Das eigentliche Montieren der wesentlichen Komponenten des Downlights kann also erst zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt erfolgen, wenn alle weiteren Vorarbeiten, insb. das Befestigen und Verputzen des Einbaurahmens bereits abgeschlossen sind. Ferner ist für einen späteren Austausch des Leuchtenkopfs bzw. der Leuchtmittel des Downlights keine vollständige Demontage aller Komponenten erforderlich, sondern es ist ausreichend, wenn lediglich der Lichtträger von dem Einbaurahmen gelöst und entnommen wird. Bajonettverbindung durchgesetzt, bei der der Lichtträger von der Unterseite her an den Einbaurahmen angesetzt und dann gegenüber diesem verdreht wird. Mittels entsprechender Führungsvorsprünge, die üblicherweise an dem Lichtträger angeordnet sind und in Führungsbahnen des Einbaurahmens eingreifen bzw. an der Oberseite derartiger Führungsbahnen entlang gleiten, erfolgt dann eine Befestigung des Lichtträgers an dem Einbaurahmen. Im vorliegenden Fall sind verteilt über den Umfang des Einbaurahmens 50 drei Führungsbahnen 53 mit entsprechenden Einführungsöffnungen 54 (siehe Figur 3) vorgesehen, wobei hierzu korrespondierend drei entsprechende Vorsprünge am Außenumfang des Lichtträgers 10 verteilt angeordnet sind. Bei Verdrehen in Montagerichtung wird hierbei durch die Neigung der Auflaufschräge 15 gewährleistet, dass der Verriegelungsvorsprung 25 an der Oberseite dieser Schräge 15 entlang gleitet und damit die Feder 20 selbstständig nach oben ausgelenkt wird (s. Figur 9a). Sobald jedoch der Vorsprung 25 das obere Ende der Auflaufschräge 15 passiert hat, klappt bzw. schnappt die Feder 20 wieder nach unten und der Verriegelungsvorsprung 25 ist in dem Zwischenbereich 18 zwischen der Auflaufschräge 15 und dem Endanschlag 17 arretiert. D.h., sobald ein spitzes Werkzeug wie bspw. eine Büroklammer oder ein dünner Schraubenzieher durch die Bohrung 58 hindurch geführt wird, kann mit deren Hilfe die Feder 20, insb. jedoch der Verriegelungsvorsprung 25, wie in Figur 10b dargestellt, leicht angehoben werden und damit die Sicherung entriegelt werden. In diesem Fall kann dann der Lichtträger 10 zum Lösen der Bajonettverbindung in Pfeilrichtung verdreht werden.
