Definitions
- the invention relates to a file mechanism with a secured in a closed position against pivoting Umlegebügel according to claim 1.
- Folder mechanisms known from the prior art usually comprise a base housing that can be fixed to a folder back or folder lid.
- the basic housing has at least two spaced apart arranged Aukahkene.
- the file mechanism comprises a by means of a bearing web about a bearing web axis or by means of a mounting rail to a mounting rail axis on the base housing following a pivoting limited between a closed position and an open position pivoting Umlegebügel.
- the Umlegebügel includes at least two spaced apart the Auzyhkene held and with these in the closed position to form a closed ring in pairs coupled and in the open position an insertion gap for documents releasing Umleriosel.
- an actuating lever is present, which is mounted in a housing-fixed bearing about a transverse to the axis of the bearing web or the support rail pivot axis limited pivotally.
- the actuating lever acts on a crank of the bearing bar or on the mounting rail outside the DIN rail axis, usually against an opening-directed force of a spring element.
- Such a folder mechanism is intended primarily for document folders, which consist of a folder back and one hinged to this front and back cover.
- the folder mechanism is mounted in the vicinity of the folder back on the back cover of the letter folder, that the fold over the operating lever to release the insertion gap between the Aukahstatten and the Umlebringeln can be pivoted into an open position.
- punched records can be inserted or removed on the side of the Aukahkene, after previously located thereon documents documents have been transferred while still closed mechanism on the folding bow.
- the closed file mechanism with its Auzyhstatten and Umlebringeln from the back cover engages through the folder to the front cover.
- the Aukarede frontally conical guide pins which engage in a corresponding inner cone on the associated Umlegebügel.
- This conical connection has exclusively a centering task. An enlargement of the closing force between Aukahken and Umle Stromel is not connected. In addition, in the open position of the operating lever access to the folding strap is blocked, so that the documents can not be inserted or removed on the side of the Umlegebügels.
- the EP 1 908 603 a folder mechanism with two relatively movable plates, on each of which a half of the retaining rings are arranged.
- the two ring halves have an interlocking toothing.
- the two plates can be moved to each other.
- the toothing no longer holds the ring halves together, the two plates are tilted against each other by the action of a spring, resulting in an insertion gap for opening.
- the holding device comprises a fixed carrier plate with Auzyhkenen and a pivotable carrier plate with Umle réelleel.
- the pivotable carrier plate can be displaced against the action of a spring along the pivot axis.
- the Umle réelleel and the Aukahkene have locking lugs, which secures the holding device in the closed state against unintentional opening. To open this fixture two separate movements of a user are required.
- the holding device or the folder must be held when moving the pivot axis.
- the present invention seeks to develop a file mechanism of the type specified, which overcomes the disadvantages of the known file mechanisms and in the closed state compared to known file mechanisms increased holding force between Auokh.en and Umlegebügel, wherein the pivoting of the Umlegebügels in the simplest possible way should be done.
- This object is achieved with a file mechanism according to claim 1.
- the control mechanism according to the invention ensures that the sequence of movements, especially during the closing process, can be controlled so that no incorrect operation occurs.
- the control mechanism is additionally designed so that it releases during the opening process in the manner of a sequential control in a first phase, the path of movement of the Umlegebügels from the closed position to the intermediate position in the opening direction limited pivoting until the locking elements out of engagement have come into their exposed position, and in a second phase, the pivoting of the Umlegebügels to the bearing bar axis or releases the DIN rail axis from the intermediate position to the open position with limited in the closing direction of the locking elements movement path until the insertion gap is open.
- the actuating lever has a closing member acting on the control member against the opening-directed force of the first spring element relative to the pivoting and a directly or indirectly acting on the control member against the force of the second spring element in the locking direction relative to the movement path opening boom ,
- Embodiment of the invention proposes that the operating lever during the opening process along the pivoting following with its closing arm lifts off the control member and pivots back in the open position under the action of gravity and / or a return spring and lifting the opening arm with his Schliessausleger on the control member. By pivoting back the Einlegespalt on the side of the Umle Stromel is made free from the operating lever.
