Definitions
- the invention relates to an apparatus and a method for cutting out a disk.
- the disk is fixed in a frame by means of a Kleberaupe, the frame is in particular part of a motor vehicle.
- Such a device is for example from the DE 297 11 291 U1 known.
- the disc separator described therein is used for separating positively bonded glued windows of motor vehicles, and comprises a pair of suction plates, which can be attached to the Gearzututede disc. Furthermore, one with the suction plates via a respective hinge mechanism pivotally connected winding device for winding a cutting wire is provided. The cutting wire is placed around the outer contour of the disc on the side facing away from the disc separator and guided with at least one end through the bond and to the take-up device.
- the hinge mechanism serves to enable the cutting wire to be applied, even in the case of curved discs, in such a way that it extends at a suitable flat angle of attack to the disc surface.
- the formation of such a hinge mechanism is relatively complex.
- a disadvantage of such devices is generally that it is easy to damage when using cutting wires as a cutting means the interior of the motor vehicle can come. In general, there is also the risk of injuries to the operators who use such devices.
- the EP 2 191 943 A2 relates to a device for severing an adhesive bead of a disk, with a motor-driven winding device and with a coil for winding a cutting means for severing the adhesive bead.
- the winding device is detachably held by a coupling on a suction plate which can be fixed on the inside of the disk.
- the invention has for its object to provide a device and a method to allow with little design effort a safe and fast cutting out of slices.
- the device according to the invention serves for cutting out a disk fixed in a frame by means of a glue bead and comprises a tool unit with a vacuum suction plate and an upper part which is fastened to the vacuum suction plate.
- the upper part has a machine-operable winch on which a separating cord is mounted up and unrolled and a deflection roller for guiding the separating cord .
- the tool unit has an upper part arranged on the vacuum suction plate, which has a head section projecting over the vacuum suction plate and extending in the height region of the vacuum suction plate, which lies deeper than the lower edge of the vacuum suction plate and lies deeper than the remaining upper part and rotatably supports the deflection roller at its front end is.
- the tool unit is fixed with the vacuum suction plate on a surface of the disc. Furthermore, an anchor vacuum cleaner is provided, which is fixed on a surface of the disc.
- the separating cord is guided through the adhesive bead at least at one puncture site. The free end of the separating cord is attached to the anchor-sucker, whereby by a machine Actuate the winch, the separating cord is wound on this and thereby cuts through the adhesive bead.
- the invention relates to a corresponding method.
- the frame is part of a motor vehicle, wherein the disc is a windscreen, rear window, side window or panoramic window in the roof area of a motor vehicle.
- An essential advantage of the invention is that a severing cord is used to sever the adhesive bead. Because of the meantime technically realizable properties with the separating cord as well as with a cutting wire a secure cutting of the adhesive bead allows. Compared to cutting wires, the use of a separating cord offers the additional advantages of excluding damage to the frame or, in general, the interior of a motor vehicle. In addition, there is no risk of injury to the operating personnel.
- the separating cord used according to the invention has a high stability and strength, in particular tensile strength, with a small cross-section, as a result of which it is suitable as a cutting agent.
- the term cord means any strand-like, in particular fiber-strand-like structure.
- the separating cord preferably consists of a tear-resistant plastic material, such as polyethylene. Suitable commercial materials are Spectra, Dyneema, Nylon.
- Another advantage of the device according to the invention is its ease of use, it being particularly advantageous that it can be operated by only one person.
- the operator merely has to place the tool unit and the anchor vacuum cleaner in suitable positions on a surface of the disk.
- the separating cord is passed through the adhesive bead at one or two puncture sites.
- the puncture sites can be created easily and quickly with mechanical piercing tools.
- connection means for a driller or screwdriver operated with an accumulator is provided on the winch.
- the desired speed range can be realized for winding and unwinding the separating cord.
- the tool unit has an upper part arranged on the vacuum suction plate, which has a head part projecting over the vacuum suction plate and running close to the lower edge of the vacuum suction plate, at the front end of which the guide roller is rotatably mounted.
- the head portion has two side edges tapering toward the front end at an acute angle, with one of the side edges forming an alignment edge for aligning the tool unit with the surface of the disk.
- the upper part is preferably made of a plastic injection-molded part, which is inexpensive to produce.
- a guide of the separating cord is achieved such that with this a perfect, optimized cutting process can be performed. It is essential on the one hand that the head part is positioned just above the lower edge of the vacuum suction plate. Thus, regardless of the disc geometry when placing the tool unit with the vacuum suction on the disc a flat angle of the separating cord to the disc is achieved, which is an essential prerequisite for a perfect cutting process. Furthermore, it is essential that the cutting edges of the head part taper at an acute angle to the front end of the head part.
- the deflection of the separating cord from the deflection roller in the region of the front end of the head part can thus be made so that any angular positions of the guided to the anchor-suction separator cord are obtained, so that a suitable orientation of the Tool unit to the anchor-suction to achieve an optimal cutting process is made possible.
- a side edge of the head part forms an alignment edge.
- This alignment edge serves as an alignment aid, by means of which the tool unit can be easily placed and fixed in a specific target position on the disk.
- a guide pin for guiding the separating cord is provided on the head part.
- the winch has a shaft which is mounted in two mutually spaced arms of the upper part of the tool unit. In recordings of the arms bearing bushes are provided for mounting the winch.
- the storage of the winch is thus integrated space and cost saving.
- an undesired clamping of the separating cord at the longitudinal ends of the winch is avoided.
- Particularly advantageous shaft is mounted against the spring force in a spring washer on an arm of the upper part.
- the method according to the invention is advantageously carried out in such a way that the tool unit and / or the tool unit are cut to sever the entire adhesive bead
- Anchor sucker can be attached in succession in different positions on the disc.
- the separating cord is guided through the adhesive bead at least at one puncture site and the free end of the separating cord is fastened to the anchor vacuum cleaner.
- a mechanical actuation of the winch and a conditional winding of the separating cord a predetermined by the positions of the tool unit and the anchor-sucker portion of the adhesive bead is severed on the winch.
- Particularly advantageous method of the invention is used for separating discs in motor vehicles.
- the tool unit when separating a windshield of a motor vehicle, the tool unit is fixed one after the other in the corner regions of the windshield with unchanged position of the anchor-sucker, the alignment of the tool unit is controlled by means of the alignment edge of the tool unit.
- the tool unit When using the method according to the invention in the motor vehicle sector, it has proved to be advantageous for the tool unit to be placed on the surface on the inside of the motor vehicle.
- the anchor sucker is placed on the surface on the outside of the motor vehicle.
- the separating cord is guided through the adhesive bead at only one puncture point.
- This arrangement is particularly advantageous for a separation of a windshield of a motor vehicle.
- the method according to the invention can advantageously be modified or extended in such a way that with this instead of a pane another part, in particular a strip, an emblem or a spoiler of a motor vehicle, is detached.
