  • the washing control method performed by the drum-type washing machine of the present invention includes: a step of performing a water supply process of supplying water to the washing tank and the outer tank; a step of performing a low-speed stirring process of rotating the washing tank at low speed at which clothes are not clung to the inner wall of the washing tank; a step of sensing the contamination of the washing water in the outer tank with the contamination sensor; and a step of performing a high-speed rotation process of rotating the washing tank at high speed at which the clothes are clung to the inner wall of the washing tank, wherein the high-speed rotation process is performed when the output of the contamination sensor becomes the predetermined condition during the low-speed stirring process.
  • the washing machine of the present invention can improve the washing performance by controlling the rotation of the washing tank based on the degree of the contamination of the clothes. Therefore, the washing machine can also be applied to applications such as a fiber washing apparatus.

Claims (5)

  1. Lave-linge à tambour comportant :
    une cuve de lavage (3) rotative et recevant des vêtements ;
    une cuve extérieure (2) supportant la cuve de lavage (3) ;
    un orifice d'admission d'eau (5) relié à la partie la plus basse de la cuve extérieure (2), où un circuit de circulation (12) est en communication avec l'orifice d'admission d'eau (5) et une pompe de circulation (13) est prévue dans le circuit de circulation (12) ;
    une unité d'entraînement (4) qui entraîne la cuve de lavage (3), où l'eau de lavage prélevée par l'orifice d'admission d'eau (5) est éjectée dans la cuve de lavage (3) à travers un orifice d'éjection (11) via le circuit de circulation (12) ;
    une vanne d'alimentation en eau (10) configurée pour remplir successivement la cuve extérieure (2) et la cuve de lavage (3) avec de l'eau ;
    un capteur de contamination (15) qui détecte la contamination de l'eau de lavage dans la cuve extérieure (2) ; et
    un dispositif de contrôle (16) qui contrôle l'unité d'entraînement (4) en déterminant un degré de contamination à partir d'une sortie du capteur de contamination (15), caractérisé en ce que lorsque des vêtements sont placés dans le lave-linge le dispositif de contrôle (16) est configuré pour détecter la quantité de vêtements ;
    le dispositif de contrôle (16) est configuré pour ensuite régler un niveau d'eau en fonction de la quantité de vêtements ;
    le dispositif de contrôle (16) est configuré pour ensuite ouvrir la vanne d'alimentation en eau (10) et pour introduire l'eau dans la cuve extérieure (2) et la cuve de lavage (3) jusqu'au niveau d'eau déterminé ;
    durant l'alimentation en eau, le dispositif de contrôle (16) est configuré pour contrôler la pompe de circulation (13) de manière à ce qu'elle fasse circuler l'eau de lavage avec la lessive depuis l'orifice d'éjection (11) jusqu'à la cuve extérieure (2) via le circuit de circulation (12) ;
    lorsque le dispositif de contrôle (16) détermine que la quantité d'eau a atteint le niveau d'eau défini, le dispositif de contrôle (16) ferme la vanne d'alimentation en eau (10) ;
    le lave-linge déclenche ensuite un processus d'agitation basse vitesse lors duquel la cuve de lavage (3) tourne à une vitesse basse à laquelle les vêtements ne s'accrochent pas à la paroi intérieure de la cuve de lavage (3) ; à ce moment, le dispositif de contrôle (16) est configuré pour contrôler la pompe de circulation (13) de manière à ce que l'eau de lavage suffisamment mélangée avec la lessive est introduit dans la cuve de lavage (3) par l'orifice d'éjection (11) via le circuit de circulation (12) ;
    lorsque la valeur de contamination détectée par le capteur de contamination (15) est égale ou supérieure à une valeur prédéterminée, le dispositif de contrôle (16) détermine que l'eau est saturée de produit contaminant ;
    le dispositif de contrôle (16) contrôle ensuite l'unité d'entraînement (4) de manière à ce qu'elle passe à un processus de rotation à haute vitesse lors duquel la cuve de lavage (4) tourne à une vitesse haute à laquelle les vêtements s'accrochent à la paroi intérieure de la cuve de lavage (4).
