  • the shaft rotating recess 73 is coupled on the bracing shaft 4, the sinker 7 swings about the bracing shaft 4 as shown in FIG. 6 ; meanwhile, the second retaining portion 72 is in contact with the retaining rod 5 to let the sinker 7 stop swinging.
  • the cam holder 2 continuously drives the cam 20 so that it moves horizontally, and the swing guide portion 70 is still driven by the curvature formed by the guide track 21 to swing back as shown in FIG. 5 ; meanwhile, as the first retaining portion 71 is in contact with the bearing surface 11 of the needle seat 10, the sinker 7 stops swinging.
  • the downward pressing mechanism 1 can operate continuously and the cam 20 also is moved horizontally and continuously to drive all the sinkers 7 on the needle seat 10 so that they swing and press downward to form a knitted fabric.

Claims (6)

  1. Niederdrücker für eine Flachstrickmaschine, umfassend:
    eine Ausnehmung (73) für eine rotierende Welle, die am unteren Ende des Niederdrückers (7) vorgesehen ist;
    einen Schwenk-Führungsabschnitt (70), der sich von einer Oberseite des Niederdrückers (7) nach außen erstreckt; und
    einen Garn-Drückabschnitt (75), der von einer Seite des Niederdrückers (7) über eine Linie hinausragt, die den Schwenk-Führungsabschnitt (70) und die Ausnehmung (73) für eine rotierende Welle miteinander verbindet, um ein Garn zu drücken, um ein Gewirk zu bilden;
    wobei die Ausnehmung (73) für eine rotierende Welle einen Wellen-Kopplungsabschnitt (732) aufweist, der ausgelegt ist, um mit einer Stützwelle (4) zu koppeln;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Niederdrücker (7) weiterhin eine Nut (76) in der Nähe der Ausnehmung (73) für eine rotierende Welle und eine elastische Zunge (77) aufweist, die zwischen der Nut (76) und der Ausnehmung (73) für eine rotierende Welle ausgebildet ist, wobei
    ein Hals bzw. verengter Abschnitt (731), der an einem vorderen Abschnitt des Wellen-Kopplungsabschnitts (732) angeordnet ist, unter einem Abstand ausgebildet ist, der kleiner ist als der maximale Abstand zu dem Wellen-Kopplungsabschnitt (732).
  2. Niederdrücker nach Anspruch 1, weiterhin umfassend einen ersten Rückhalteabschnitt (71), der sich zwischen der Ausnehmung (73) für eine rotierende Welle und dem Garn-Drückabschnitt (75) befindet.
  3. Niederdrücker nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, weiterhin umfassend eine Führungskerbe (74) auf einer anderen Seite jenseits der Linie, die den Schwenk-Fuhrungsabschnitt (70) und die Ausnehmung (73) für eine rotierende Welle miteinander verbindet, wobei die Führungskerbe (74) eine bogenförmige Führungsfläche (741) auf einer Unterseite, die Führungskerbe (74) und den Schwenk-Fübrungsabschnitt (70) umfasst, die zwischen einem zweiten Rückhalteabschnitt (72) angeordnet sind.
  4. Mechanismus zum Niederdrücken für eine Flachstrickmaschine zum Antreiben sämtlicher Niederdrücker (7) der Flachstrickmaschine, sodass diese geschwenkt werden und die Niederdrücker nach unten drücken, umfassend:
    einen Nadelsitz (10) mit einer Auflagefläche (11) zum Abstützen der Niederdrücker (7) und der Stricknadeln (8), die durch Abstandshalter (3) voneinander getrennt sind; und
    einen Nockenhalter (2), der sich oberhalb der Niederdrücker (7) befindet, um einen Nocken (20) zu halten; wobei
    der Nocken (20) eine Führungsschiene (21) zum Antreiben der Schwenkbewegung der Niederdrücker (7) aufweist, und
    eine Stützwelle (4) sich senkrecht durch die Abstandshalter (3) hindurch an deren unterem Ende streckt;
    wobei jeder Niederdrücker (7) umfasst:
    eine Ausnehmung (73) für eine rotierende Welle, die am unteren Ende der Niederdrücker (7) vorgesehen ist und einen Wellen-Kopplungsabschnitt (732) aufweist, um mit der Stützwelle (4) zu koppeln;
    einen Schwenk-Führungsabschnitt (70), der sich von einer Oberseite der Niederdrücker (7) nach außen erstreckt und von der Führungsschiene (21) angetrieben wird; und
    einen Garn-Drückabschnitt (75), der von einer Seite der Niederdrücker (7) über eine Linie hinausragt, die den Schwenk-Führungsabschnitt (70) und die Ausnehmung (73) für eine rotierende Welle miteinander verbindet, um ein Garn zu drücken, um ein Gewirk zu bilden;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Niederdrücker (7) weiterhin eine Nut (76) in der Nähe der Ausnehmung (73) für eine rotierende Welle und eine elastische Zunge (77) aufweist, die zwischen der Nut (76) und der Ausnehmung (73) für eine rotierende Welle ausgebildet ist, wobei
    ein Hals bzw. verengter Abschnitt (731), der an einem vorderen Abschnitt des Wellen-Kopplungsabschnitts (732) angeordnet ist, unter einem Abstand ausgebildet ist, der kleiner ist als der maximale Abstand zu dem Wellen-Kopplungsabschnitt (732).
  5. Mechanismus zum Niederdrücken nach Anspruch 4, wobei eine Haltestange (5) sich senkrecht durch die Abstandshalter (3) an deren oberem Ende erstreckt, wobei jeder Niederdrücker (7) einen ersten Rückhalteabschnitt (71), der durch die Auflagefläche (11) während der Dreh- und Schwenkbewegung nach unten begrenzt wird, und einen zweiten Rückhalteabschnitt (82) aufweist, der durch die Haltestange (5) während der Dreh- und Schwenkbewegung nach oben begrenzt wird.
  6. Mechanismus zum Niederdrücken nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, wobei eine Führungsstange (6) sich senkrecht durch die Abstandshalter (3) erstreckt, wobei jeder Niederdrücker (7) eine Führungskerbe (74) aufweist, die eine Führungsfläche aufweist, um Dreh- und Sehwenkstellungen der Niederdrücker (7) zu führen und zu begrenzen.
