Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Leuchtkasten bestehend aus einem geschlossenen Rahmen mit mindestens drei Seitenteilen, einer Rückwand und einer Vorderwand, wobei wenigstens eine dieser beiden Wände aus einem spannbaren Material besteht, das an dem Rahmen befestigt ist, und mindestens einem Leuchtmittel, das jeweils endseitig in einer Fassung lösbar arretiert und innerhalb des Grundrahmens angeordnet ist und das über ein elektrisches Vorschaltgerät (EVG) (22) mit elektrischem Strom versorgbar ist. Um einen Leuchtkasten zu schaffen, der den geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften genügt und dabei leicht herstellbar und montierbar ist und bei dem die Kabel nicht in Kabelkanälen oder ähnlichem zu führen sind, wird erfindungsgemäß ein Leuchtkasten vorgeschlagen, bei dem sowohl auf die Fassung als auch auf das EVG (22) eine lösbare Kappe (1, 21) geschoben ist und die aus der Kappe (1, 21) jeweils herausführenden Stromleitungen (24) zweifach isoliert sind.
