Claims (9)
- Procédé pour la production de surfaces tridimensionnelles (1 ; 30 ; 40) sur un élément support (5 ; 31 ; 41), dans lequel plusieurs couches (22 à 25 ; 32 à 34 ; 42) disposées les unes sur les autres produisent une structure (2), les couches (22 à 25 ; 32 à 34 ; 42) étant appliquées successivement sur l'élément support (5 ; 31 ; 41) au moyen d'au moins une imprimante numérique (13 à 16) et au moins une des couches (22 à 25 ; 32 à 34 ; 42) servant à la production d'une image et contenant des encres ou des couleurs pigmentées dans un liant, caractérisé en ce que les encres ou les couleurs sont durcissables aux UV et en ce que la structure (2) est appliquée directement sur l'élément support (5) conçu comme plaque de meuble ou comme élément de sol.
- Procédé pour la production de surfaces tridimensionnelles (1 ; 30 ; 40) sur un élément support (5 ; 31 ; 41), dans lequel plusieurs couches (22 à 25 ; 32 à 34 ; 42) disposées les unes sur les autres produisent une structure (2), les couches (22 à 25 ; 32 à 34 ; 42) étant appliquées successivement sur l'élément support (5 ; 31 ; 41) au moyen d'au moins une imprimante numérique (13 à 16) et au moins une des couches (22 à 25 ; 32 à 34 ; 42) servant à la production d'une image et contenant des encres ou des couleurs pigmentées dans un liant, caractérisé en ce que les encres ou les couleurs sont durcissables aux UV et en ce que la structure (2) est appliquée sur une bande en forme de feuille ou de film pour le revêtement d'une pièce de mobilier, la bande étant le cas échéant pourvue, sur la face opposée à la structure (2), d'une couche de liaison pour l'assemblage avec la pièce de mobilier.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'image est produite au moyen de la première couche (22 ; 32) appliquée sur l'élément support (5 ; 31 ; 41).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'image est produite au moyen d'au moins deux couches (22 à 25 ; 32 à 34 ; 42) appliquées l'une au-dessus de l'autre.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise, comme liant, un liant exempt de solvant et exempt d'eau, le cas échéant avec addition d'agents abrasifs.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le degré de brillance de chaque couche (22 à 25 ; 32 à 34 ; 42) est réglé via le séchage du liant pigmenté, en particulier le temps de séchage.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la structure (2) est soumise à d'autres étapes de traitement, en particulier des étapes de traitement de surface.
- Utilisation d'un dispositif (10) pour produire des surfaces tridimensionnelles (1 ; 30 ; 40) selon un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, au moins une imprimante numérique (13 à 16) produisant une image imprimée, au moins une, de préférence plusieurs imprimantes numériques (13 à 16) étant prévues, qui appliquent plusieurs couches (22 à 25 ; 32 à 34 ; 42) d'une structure tridimensionnelle (2) sur un élément support (5) et au moins une des couches (22 à 25 ; 32 à 34 ; 42) produisant une image.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que plusieurs imprimantes numériques (13 à 16) sont prévues, en ce que les imprimantes (13 à 16) sont disposées successivement dans le sens de transport (12) de l'élément support (5) et en ce que chaque imprimante (13 à 16) est associée à un dispositif de séchage (20) en particulier réglable.
