Claims (13)
- Dispositif pour le revêtement d'une surface d'une pièce (W), en particulier d'une tranche d'une pièce en forme de panneau, comprenant :au moins un dispositif de prétraitement (20) destiné à prétraiter la surface à revêtir,un système destiné à déclencher un déplacement relatif entre le dispositif de prétraitement (20) et la pièce (W), etau moins un système d'impression (30), en particulier un système d'impression à jet d'encre, dans lequel le système d'impression (30) comprend au moins une tête d'impression numérique (30a, 30b), dans lequelle dispositif de prétraitement (20) est mis au point pour appliquer un matériau de prétraitement sur la surface de la pièce (W) à imprimer,présentant en outre un système de détection (10) destiné à détecter une propriété de la surface à revêtir, dans lequel un système de commande du dispositif est mis au point pour commander et/ou réguler le dispositif de prétraitement (20) et/ou le système d'impression (30) sur la base du résultat de détection du système de détection (10),caractérisé en ce que le système de détection (10) comprend :un premier module de détection (10a), qui est disposé et est mis au point pour détecter la surface à revêtir avant le prétraitement, etun deuxième module de détection (10b), qui est disposé et est mis au point pour détecter la surface après le prétraitement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de prétraitement (20) est mis au point pour appliquer une laque, une colle thermofusible, un matériau à deux composants ou un matériau thermoplastique.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de prétraitement (20) comprend un dispositif d'activation, en particulier un dispositif d'activation aux UV.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de prétraitement (20) comprend une buse, en particulier une buse à fente ou une buse de pulvérisation, et de préférence un système de raclage destiné à lisser le matériau distribué depuis la buse.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les buses de la tête d'impression présentent un diamètre dans la plage de 2 µm à 300 µm, de préférence de 2 µm à 200 µm, plus préférentiellement dans la plage de 2 µm à 100 µm, le plus préférentiellement dans la plage de 2 µm à 12 µm.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le système d'impression présente plusieurs têtes d'impression (30a, 30b).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les têtes d'impression (30a, 30b) du système d'impression (30) présentent respectivement un réservoir de matériau séparé.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les têtes d'impression (30a, 30b) du système d'impression (30) présentent une hauteur d'impression variable.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre un système d'usinage destiné à usiner la surface d'une pièce (W), en particulier destiné à pratiquer un profil dans la surface d'une pièce (W).
- Procédé destiné à revêtir une surface d'une pièce (W), en particulier une tranche d'une pièce en forme de panneau, comprenant :le prétraitement d'une surface à revêtir avec un dispositif de prétraitement (20),le déclenchement d'un déplacement relatif entre le dispositif de prétraitement (20) et la pièce (W), etl'impression de la surface prétraitée au moyen d'une tête d'impression numérique ou de plusieurs têtes d'impression numériques (30a, 30b),caractérisé par une détection d'une propriété de la surface à traiter avant et après le prétraitement, dans lequel le dispositif de prétraitement (20) et/ou la ou les têtes d'impression sont commandés et/ou régulés sur la base du résultat de détection.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un matériau distribué depuis le dispositif de prétraitement (20) est une laque UV, une colle thermofusible UV, un matériau à deux composants ou un matériau thermoplastique.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'un matériau distribué par la tête d'impression ou par au moins une des têtes d'impression (30a, 30b) est du chlorure de polyvinyle, du polypropylène, de l'ABS, un matériau composite en bois-matière plastique ou de la résine acrylique.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la surface présente un profil.