  2. Lave-linge à tambour selon la revendication 1, où
    le dispositif de contrôle (16) met en oeuvre le processus de rotation à haute vitesse lorsqu'une différence entre la valeur de contamination actuellement détectée et la valeur de contamination précédemment détectée par le capteur de contamination (15) est égale ou inférieure à une valeur prédéterminée.
  3. Lave-linge à tambour selon la revendication 1, où
    le dispositif de contrôle (16) augmente la durée du processus d'agitation à basse vitesse en lien avec l'augmentation du degré de contamination déterminé à partir de la sortie du capteur de contamination (15).
  4. Lave-linge à tambour selon l'une quelconque des revendication 1 à 3, où
    le capteur de contamination (15) pour détecter la contamination comporte au moins un capteur de turbidité, un capteur de conductivité et un capteur de décoloration.
  5. Procédé de contrôle de lavage mis en oeuvre par un lave-linge à tambour, comportant :
    une étape de mise en oeuvre d'un processus d'alimentation en eau lors duquel de l'eau est fournie à une cuve de lavage (3) et une cuve extérieure (2) au moyen d'une vanne d'alimentation en eau (10) ;
    où un orifice d'admission d'eau (5) est relié à la partie la plus basse de la cuve extérieure (2), où un circuit de circulation (12) est en communication avec l'orifice d'admission d'eau (5) et une pompe de circulation (13) est prévue dans le circuit de circulation (12) ;
    une étape d'entraînement de la cuve de lavage (3) par une unité d'entraînement (4), où l'eau de lavage prélevée par l'orifice d'admission d'eau (5) est éjectée dans la cuve de lavage (3) à travers un orifice d'éjection (11) via le circuit de circulation (12) ;
    caractérisé en ce que le procédé comporte en outre :
    une étape de détection par le dispositif de contrôle (16) d'une quantité de vêtements lorsque des vêtements sont placés dans le lave-linge ;
    le dispositif de contrôle (16) règle ensuite un niveau d'eau en fonction de la quantité de vêtements ;
    le dispositif de contrôle (16) ouvre la vanne d'alimentation en eau (10) et introduit l'eau dans la cuve extérieure (2) et la cuve de lavage (3) jusqu'au niveau d'eau déterminé,
    durant l'alimentation en eau, le dispositif de contrôle (16) contrôle la pompe de circulation (13) de manière à ce qu'elle fasse circuler l'eau de lavage avec la lessive depuis l'orifice d'éjection (11) jusqu'à la cuve extérieure (2) via le circuit de circulation (12) ;
    lorsque le dispositif de contrôle (16) détermine que la quantité d'eau a atteint le niveau d'eau défini, le dispositif de contrôle (16) ferme la vanne d'alimentation en eau (10) ;
    le lave-linge déclenche ensuite un processus d'agitation à basse vitesse lors duquel la cuve de lavage (3) tourne à une vitesse basse à laquelle les vêtements ne s'accrochent pas à la paroi intérieure de la cuve de lavage (3) ;
    à ce moment, le dispositif de contrôle (16) contrôle la pompe de circulation (13) de manière à ce que l'eau de lavage suffisamment mélangée avec la lessive soit introduite dans la cuve de lavage (3) par l'orifice d'éjection (11) via le circuit de circulation (12) ;
    lorsque la valeur de contamination détectée par le capteur de contamination (15) est égale ou supérieure à une valeur prédéterminée, le dispositif de contrôle (16) détermine que l'eau est saturée de produit contaminant ;
    le dispositif de contrôle (16) contrôle ensuite l'unité d'entraînement (4) de manière à ce qu'elle passe à une étape de mise en oeuvre d'un processus de rotation à haute vitesse lors duquel la cuve de lavage (2) tourne à une vitesse haute à laquelle les vêtements s'accrochent à la paroi intérieure de la cuve de lavage (3).