- a further preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the control member is limitedly rotated under the action of a parallel guide aligned with the housing and oriented substantially at right angles to the housing support surface about an axis parallel to the bearing web axis or to the mounting rail axis. Basically, it is possible to provide such a construction even with the file mechanism with mounting rail on the folding handle.
- a further advantageous structural variant of the invention provides that the first and the second spring element are formed by a single spring, which acts on the one hand directly or indirectly on the control member and on the other hand fixed on the actuating lever or on the housing, wherein the direction of force corresponds to a vector, which results from the virtual directions of force of the first and the second spring element.
- the first and the second spring element are formed by the two legs and a spring coil of a single leg spring, on the other hand arranged between two on the control member or on the crank of the Umlegebügels one hand and on the actuating lever or on the base housing Bearings are clamped.
- the two legs of the leg spring are positively inserted into the bearings.
- the bearings are particularly preferably designed as openings, in particular as bores into which the legs of the leg spring can be introduced.
- Such an embodiment of the bearing points has the advantage that when assembling the filing mechanism, the control member is pulled by the leg spring in the aligned substantially perpendicular to the housing support surface parallel guide.
- a further advantageous structural embodiment of the invention provides that the closing stop and the opening stop are arranged on a housing-fixed stop cam, and that the control member has a control cam acting against the stop cam with complementary to the closing and opening stops control surfaces.
- the opening stop is preferably formed such that the control member is simultaneously moved in the closing direction during the pivoting movement from the intermediate position to the open position, so that the Umleiganel in the open position the rowing pins are substantially opposite again.
- the opening stop is at an acute angle to the closing stop. This angle is preferably 60 ° to 80 °, particularly preferably 70 °.
- the angle between the two legs of the spring increases.
- the resulting spring force increases the holding force of the filing mechanism in the closed position in addition. In a particularly preferred embodiment, this angle increases from 24 ° in the open position to 30 ° in the closed position.
- the acute angle between the opening stop and the causes Closing stop that the control member easily "jump" from the closing stop on the opening stop.
- the opening stop of the stop cam additionally has an angled seat surface, which holds the control member via a complementary configured to the seat control surface on the control cam in the open position.
- the seat is arranged such that the control member engages upon reaching the open position with the complementary control surface in the seat.
- the actuating lever preferably has a retaining element, which limits the pivoting of the actuating lever during the opening process. In this case, damage to the folder mechanism can be prevented by an excessive pivoting of the actuating lever.
- the retaining element is designed as a further arm on the actuating lever, which preferably at the lower end via at least one transversely to the pivot direction projecting element which abuts upon reaching a certain pivotal value of the actuating lever to a mounted in the housing projection or cam.
- the locking elements are preferably made of plastic, while the Umle réelleel and the Aukaokhxe consist of a metal.
- the locking elements are particularly preferably connected by means of force and / or positive connection with the folding strap and the Aukaokhiten. This compound is produced in particular by spraying the locking elements on the folding straps and the Aukahstatten. By injection molding, the locking elements can be both simultaneously produced in one step as well as connected to the Umledianel and the Aukaokhricken.
- the locking elements are preferably designed so that they are overloaded, i. when a certain force is exceeded, deform such that they slip off each other. This prevents damage to the folder mechanism if too much force is applied.
- the bearing web axis of the folding bail is arranged in the housing in such a way that it is farther away from the file back or folder cover than the metallic web of the alignment pins. This ensures that the offset of the fold over the metallic web of the Aukaokh. is moved when opened from a position below the metallic web of the Aukahkene in a position above this web.
- the bearing web axis of the Umlegebügels is arranged relative to the metallic web of the Aukaokhkene so that when reaching half the maximum pivot angle of the Umlegebügels the offset of the Umlegebügels and the metallic web are both equidistant from the folder back or folder cover.
- the actuating lever, the control member and the housing in a particularly preferred embodiment of the present invention made of plastic.
- all parts of the filing mechanism are particularly preferably positively and / or non-positively connected.
- the use of plastic reduces the material costs in the production of the folder mechanism.
