Definitions
- the present invention relates to an electrical plug contact according to the preamble of claim 1 and to a system with an electrical plug contact according to claim 10.
- the known electrical plug contact designed as a test adapter has a first region for electrical contacting with a measuring device and a second region for electrical contacting with an electrical conductor, wherein the longitudinal axes of the two regions mutually offset laterally and parallel.
- the first area is sleeve-like and the second area consists of three metal strips, which are riveted together.
- the first and the second area are soldered together and overmoulded with an insulating material, in particular plastic.
- a designed as a test adapter electrical plug contact is for example from the DE 10 2008 014 177 A1 which has a first region for making electrical contact with an electrical connection and a second region designed as a plug-in sleeve for making electrical contact with an electrical conductor, wherein the two regions are electrically conductively connected to one another.
- an electrical plug contact which has a first region for electrical contacting with an electrical connection and a second region for electrical contacting with a printed circuit board. The two areas are electrically connected to each other.
- the second region is designed as a plug-in sleeve.
- the receptacle In the contact region of the receptacle and extending parallel to its longitudinal axis, the receptacle has a slot and a diametrically opposite to the slot longitudinal slot.
- the present invention has for its object to provide an electrical plug-in contact, which is simpler in construction and more reliable in the application.
- a significant advantage of the electrical plug-in contact according to the invention which may be designed in particular as a test adapter, is in particular that it is simple in construction and reliable in the application.
- the electrical plug contact according to the invention is therefore easier to manufacture and thus more cost-effective. Due to the special structural design of the plug-in sleeve of the electrical plug-in contact, a large-area contact of the plug-in sleeve with the electrical conductor and thus good electrical contact between the electrical plug-in contact and the electrical conductor is ensured.
- the plug-in contact according to the invention springs evenly during its transfer into the insertion position.
- the slot and the longitudinal slot ensure symmetrical power absorption.
- the plug-in sleeve which may be designed in particular cylndrisch, can deform elastically over a large area. This results in a good investment of the socket on the electrical conductor in the insertion position of the electrical plug-in contact and thus a good electrically conductive connection, without causing the electrical plug contact plastic, i. permanently deformed.
- Another connector is from the DE 295 16 504 U1 known.
- the known connector has a pin contact terminal and a corresponding female terminal. Only the female terminal has here in the contact area of pin contact terminal and female terminal two diametrically opposed longitudinal slots. However, the operation of the known female terminal is of course fundamentally different from that of the electrical plug contact according to the invention. While the well-known female terminal has to widen when the pin contact terminal is inserted, the socket should compress elastically during the transfer of the electrical plug-in contact according to the invention in its insertion position.
- the electrical plug contact can be selected according to type, dimensioning and material within wide suitable limits.
- the plug-in sleeve and / or the first region is cylindrical. In this way, the production of the socket is simplified.
- the oblong hole has an extension in the longitudinal axis direction of the plug-in sleeve of at least three times the extent of the plug-in sleeve perpendicular to the longitudinal axis.
- the plug-in sleeve has laterally offset from the slot at least one latching recess or a detent hole, which is or is formed such that in the inserted position of the electrical plug-in contact of this is latched to the electrical conductor.
- the latching recess or the latching hole is formed as a pair, wherein the latching recesses or latching holes are diametrically opposite and are arranged perpendicular to the slot and the longitudinal slot. In this way, the receptacle is not stressed on one side mechanically and there is no undesirable relative movements between the receptacle and the electrical conductor in the insertion position of the electrical plug contact.
- the slot in the region of the latching recess or the latching hole has a, in particular symmetrical, constriction, which extends transversely to the longitudinal axis of the plug-in sleeve. This ensures that the socket in the region of the recess or the locking hole still has enough material to allow elastic deformation of the socket. Otherwise, too little material would undesirably lead to a plastic deformation of the plug-in sleeve in the region of the oblong hole.
- the slot has an extent perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of at least 40% of the socket in the areas without constriction and, in the aforementioned embodiment, of at least 25% of the socket in the areas with constriction. In this way, an elastic deformation of the receptacle over a wide range is possible.
- a particularly advantageous embodiment provides that the socket at its free end has a run-on slope. As a result, the force to be expended in the transfer of the electrical plug contact is reduced in its insertion position.
- first region and the second region are integrally formed.
- the production of the electrical test adapter according to the invention is further simplified, since a joining process for the mechanical connection of the first with the second region is eliminated.
- plug-in sleeve and / or the first region is / are formed as a rolled sheet-metal part.
- the production of the receptacle and / or the first area is further simplified.
- the invention also relates to a system consisting of an electrical plug contact according to one of the preceding claims and an electrical conductor, in particular current bars.
- a particularly advantageous development of the system provides that in the electrical conductor a square, in particular square, hole for receiving the, in particular cylindrical, plug-in sleeve is formed in its insertion position. In this way a secure contact between the electrical plug contact and the electrical conductor is ensured; This is especially true for electrical plug contacts, in which a latching of electrical plug contact and electrical conductor is provided by means of the formed on the plug contact recesses or detent holes.
