In Fig. 1 bis 4 sind eine erste Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemässen Erdungsklemme 1 in perspektivischen Ansichten (Fig. 1 und 2), bzw. einer Seitenansicht (Fig. 3) und einer Draufsicht (Fig. 4) gezeigt. Die Erdungsklemme 1 ist mit einer Bandschelle 5 mit Schloss 13 und Spannband 14 auf einem zu erdenden Rohr 6 dargestellt, wobei die Bandschelle nicht festgezogen ist. Die Erdungsklemme 1 weist eine an sich bekannte Klemmvorrichtung mit Klemmplatte und Klemmschraube auf. In der Klemmvorrichtung 2 ist eine Erdungsleitung 3 eingeklemmt. Die Erdungsleitung 3 kann z.B. ein Draht, eine Litze, ein Seil, ein Kabel oder dergleichen sein. Die Erdungsklemme 1 umfasst weiter einen Befestigungsabschnitt 4 mit einem als Kontaktplatte 7 ausgebildetem Kontaktelement, welches auf dem Rohr 6 aufliegt. Die Kontaktplatte 7 ist mittig abgewinkelt, so dass die Auflagefläche auf das Rohr 6 vergrössert ist. Zudem weist der Befestigungsabschnitt 4 auf zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Kontaktplatte 7 jeweils um etwa 90 Grad abgebogene Teile auf, in welche eine schlitzförmige Aussparung 8 als Führungsmittel für die Bandschelle 5 ausgebildet sind. Die Sollbiegestelle 15 ist derart angeordnet, dass beim Anbringen der Erdungsklemme 1 auf einem zu erdenden Rohr 5 ein Bereich der Kontaktplatte unter dem Klemmdruck der Rohrschelle 5 sich zum Rohr hin abbiegt, wodurch die Kontaktierung der Erdungsklemme 1 zum Rohr 5 erhöht wird. Claims (15)

  1. An earth terminal (1) comprising a clamping device (2) for at least one earth cable (3) and a fastening portion (4) by which the earth terminal (1) can be fastened by means of a loosely guided pipe clip (5) to a device (6) to be earthed, wherein the fastening portion (4) has at least one guide means (8) for guiding the pipe clip (5), wherein the fastening portion (4) has at least one contact element (7) for placing onto the device (6) to be earthed, characterized in that the at least one guide means (8) and the at least one contact element (7) are arranged adjacent to one another in such a way that, in the fitted state of the earth terminal (1) on a device (6) to be earthed, the contact element (7) is assembled between the pipe clip (5) and the device (6) to be earthed.
  2. The earth terminal (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the at least one contact element (7) is a contact plate.
  3. The earth terminal (1) according to claim 2, characterized in that the at least one guide means (8) is arranged laterally adjacent to the at least one contact plate (7).
  4. The earth terminal (1) according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the contact plate (7) is deformable and/or has a predetermined bending area (15) so that, in the assembled state of the earth terminal (1) on the device to be earthed, the contact of the contact plate (7) on the device (6) to be earthed is increased.
  5. The earth terminal (1) according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the at least one guide means (8) is formed as a strap or slit-like cutout.

  8. The earth terminal (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the contact element (7) has a width of approximately 20 to 40 mm, preferably 25 to 30 mm, and a length of approximately 20 to 40 mm, preferably 25 to 30 mm.

The earth terminal according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that in each case a guide means (8) is arranged on two opposing sides of the contact element (7) so that, in the assembled state of the earth terminal (1) on a device (6) to be earthed, the pipe clip (5) extends over the contact element (7).

The earth terminal according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the at least one guide means (8) is located between two contact elements (7) so that, in the assembled state of the earth terminal (1) on a device (6) to be earthed, the pipe clip (5) extends over the contact elements (7).
  11. The earth terminal according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the clamping device (2) is arranged, via a connecting portion (9), transversely with respect to the direction in which the pipe clip (5) extends.
  12. The earth terminal according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the clamping device (2) is arranged on the fastening portion (4), via a connecting portion (9) along the direction in which the pipe clip (5) extends, and that at least one guide means (8) is formed by a slit-like cutout in the connecting portion (9).
  13. The earth terminal according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the fastening portion (4) together with a part of the clamping device (2) is stamped and/or bent out in one piece from a steel sheet.
  14. The earth terminal according to claim 13, characterized in that the steel sheet has a thickness of approximately 1 to 3 mm, preferably approximately 2 mm.
  15. A kit with an earth terminal according to one of claims 1 to 13 and a pipe clip, preferably a band clip (5) with a lock (13) and a band clip (14).