- plastic offers more possibilities with regard to the design of the folder mechanism.
- the folding strap is preferably fastened to the housing by means of at least two fastening elements, preferably arranged in the vicinity of bearing straps, which can be inserted into the housing.
- the bearing plates serve to guide the Umlegebügels in the housing. The use of insertable fasteners allows a simple and efficient assembly of the filing mechanism.
- the actuating lever is preferably composed of an upper and a lower part.
- the upper part is directed away from the base housing while the lower part is directed against the base housing.
- Both parts are preferably made of different polymeric materials.
- the upper part of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) while the lower part consists of polypropylene (PP).
- ABS acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer
- PP polypropylene
- This configuration makes it possible to provide an operating lever with a contact surface of higher quality material (ABS) while the larger volume lower part consists of cheaper material (PP).
- the two parts are preferably held together positively and / or non-positively. Alternatively, the two parts can be joined by adhesive or by welding together, optionally in conjunction with force or form-fitting connections.
- a preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the basic housing of the file mechanism is made of plastic and that the metallic Aukakekene are integrally connected to one another via a metallic web fixed to the base housing. With this measure, it is achieved that even with a basic housing made of plastic with low rigidity sufficient dimensional stability is achieved in the field of Aukahkene.
- the basic housing in all variants can be designed as a metallic base plate in the form of a bending stamped part.
- base plate the term “base plate”.
- the first spring element may, for example, be a leaf spring clamped on the base housing, which acts on an offset of the bearing web or on the mounting rail in the opening direction
- the second spring element is conceivable as a tension or compression spring which acts in the locking direction of the locking elements.
- both spring elements are combined to form a single spring and designed as a pivot spring.

Description
The invention relates to a file mechanism with a secured in a closed position against pivoting Umlegebügel according to claim 1.
Folder mechanisms known from the prior art usually comprise a base housing that can be fixed to a folder back or folder lid. The basic housing has at least two spaced apart arranged Aufreihstifte. Further, the file mechanism comprises a by means of a bearing web about a bearing web axis or by means of a mounting rail to a mounting rail axis on the base housing following a pivoting limited between a closed position and an open position pivoting Umlegebügel. The Umlegebügel includes at least two spaced apart the Aufreihstifte held and with these in the closed position to form a closed ring in pairs coupled and in the open position an insertion gap for documents releasing Umlegeschenkel. Furthermore, an actuating lever is present, which is mounted in a housing-fixed bearing about a transverse to the axis of the bearing web or the support rail pivot axis limited pivotally. The actuating lever acts on a crank of the bearing bar or on the mounting rail outside the DIN rail axis, usually against an opening-directed force of a spring element.
Such a folder mechanism is intended primarily for document folders, which consist of a folder back and one hinged to this front and back cover. The folder mechanism is mounted in the vicinity of the folder back on the back cover of the letter folder, that the fold over the operating lever to release the insertion gap between the Aufreihstiften and the Umlebringeln can be pivoted into an open position. In this state, in conventional folders punched records can be inserted or removed on the side of the Aufreihstifte, after previously located thereon documents documents have been transferred while still closed mechanism on the folding bow. In the closed state of the folder, the closed file mechanism with its Aufreihstiften and Umlebringeln from the back cover engages through the folder to the front cover. To ensure that the Aufreihstifte and the associated Umlegebügel bear against each other at their mutually facing front ends in the closed state against each other, the Aufreihstifte frontally conical guide pins which engage in a corresponding inner cone on the associated Umlegebügel. This conical connection has exclusively a centering task. An enlargement of the closing force between Aufreihstift and Umlegeschenkel is not connected. In addition, in the open position of the operating lever access to the folding strap is blocked, so that the documents can not be inserted or removed on the side of the Umlegebügels.

A disadvantage of these mechanisms, however, is that when opening and closing both plates are tilted, which means that the one half of the ring must be moved together with the leaves inserted in the folder.

Proceeding from this, the present invention seeks to develop a file mechanism of the type specified, which overcomes the disadvantages of the known file mechanisms and in the closed state compared to known file mechanisms increased holding force between Aufreihstiften and Umlegebügel, wherein the pivoting of the Umlegebügels in the simplest possible way should be done. This object is achieved with a file mechanism according to claim 1.