- An advantageous development of the system provides that the dimensions of the slot and the electrical conductor are matched to one another such that the slot in the inserted position of the plug contact projects beyond the electrical conductor in the longitudinal axis direction of the plug-in sleeve on both sides. As a result, a secure contact of the electrical conductor is ensured with the electrical plug contact.
- a further advantageous development of the system provides that the dimensions of the latching recess or of the latching hole in the direction of the longitudinal axis and the electrical conductor are matched to one another such that in the insertion position of the electrical plug-in contact between the plug-in sleeve and the electrical conductor in the longitudinal axis direction of the plug-in sleeve Game is present. In this way, a compensation of manufacturing and manufacturing tolerances is possible. Furthermore, it is ensured by the game that the electrical contact between the electrical plug contact and the electrical conductor in the desired manner via the provided electrical contact surfaces and not via the boundary surfaces of the recesses or detent holes.
- edge length of the square hole 80% to 97% of the expansion of the receptacle is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis.
- FIG. 1a a first embodiment of an electrical plug-in contact according to the invention is shown, wherein the plug-in contact designed as a test contact in the sheet left completely and partially in the sheet right is partially shown.
- the electrical test adapter has a handle 2 made of an insulating material, here plastic.
- the handle 2 encloses a first area 4 for making electrical contact with a measuring device, not shown completely and one second area 6 for making electrical contact with an electrical conductor 8 partially.

- the first region 4 is designed here as a cylindrical sleeve.
- the complete illustrations of the exemplary embodiments differ from the partial representations in that the handle 2 is included. This also applies to the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 5.
- the second region 6 is formed as a cylindrical plug-in sleeve, which has a parallel to the longitudinal axis 6.1 extending slot 10 in the contact region with the electrical conductor 8, wherein the dimensions of the elongated hole 10 and the electrical conductor 8 are coordinated such that the Slot 10 in the inserted position of the test adapter the electrical conductor 8 in the longitudinal axis direction of the receptacle 6 surmounted on both sides.

- the first region 4 and the second region 6 are integrally formed, that is, made of a single piece.
- the two areas 4, 6 are formed as a rolled sheet metal part.
- the socket 6 has laterally offset from the slot 10 a few detent holes 12, wherein the detent holes 12 are diametrically opposed and are arranged perpendicular to the slot 10 and the longitudinal slot.
- the detent holes 12 are formed such that the electrical test adapter is latched in its inserted position with the electrical conductor 8. See in particular the FIGS. 3 and 4 ,
- the slot 10 in the region of the detent holes 12 has a symmetrical constriction 6.2, which extends transversely to the longitudinal axis 6.1 of the receptacle 6.
- the slot 10 or the constriction 6.2 is such dimensioned such that the symmetrically formed edges of the slot 10 do not touch in the region of the constriction 6.2 in the inserted position of the electrical test adapter.
- one latching hole or more than two latching holes it is possible for only one latching hole or more than two latching holes to be arranged on the plug-in sleeve 6. If the material thickness of the plug-in sleeve 6 is sufficient, it is also conceivable that instead of one or more latching holes 12, one or more latching recesses are formed in the plug-in sleeve 6.
- FIG. 2 the electrical test adapter is shown in its inserted position, wherein the electrical test adapter is plugged into a terminal 14 here, which is plugged with two other terminal blocks on a mounting rail in the art known manner.
- the lateral displacement of the longitudinal axes 4.1 and 6.1 of the two areas 4, 6 is therefore necessary to connect a plurality of electrical test adapter in a confined space with the respective corresponding electrical conductor 8.
- the electrical plug-in contact forms with the electrical conductor 8, which is here designed as a current bar (or bus bar), an inventive system.
- FIG. 3 shows the terminal block assembly according to FIG. 2 in a partially sectioned view, wherein the contact region of the receptacle 6 with the busbar 8 in FIG. 3 is highlighted with a frame.

The present invention has for its object to provide an electrical plug-in contact, which is simpler in construction and more reliable in the application.
This object is achieved by an electrical plug contact with the features of claim 1. The subclaims relate to advantageous developments of the invention.
A significant advantage of the electrical plug-in contact according to the invention, which may be designed in particular as a test adapter, is in particular that it is simple in construction and reliable in the application. The electrical plug contact according to the invention is therefore easier to manufacture and thus more cost-effective. Due to the special structural design of the plug-in sleeve of the electrical plug-in contact, a large-area contact of the plug-in sleeve with the electrical conductor and thus good electrical contact between the electrical plug-in contact and the electrical conductor is ensured.
However, just this combination leads advantageously to the fact that the plug-in contact according to the invention springs evenly during its transfer into the insertion position. The slot and the longitudinal slot ensure symmetrical power absorption. The plug-in sleeve, which may be designed in particular cylndrisch, can deform elastically over a large area. This results in a good investment of the socket on the electrical conductor in the insertion position of the electrical plug-in contact and thus a good electrically conductive connection, without causing the electrical plug contact plastic, i. permanently deformed.
