Description
The invention relates to a feeding device for a high-pressure roller press for Hockdruckzerkleinerung of ground material, which controls the material to be ground in a nip between two rollers of the high-pressure roller press gives up.
The nip is wider than the largest extent of the comminuted material to be ground. It is necessary to feed the nip with millbase so that a certain amount of the ground material can continuously pass through the nip. Because the nip is loaded with too little amount of ground material per unit of time, so in extreme cases, the ground material is no longer crushed or the high-pressure roller press acts like a crusher. If, on the other hand, too large an amount of material to be ground is added to the nip, the high-pressure roller press can become overloaded with the result that it begins to vibrate. During vibration, the nip increases and decreases in resonant frequency and the rotational speed varies with resonant frequency, since in an overload, the rollers are repeatedly braked by the existing too large ground material and accelerated by the drive motors again. Therefore, in the high-pressure crushing in the nip is to ensure that the nip is applied to a suitable extent with millbase.
The amount of feed depends heavily on the nature of the material to be ground. The parameters to be considered here are the particle size distribution, the average particle size and the uniformity of the available ground material flow onto the nip. The material to be ground should be fed evenly from above into the nip.
The amount of material dispensed has a significant influence on the desired smooth running of the high-pressure roller press. To improve the intake conditions and to ensure a uniform distribution of the drive power to the drive motors of the high-pressure roller press, the metering function of the feeder over the nip has been steadily improved.
In the prior art feeding devices are known which regulate the uniform inflow of the ground material.
The intake behavior is also influenced by the material bed in the room above the rollers. Bulk material (bulk) is an accumulation or volume of Mahlgutmenge in the space above the compaction zone to understand. The optimum material fill is determined by the parameters grain size of the material to be ground, humidity and the angle of repose.
There is a need to be able to set an optimal material bed on the rollers.
The object of the invention is therefore to provide a feeding device with which the level of the ground material can be better controlled.
The object is achieved with a feeding device with the features of claim 1.
The feed device according to the invention for a high-pressure roller press for high-pressure comminution of millbase, which gives the millbase controlled in a nip between two rollers of the high-pressure roller press, and at least one material task with a vertically adjustable material chute, is characterized in that the feeding device has a material overflow device.
Further advantageous embodiments of the feeding device according to the invention are specified in the subclaims.
With the loading device according to the invention, a definable material bed in the space between the nip and the material chute can be adjusted.
The feeder is arranged on a support device on the machine frame of the high-pressure roller press. The material task is designed as a funnel-like housing with a guide for a material slide. The material feed is arranged centrally over a part of the rolls and the nip. On the one hand, it serves to guide the material to be ground along a material feed area on the rolls up to the nip and on the other hand also as a dust collector. Dedusting lines are provided for this purpose. The material chute is guided in a guide of the material task.
The height-adjustable material chute, which is guided in the material task, enables the setting of a material bed.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the material chute is formed at least from a chute with a material inlet and a material outlet, the chute is guided in a guide of the material feed and the material chute is vertically adjustable via an adjusting device above the roll gap.
The material chute consists of a cuboidal shaft, with an opening for the material inlet and an opening for the material outlet. The shaft is guided over the guide in the material task. For height adjustment of the material slide a suitable adjustment, such as a hydraulic device is provided.
The material chute can be adjusted in height via a hydraulic device, wherein the hydraulic device with the support device and the shaft of the material chute is in communication and engages the shaft. Another preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the material chute is arranged in the material feed such that the material to be ground can be dispensed centrally above the nip onto the rolls of the high-pressure roller press.
For this purpose, material chute within the feeder is arranged so that the shaft or material inlet and material outlet are each centrally above the nip and the shaft can be adjusted centrally above this in height. This ensures a uniform task of the ground material.
In a next preferred embodiment of the invention it is provided that the material chute is vertically adjustable such that the material outlet from an upper position to a lower position and vice versa is movable.
The material bed is the amount of material that is deposited on the rollers over a certain area, the material feed area. Under free bed of material or free Mahlgutschüttung is a loose accumulation or volume of a quantity of material or the ground material to be understood, which forms in the space above the Kompaktzone to the material outlet of the material slide. The aggregate may ideally assume a frustoconical shape.
A further preferred embodiment of the invention provides that when the material outlet is in the upper position, a maximum free bulk of material is formed.
The material chute can be adjusted in height continuously above the nip via the adjusting device. The highest adjustment is achieved when the material exit occupies a position II above the nip. The lowest adjustment is marked by the position I. Here is the material outlet directly between the rollers.
If the material slide is moved to its highest adjustment position above the nip, a maximum free bulk of material forms in the space above the nip and the material outlet. In this position, the largest possible material loading on the rollers can be achieved.
According to the invention, the free material fill can be regulated as a function of the height of the material chute which can be adjusted via the adjusting device. The free bulk material decreases as the material chute is driven down towards the nip and approaches zero when the material chute is moved to position I.
A next preferred embodiment of the invention provides that in the position of the material outlet in the lower position no free material bed forms.
If, on the other hand, the material chute is moved to its lowest adjustment position, no free bulk material can form in the space above the nip and the material outlet of the material chute. The material passes through the material chute directly into the compaction zone and into the nip. On the rollers, the smallest amount of material is given up.
The task device according to the invention has a Mahlgutüberlaufeinrichtung for continuous refilling with regrind and the control of the level of nachgebenden regrind in the chute of the material chute, as well as in the material task itself. The Mahlgutüberlaufeinrichtung provides two overflow chutes, which are preferably fixed or detachably attached respectively to the opposite shaft walls of the material chute. The overflow chutes may be tubular and preferably extend to about the height of the nip.
It is also possible that the overflow chutes are firmly connected to the material task. In this case it is achieved that a Mahlgutüberlauf during height adjustment of the material chute is possible.
In one embodiment of the invention, the overflow chutes are adjustably arranged on the material chute. The possibility of adjusting the material chute and the overflow chutes causes a defined free bulk of material above the rollers and a defined material play gel in the chute of the material chute are adjustable.
A next preferred embodiment of the invention is characterized in that openings are provided on the material chute, through which overflowing ground material passes into the overflow chutes and the ground material can be guided via the overflow chutes into a material circulation system connected thereto.
In the event that the overflow chutes are attached to the chute of the material chute, there are corresponding openings at the chute, through which the material to be ground can overflow and pass into a material circulation system connected to the overflow chutes.
The overflow quantity can be measured and controlled by suitable measuring devices on the overflow chutes.
The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to drawings.