By the locking elements, the holding force between the Umlegelegeln and the Aufreihstiften is increased, so that accidental opening of the filing mechanism, for example by dropping the folder, can be largely avoided.
The control mechanism according to the invention ensures that the sequence of movements, especially during the closing process, can be controlled so that no incorrect operation occurs.
In order to obtain a better motion control during the opening process, the control mechanism is additionally designed so that it releases during the opening process in the manner of a sequential control in a first phase, the path of movement of the Umlegebügels from the closed position to the intermediate position in the opening direction limited pivoting until the locking elements out of engagement have come into their exposed position, and in a second phase, the pivoting of the Umlegebügels to the bearing bar axis or releases the DIN rail axis from the intermediate position to the open position with limited in the closing direction of the locking elements movement path until the insertion gap is open.
This makes it possible in particular that the unlocking and locking of the Umlegeschenkel can be done with the Aufreihstiften and the pivoting of the Umlegebügels with a single operation of the control mechanism.
It has proved to be particularly advantageous if the actuating lever has a closing member acting on the control member against the opening-directed force of the first spring element relative to the pivoting and a directly or indirectly acting on the control member against the force of the second spring element in the locking direction relative to the movement path opening boom ,
In order to allow the insertion of documents on the side of the Umlegeschenkel in the open state, is according to a preferred Embodiment of the invention proposes that the operating lever during the opening process along the pivoting following with its closing arm lifts off the control member and pivots back in the open position under the action of gravity and / or a return spring and lifting the opening arm with his Schliessausleger on the control member. By pivoting back the Einlegespalt on the side of the Umlegeschenkel is made free from the operating lever.
A further preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the control member is limitedly rotated under the action of a parallel guide aligned with the housing and oriented substantially at right angles to the housing support surface about an axis parallel to the bearing web axis or to the mounting rail axis. Basically, it is possible to provide such a construction even with the file mechanism with mounting rail on the folding handle.
A further advantageous structural variant of the invention provides that the first and the second spring element are formed by a single spring, which acts on the one hand directly or indirectly on the control member and on the other hand fixed on the actuating lever or on the housing, wherein the direction of force corresponds to a vector, which results from the virtual directions of force of the first and the second spring element. A particularly advantageous embodiment of this principle is that the first and the second spring element are formed by the two legs and a spring coil of a single leg spring, on the other hand arranged between two on the control member or on the crank of the Umlegebügels one hand and on the actuating lever or on the base housing Bearings are clamped.
Preferably, the two legs of the leg spring are positively inserted into the bearings. The bearings are particularly preferably designed as openings, in particular as bores into which the legs of the leg spring can be introduced. Such an embodiment of the bearing points has the advantage that when assembling the filing mechanism, the control member is pulled by the leg spring in the aligned substantially perpendicular to the housing support surface parallel guide.
A further advantageous structural embodiment of the invention provides that the closing stop and the opening stop are arranged on a housing-fixed stop cam, and that the control member has a control cam acting against the stop cam with complementary to the closing and opening stops control surfaces.
The opening stop is preferably formed such that the control member is simultaneously moved in the closing direction during the pivoting movement from the intermediate position to the open position, so that the Umlegeschenkel in the open position the rowing pins are substantially opposite again. Particularly preferably, the opening stop is at an acute angle to the closing stop. This angle is preferably 60 ° to 80 °, particularly preferably 70 °. By the movement of the control member in the closing direction, the angle between the two legs of the spring increases. The resulting spring force increases the holding force of the filing mechanism in the closed position in addition. In a particularly preferred embodiment, this angle increases from 24 ° in the open position to 30 ° in the closed position. Furthermore, the acute angle between the opening stop and the causes Closing stop that the control member easily "jump" from the closing stop on the opening stop.