In addition, the production of the known connector designed as complex and therefore costly. Furthermore, the known connector is not suitable to be used as a test adapter.
The electrical plug contact can be selected according to type, dimensioning and material within wide suitable limits. Advantageously, the plug-in sleeve and / or the first region is cylindrical. In this way, the production of the socket is simplified.
Basically, the slot in sizing and arrangement of the receptacle in wide suitable limits freely selectable. Expediently, the oblong hole has an extension in the longitudinal axis direction of the plug-in sleeve of at least three times the extent of the plug-in sleeve perpendicular to the longitudinal axis.
An advantageous development provides that the longitudinal axes of the two areas to each other laterally offset and parallel. This makes it possible to place a plurality of electrical plug contacts, in particular test adapter in a confined space, without making the electrical connection, such as a meter, at the first region of the respective electrical plug contact is difficult.
The plug-in sleeve has laterally offset from the slot at least one latching recess or a detent hole, which is or is formed such that in the inserted position of the electrical plug-in contact of this is latched to the electrical conductor. As a result, a secure contact of the electrical plug contact
ensured with the electrical conductor in the inserted position of the electrical plug-in contact.
In principle, it is possible to provide only a single latching recess or a single latching hole on the plug-in sleeve. Advantageously, the latching recess or the latching hole is formed as a pair, wherein the latching recesses or latching holes are diametrically opposite and are arranged perpendicular to the slot and the longitudinal slot. In this way, the receptacle is not stressed on one side mechanically and there is no undesirable relative movements between the receptacle and the electrical conductor in the insertion position of the electrical plug contact.
A particularly advantageous development of the two aforementioned embodiments provides that the slot in the region of the latching recess or the latching hole has a, in particular symmetrical, constriction, which extends transversely to the longitudinal axis of the plug-in sleeve. This ensures that the socket in the region of the recess or the locking hole still has enough material to allow elastic deformation of the socket. Otherwise, too little material would undesirably lead to a plastic deformation of the plug-in sleeve in the region of the oblong hole.
Furthermore, an advantageous development provides that the slot has an extent perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of at least 40% of the socket in the areas without constriction and, in the aforementioned embodiment, of at least 25% of the socket in the areas with constriction. In this way, an elastic deformation of the receptacle over a wide range is possible.
A particularly advantageous embodiment provides that the socket at its free end has a run-on slope. As a result, the force to be expended in the transfer of the electrical plug contact is reduced in its insertion position.
An advantageous development provides that the first region and the second region are integrally formed. In this way, the production of the electrical test adapter according to the invention is further simplified, since a joining process for the mechanical connection of the first with the second region is eliminated.
Another particularly advantageous embodiment provides that the plug-in sleeve and / or the first region is / are formed as a rolled sheet-metal part. As a result, the production of the receptacle and / or the first area is further simplified.
In addition, the invention also relates to a system consisting of an electrical plug contact according to one of the preceding claims and an electrical conductor, in particular current bars.
Basically, the training and the relative arrangement of each other of electrical plug contact and electrical conductor in wide suitable limits freely selectable.
A particularly advantageous development of the system provides that in the electrical conductor a square, in particular square, hole for receiving the, in particular cylindrical, plug-in sleeve is formed in its insertion position. In this way a secure contact between the electrical plug contact and the electrical conductor is ensured; This is especially true for electrical plug contacts, in which a latching of electrical plug contact and electrical conductor is provided by means of the formed on the plug contact recesses or detent holes.
An advantageous development of the system provides that the dimensions of the slot and the electrical conductor are matched to one another such that the slot in the inserted position of the plug contact projects beyond the electrical conductor in the longitudinal axis direction of the plug-in sleeve on both sides. As a result, a secure contact of the electrical conductor is ensured with the electrical plug contact.
A further advantageous development of the system provides that the dimensions of the latching recess or of the latching hole in the direction of the longitudinal axis and the electrical conductor are matched to one another such that in the insertion position of the electrical plug-in contact between the plug-in sleeve and the electrical conductor in the longitudinal axis direction of the plug-in sleeve Game is present.
Moreover, this makes it possible, with a single type of electrical plug contact a number of electrical conductors, in particular current bars, different Strength and location to contact. Thus, the variety of components is reduced in the desired manner.
Another advantageous development of the system provides that the edge length of the square hole 80% to 97% of the expansion of the receptacle is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. As a result, the mechanical contact between the electrical plug contact and electrical conductor is secured, without the elastic deformation region of the receptacle is left.

In the figure, 1a), a first embodiment of an electrical plug-in contact according to the invention is shown, wherein the plug-in contact designed as a test contact in the sheet left completely and partially in the sheet right is partially shown. The electrical test adapter has a
For easy manufacture of the electrical test adapter, the
In the present embodiment, the
In principle, however, it is possible for only one latching hole or more than two latching holes to be arranged on the plug-in
