Weiterhin kann der Einbauring 4 einen Flansch 41 aufweisen, der dafür vorgesehen ist, von unten, beispielsweise durch eine Schraubverbindung, mit dem Deckenelement verbunden zu werden. Es kann auch vorgesehen sein, dass der Flansch 41 dafür vorgesehen ist, von oben mit einem Randbereich der kreisrunden Öffnung, beispielsweise durch eine Schraubverbindung, verbunden zu werden. Der Einbauring 4 kann hierfür insbesondere Öffnungen 43 aufweisen, die zur Aufnahme entsprechender Verbindungsmittel, also beispielswiese Schrauben, vorgesehen sind.The downlight is intended to be attached to a (not shown in the figures) ceiling element. Vorzugsweise ist die Steigung über die gesamte Auflagefläche 85 hinweg gleichförmig bzw. gleichstark ausgebildet. Beispielsweise kann eine Steigung kleiner als 3° vorgesehen sein. Durch eine solche Auflagefläche 85 lässt sich erzielen, dass der Reflektor 6 durch entsprechende Drehung um die vertikale Achse geringfügig in unterschiedliche Höhen relativ zu dem Einbauring 4 gestellt werden kann.   1. A downlight having:
    - a light source (2) for generating a light to be emitted downwards by the downlight;
    - a mounting ring (4) for retaining the downlight on a ceiling element;
    - a reflector (6) for reflecting the light generated by the light source (2),
    wherein the reflector (6) is retained on the mounting ring (4) by a retaining device,
    wherein the retaining device is constructed in such a way that the reflector (6) is retained merely by resting on the mounting ring (4),
    wherein the mounting ring (4) has a bearing unit (8), and the reflector (6) has a supporting unit (10), and wherein the bearing unit (8) and the supporting unit (10) are parts of the retaining device, and the reflector (6) is retained on the mounting ring (4) as a result of the fact that the supporting unit (10) rests on the bearing unit (8),
    characterised in that
    the mounting ring (4) has an introducing groove (45) which permits introduction of the supporting unit (10) from below.
  2. A downlight according to claim 1,
    in which the bearing unit (8) has a bearing surface (85) for at least a portion of the supporting unit (10), and the retaining device is designed in such a way that the reflector (6) can be retained in a plurality of different positions relative to the mounting ring (4).
  3. A downlight according to claim 2,
    in which the bearing surface (85) has a slight inclination, preferably of less than 3°.
  4. A downlight according to claim 2 or 3,
    in which at two end regions of the bearing surface (85) the bearing unit (8) has an upwardly pointing limiting structure (851, 852) in each case.
  5. A downlight according to one of claims 1 to 4,
    in which the supporting unit (10) has a plurality of, for example three, supporting lugs (101, 102, 103).
  6. A downlight according to claim 5,
    in which the bearing unit (8) has a plurality of, for example three, bearing elements (81, 82), wherein each of the bearing elements (81, 82) is constructed for supporting one of the supporting lugs (101, 102, 103) in each case.
