Körpers des anzuhebenden Objektes, im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu diesem, verschweißt ist, an dem sich die Mittel anhängen und verriegeln, die das Heben des Objektes ermöglichen, und Unverwechselbarkeitsmittel aufweist, die dazu dienen, zu verhindern, dass die Hebemittel, unter Schwingen, eine andere Position als ihre gute Arbeitsposition einnehmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unverwechselbarkeitsmittel aus einem Ablenker (31) gebildet sind, der in Ansicht von oben die allgemeine Form eines V aufweist, gebildet aus einem einzigen Halter, ausgehend von einem zentrierten Kreis, wobei die Enden der beiden Schenkel (28, 29) dieses V ebenfalls am Körper (4) des anzuhebenden Objekts beiderseits der Hebeöse (2) angeschweißt sind, wobei die beiden Schenkel (28, 29) des V sich im Wesentlichen geneigt zur Hebeöse (2) erstrecken, einer (28) davon wenigstens in der unmittelbaren Nähe der Ebene (32) senkrecht zur Hebeöse (2), die durch den oberen Endpunkt der Durchgangsöffnung (6) der Öse hindurchgeht, oder von dieser virtuellen Ebene durchquert wird, wobei ein jeder der beiden Schenkel (28, 29) des V darüber hinaus im rechten Winkel zur Durchgangsöffnung (6) der Öse (2) verläuft, getrennt von der Öse mit einem Abstand (A), der gleich der Dicke der Mittel ist, die das Heben des Objekts ermöglichen, ihres Abschnitts (11 der sich an der Öse (2) anhängt, wobei der zentrale Abschnitt (33) in dem die beiden anderen Enden der Schenkel (28, 29) des Ablenkers (31) in V-Form sich verbinden, sich außerhalb zur Öse (2) befindet und zu diesem Ort kommt, um die Öse zu berühren, oder an diesem Ort von dieser mit einem Abstand (B) entfernt ist, der deutlich geringer ist als die Dicke der Mittel, die das Heben des Objekts ermöglichen, ihres Abschnitts (11), der sich an der Öse anhängt, wobei der zentrale Abschnitt (33) der Verbindung der Enden der beiden Schenkel (28, 29) darüber hinaus beabstandet vom Punkt der Durchgangsöffnung (6) der Öse (2) ist, der sich so nah wie möglich am Körper (4) des anzuhebenden Objekts mit einem Abstand (C) befindet, der größer ist als die Dicke der Mittel, die das Anheben des Objekts ermöglichen, deren Abschnitts (11), der sich an der Öse anhängt.
- Unverwechselbarkeitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenn die Hebeöse (2) vertikal angeordnet ist und das anzuhebende Objekt sich in normaler Hebeposition befindet, sich wenigstens jener der beiden Schenkel (8, 28), der sich in der unmittelbaren Nähe der Ebene (12, 32), die sich senkrecht zur Hebeöse (2) erstreckt, die sich durch den oberen Endpunkt der Durchgangsöffnung (6) der Öse (2) hindurch erstreckt, leicht oberhalb dieser Ebene (12, 32) befindet, oder zu ihr tangential verläuft.
- Unverwechselbarkeltsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenn die Hebeöse (2) vertikal angeordnet ist, und das anzuhebende Objekt sich in normaler Hebeposition befindet, wenigstens jener der beiden Schenkel (8, 28), der sich in der unmittelbaren Nähe der Ebene (12, 32) senkrecht zur Hebeöse (2) erstreckt, die sich durch den oberen Endpunkt der Durchgangsöffnung (6) der Öse (2) erstreckt, leicht unterhalb dieser Ebene (12, 32) sich befindet oder zu ihr tangential verläuft.
- Unverwechselbarkeitsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn die Hebeöse sich vertikal erstreckt, und das zu hebende Objekt sich in normaler Hebeposition befindet, die Enden der beiden Schenkel des U-förmigen (21) oder V-förmigen (31) Ablenkers, die am Körper (4) des anzuhebenden Objekts verschweißt sind, beide leicht oberhalb der Ebene (12, 32) angeordnet sind, die senkrecht zur Hebeöse (2) sind, die durch den oberen Endpunkt der Durchgangsöffnung (6) der Öse (2) verläuft, oder tangential zu ihr sind.
- Unverwechselbarkeitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden der beiden Schenkel des U-förmigen Ablenkers (21) oder V-förmigen Ablenkers (31), die mit dem Körper (4) des anzuhebenden Objekts verschweißt sind, beide von der Ebene (12, 32), senkrecht zur Hebeöse (2) durchquert werden, die sich durch den oberen Endpunkt der Durchgangsöffnung (6) der Öse (2) erstreckt.
- Unverwechselbarkeitsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenn die Hebeöse sich vertikal erstreckt und das anzuhebende Objekt sich In der normalen Hebeposition befindet, sich die Enden der beiden Schenkel des U-förmigen (21) oder V-förmlgen (31) Ablenkers, die mit dem Körper (4) des anzuhebenden Objekts verschweißt sind, beide leicht unterhalb der Ebene (12, 32) angeordnet sind, die senkrecht zur Hebeöse (2) verläuft, wobei sie durch den oberen Endpunkt der Durchgangsöffnung (6) der Öse (2) sich erstrecken, oder dazu tangential verlaufen.
- Unverwechselbarkeitsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden der beiden Schenkel des Ablenkers in U-Form (21) oder in V-Form (31), die an dem Körper (4) des anzuhebenden Objekts engeschweißt sind, im Wesentlichen symmetrisch bezüglich der Ebene (34) angeordnet sind, die die Hebeöse (2) bildet.
- Unverwechselbarkeitsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende von einem der Schenkel (8, 28) des Ablenkers in U-Form (21) oder in V-Form (31) an dem Körper (4) des anzuhebenden Objekts in einer Zone angeschweißt ist, die sich in der unmittelbaren Nähe der Ebene (12, 32), senkrecht zur Hebeöse (2) befindet, die sich durch den oberen Endpunkt der Durchgangsöffnung (6) der Öse erstreckt, oder die von dieser virtuellen Ebene (12, 32) durchquert wird, und dass das Ende des anderen Schenkels (9, 29) des Ablenkers (21, 31) an dem Körper (4) in einer Zone verschweißt ist, die in der unmittelbaren Nähe der Ebene (14, 35) senkrecht zur Hebeöse (2) angeordnet ist, die sich durch den unteren Endpunkt der Durchgangsöffnung (6) der Öse erstreckt, oder die von der virtuellen Ebene (14) durchquert wird.
- Unverwechselbarkeitsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 3 bis 8, bei der der Ablenker (21) eine allgemeine U-Form aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Schenkel (8, 9) des Ablenkers sich parallel zur Hebeöse (2) erstrecken, und dass die Seele (10) des Ablenkers (21) sich oberhalb der Öse, außerhalb von dieser erstreckt, und in diesem Ort die Öse berührt, oder an diesem Ort entfernt ist von der Öse (2) mit einem Abstand (B), der deutlich geringer ist als die Dicke der Mittel, die das Anheben des Objekts ermöglichen, ihres Abschnitts (11), der sich an der Öse anhängt.
- Unverwechselbarkeitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seele (10) dieses Ablenkers (21) geradlinig ist, und eine Längssymmetrieachse aufweist, die in der Ebene senkrecht zur Hebeöse (2) enthalten ist.
- Unverwechselbarkeitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seele (10) dieses Ablenkers (21) abgeknickt (16) ist und eine Längssymmetrieachse aufweist, die In der Ebene senkrecht zur Hebeöse (2) enthalten ist.
- Unverwechselbarkeltsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seele (10) dieses Ablenkers (21) abgeknickt (16) ist, und dass die beiden Schenkel (8, 9) dieses Ablenkers unterschiedliche Längen aufweisen.
- Unverwechselbarkeitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seele (10) dieses Ablenkers (21) geradlinig ist, und dass die beiden Schenkel (8, 9) dieses Ablenkers von unterschiedlicher Länge sind.
- Handhabungsmaterial, das für den Hoch- und Tiefbau bestimmt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es wenigstens zwei Unverwechselbarkeitsvorrichtungen gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14 aufweist.
- Handhabungsmaterial nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass seine Hebemittel aus einem Stahlkabel (22) oder einer Kette (24) oder aus Spanngurten gebildet sind.
- Handhabungsmaterial nach Anspruch 15 und 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass seine Hebemittel an einem jeden seiner Enden ein Verbindungsglied (11) oder ein Kupplungsglied oder Montageglied aufweisen, das in Eingriff mit der Durchgangsöffnung (6) der Öse (2) ist und an dieser verriegelt ist.
- Handhabungsmaterial nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass seine Hebemittel stromauf des Verbindungsglieds (11) ein Verbindungsglied, genannt Kopfglied (19) (maille de täte) oder Sicherheitshacken aufweist, der in Eingriff ist mit dem Verbindungsglied und an diesem verriegelt ist.
