Abstract

Ein LED-Beleuchtungsmodul (10) umfasst eine Platine (30), mit einer ersten und einer zweiten Seite und mindestens einer durchgehenden Öffnung (70), mindestens eine an der Öffnung (70), auf der ersten Seite der Platine (30) angebrachte Leuchtdiode (40) mit einer licht-emittierenden Vorderseite und einer nicht-emittierenden Rückseite, wobei die Leuchtdiode (40) mit ihrer licht-emittierenden Vorderseite an der ersten Seite der Platine so angebracht ist, dass emittiertes Licht zumindest einen Teil der Öffnung (70) passiert und auf der zweiten Seite der Platine austritt, und dass die Rückseite der Leuchtdiode freiliegt, so dass das Modul (10) mit der nicht-lichtemittierenden Rückseite der Leuchtdiode (40) an einem Kühlkörper (20) angebracht werden kann.
