  7. A device for controlling (2) a household electrical appliance (1) according to claim 6, characterized in that said push-button (7) is indexed in position on said fixed element (16a) of said encoder (16) so as to be rotationally immobile when said rotating ring (6) is rotated.
  8. A device for controlling (2) a household electrical appliance (1) according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that an adapter (7) is indexed in position on said mobile element (16b) of said encoder (16), and in that said rotating ring (6) is fastened onto said adapter (17).
  9. A device for controlling (2) a household electrical appliance (1) according to claim 8, characterized in that said rotating ring (6) is fastened onto said adapter (17) by elastic snap-on elements (18).
  10. A device for controlling (2) a household electrical appliance (1) according to any one of the claims 6 to 9, characterized in that a flange (19) is disposed around said mobile element (16b) of said encoder (16) and fastened onto said mount (4) of said electronic board (5) so as to be rotationally immobile when said rotating ring (6) is rotated.
  11. A device for controlling (2) a household electrical appliance (1) according to claim 10, characterized in that said mount (4) of said electronic board (5) is supported against an internal side of a plate of a control panel of said household electrical appliance (1), and in that said flange (19) is supported against an external side of said control panel (21) of said household electrical appliance (1).
  12. A device for controlling (2) a household electrical appliance (1) according to any one of the claims 1 to 11, characterized in that said push-button (7) comprises on its external side an opaque zone (24) so that the light guided inside said push-button (7) is diffused in the form of a ring of light.
  13. A device for controlling (2) a household electrical appliance (1) according to any one of the claims 1 to 12, characterized in that said at least one control selector (3) generates at least one signal based on the rotation of said rotating ring (6) and at least one signal based on the pressure exerted on said push-button (7).
  14. A device for controlling (2) a household electrical appliance (1) according to any one of the claims 1 to 13, characterized in that said push-button (7) is mounted on an elastic return element (11) fastened onto said electronic board (5) so as to be movable inside said rotating ring (6) along a translation movement and of being reset to its initial position after each exertion of pressure.
  15. A household electrical appliance (1), particularly a domestic cooking oven, characterized in that said household electrical appliance (1) comprises a control device (2) according to any one of the claims 1 to 14.