Preferably, the opening stop of the stop cam additionally has an angled seat surface, which holds the control member via a complementary configured to the seat control surface on the control cam in the open position. The seat is arranged such that the control member engages upon reaching the open position with the complementary control surface in the seat. As a result, the Umlegeschenkel can move only in overcoming a certain force towards the closed position.
The actuating lever preferably has a retaining element, which limits the pivoting of the actuating lever during the opening process. In this case, damage to the folder mechanism can be prevented by an excessive pivoting of the actuating lever. Particularly preferably, the retaining element is designed as a further arm on the actuating lever, which preferably at the lower end via at least one transversely to the pivot direction projecting element which abuts upon reaching a certain pivotal value of the actuating lever to a mounted in the housing projection or cam.
The locking elements are preferably made of plastic, while the Umlegeschenkel and the Aufreihstifte consist of a metal. The locking elements are particularly preferably connected by means of force and / or positive connection with the folding strap and the Aufreihstiften. This compound is produced in particular by spraying the locking elements on the folding straps and the Aufreihstiften. By injection molding, the locking elements can be both simultaneously produced in one step as well as connected to the Umlegeschenkel and the Aufreihstiften.
The locking elements are preferably designed so that they are overloaded, i. when a certain force is exceeded, deform such that they slip off each other. This prevents damage to the folder mechanism if too much force is applied.
Preferably, the bearing web axis of the folding bail is arranged in the housing in such a way that it is farther away from the file back or folder cover than the metallic web of the alignment pins. This ensures that the offset of the fold over the metallic web of the Aufreihstifte is moved when opened from a position below the metallic web of the Aufreihstifte in a position above this web. Preferably, the bearing web axis of the Umlegebügels is arranged relative to the metallic web of the Aufreihstifte so that when reaching half the maximum pivot angle of the Umlegebügels the offset of the Umlegebügels and the metallic web are both equidistant from the folder back or folder cover. In a preferred embodiment, the angle between the crank of the Umlegebügels and the metallic web in the closed state, for example, -10 ° and in the open state + 10 °. This minimizes the play of the plastic and thus allows a clean guidance of the Stuerglieds.
The actuating lever, the control member and the housing in a particularly preferred embodiment of the present invention made of plastic. In this case, all parts of the filing mechanism are particularly preferably positively and / or non-positively connected. The use of plastic reduces the material costs in the production of the folder mechanism. In addition, plastic offers more possibilities with regard to the design of the folder mechanism.
The folding strap is preferably fastened to the housing by means of at least two fastening elements, preferably arranged in the vicinity of bearing straps, which can be inserted into the housing. The bearing plates serve to guide the Umlegebügels in the housing. The use of insertable fasteners allows a simple and efficient assembly of the filing mechanism.
Furthermore, the actuating lever is preferably composed of an upper and a lower part. The upper part is directed away from the base housing while the lower part is directed against the base housing. This increases the rigidity of the actuating lever, in particular in one embodiment as a hollow construction. Both parts are preferably made of different polymeric materials. Particularly preferably, the upper part of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) while the lower part consists of polypropylene (PP). This configuration makes it possible to provide an operating lever with a contact surface of higher quality material (ABS) while the larger volume lower part consists of cheaper material (PP). The two parts are preferably held together positively and / or non-positively. Alternatively, the two parts can be joined by adhesive or by welding together, optionally in conjunction with force or form-fitting connections.
A preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the basic housing of the file mechanism is made of plastic and that the metallic Aufreihstifte are integrally connected to one another via a metallic web fixed to the base housing. With this measure, it is achieved that even with a basic housing made of plastic with low rigidity sufficient dimensional stability is achieved in the field of Aufreihstifte.
It is also conceivable that the basic housing in all variants can be designed as a metallic base plate in the form of a bending stamped part. In that regard, the term "basic housing" is used as a synonym for the term "base plate".
Furthermore, in all embodiments, the first spring element may, for example, be a leaf spring clamped on the base housing, which acts on an offset of the bearing web or on the mounting rail in the opening direction, whereas the second spring element is conceivable as a tension or compression spring which acts in the locking direction of the locking elements. In the illustrated embodiments, both spring elements are combined to form a single spring and designed as a pivot spring.
