Only the elements necessary for understanding the invention have been shown. To facilitate the reading of the drawings, the same elements bear the same references from one figure to another. FIG. 1 illustrates an electrical household appliance for culinary preparation according to the invention comprising a motor housing 1, a working receptacle 2 intended to be put in place on the motor housing 1 in a plurality of angular positions and a lid 3 provided for closing the receptacle. 2. The working receptacle 2 comprises a casing 4, preferably glass, comprising a coupling sleeve 40 at its lower end, visible in Figure 10, which is screwed onto a removable base 5 supporting a working tool 6 This working tool 6 is intended to be rotated by a motor, not shown in the figures, integrated in the motor housing 1. According to Figure 2, the motor housing 1 comprises a series of control buttons 10 allowing to select different speeds of rotation of the motor 2908619 and a base 11 receiving the base 5 of the container having two centering reliefs 110 on which the base 5 can engage in four angular positions offset relative to each other by 90. Advantageously, the receiving base 11 comprises two elastic tongues 111 arranged symmetrically relative to one another and provided with bosses cooperating with the removable base 5 to hold the latter in a depressed position on the receiving base 11 The center of the receiving pedestal 11 comprises a rotary driver 12 on which is engaged a bushing 60, visible in FIG. 4, integral with the working tool 6 when the base 5 is disposed on the receiving pedestal 11. The receiving base 11 also comprises a guide stud 13 disposed on the edge of one of the centering reliefs 110 so that, between the guide pin 13 and the centering relief 110, a slot giving access to a space receiving a safety control 7, shown in dotted line in the figures, being able to move vertically inside the motor housing 1, this safety control 7 being brought back into a po high position by a spring 8, shown in dotted lines in the figures. This safety control 7 comprises a profile 70 cooperating with a switch 9 arranged on the motor supply circuit to close the latter when the safety control 7 is moved downwards against the spring 8, the On the other hand, the switch 9 is open when the safety control 7 is in the high position, illustrated in FIG. 2, thus preventing the engine from being started if the user actuates one of the control buttons 10.
According to FIGS. 3 and 4, the removable base 5 comprises a skirt 50 surrounding a safety ring 51 supporting a bearing in which the working tool 6 is rotatably mounted. The security ring 51 comprises an assembly sleeve 510 coming opposite a central opening 500 of the skirt 50, the skirt 50 coming to mask the periphery of the assembly sleeve 510. The assembly sleeve 510 is equipped with an internal thread adapted to allow the coupling sleeve 40 of the container envelope to be screwed on, the ring 51 comprising at the base of the assembly sleeve 510 an annular seal 511, preferably of elastomeric material, on which is applied the lower end of the coupling sleeve 40 of the envelope 4 of the container. More particularly according to the invention, the security ring 51 is rotatably mounted inside the skirt 50 between two extreme positions, preferably angularly offset by the order of 30. For this purpose, the security ring 51 is fixed on the skirt 50 by means of two screws 52 inserted in studs 501 arranged symmetrically with respect to the center of the skirt 50, these studs 501 passing through 512-shaped lights 512. arc of a circle arranged symmetrically on the ring 51, these lights 512 having a width slightly greater than the diameter of the pads 501 so as to allow the free rotation of the ring 51 between the two ends 15 of the light 512. In order to ensure the axial immobilization of the ring 51 on the skirt 50, the screws 52 have a head whose width is greater than the width of light 512, the height of the pads 501 being adapted so that a slight axial displacement remains between the ring 51 and the skirt 50 when the screws 52 are screwed onto the studs 501.
The crown 51 is preferentially immobilized in the active position by two notches 513 arranged at the edges of the lights 512, the notches 513 having a height of the order of 1 to 2 mm and having on one side a gradual slope and on the other side a front wall coming to cooperate with a wall 502 of the skirt 50 to lock the ring 51 by opposing the return force generated by the springs 53. In accordance with Figure 3, the ring 51 also comprises two 2908619 7 locks 54 arranged symmetrically relative to the center of the ring 51, these latches 54 having a central portion sliding radially through a guide rail 514. In Figure 3, the locks 54 shown in phantom correspond to the latches in their locking position , inserted in their guide rail 514, and the latches 54 shown in solid lines correspond to disassembled locks of the ring 51, for more visibility. Each latch 54 has an end 540 that can pass through a side opening of the assembly sleeve 510 to project therein, this end 540 of the latch being beveled such that the pressure exerted by the lower end of the latch coupling sleeve 40 of the casing, when the casing 4 is screwed onto the removable base, generates a radial thrust on the latch 54 towards the outside of the ring 51. Each latch 54 also comprises a head 541 made of hook shape 15 cooperating with a wall 503 of the skirt, better visible in Figure 4, locally having a step 504, the wall 503 extending spirally from the top of the step 504 progressively closer to the center of the skirt away from the step 504. According to Figure 4, the ring 51 comprises, on its underside 20 intended to come opposite the receiving base 11, four cams 515 disposed at the front riphérie of the safety ring 51 and spaced angularly at 90 one from the other. These cams 515 are intended to cooperate with the safety control 7 of the housing when the container 2, provided with its base 5, is disposed on the base 11 of the motor housing, as will be explained in more detail in the following. the description. Figures 5 and 6 illustrate the removable base 5 when the envelope 4 of the container is not screwed on the latter. According to these figures, the security ring 51 is then brought by the springs 53 into the rest position in which the studs 501 are abutted against the first end of the lights 512 so that the safety cams 515 are angularly offset. 30 relative to the position they occupy when the security ring 51 is in active position. In this position of the security ring 51, the head 541 of the latches 54 is in abutment against an oblique partition 505 of the skirt so that the latches 54 are moved radially inwardly of the security ring 51, and that can be seen in Figure 6. A manual rotation of the safety ring 51 against the forces generated by the springs 53 is then prevented by the head 541 locks which abut against the step 504 of the wall . Preferably, the surface of the step 504 on which abuts the head 541 of the latches 54 during such a rotation is slightly inclined with respect to the radial axis and cooperates with a surface of the head 541 having a corresponding inclination so as to generate a radial force on the latch 54 tending to bring it back towards the inside of the safety ring 51. If the base 5 is placed alone on the receiving base 11 of the motor housing, as illustrated in Figure 7, the safety cams 515 are then offset relative to the safety control 7 so that no pressure is applied on the latter which remains in the high position. The safety switch 9 therefore remains in the open position so that pressing on any one of the control buttons 10 of the motor housing 1 20 will not cause the engine to start. Figures 8 and 9 illustrate the container 2 when the casing 4 is correctly screwed on the removable base 5. According to these figures, when the user comes to screw the envelope on the removable base 5, the lower part of the coupling sleeve 40 25 fits into the assembly sleeve 510 of the safety ring 51 so that the end of this coupling sleeve 40 is first supported on the beveled end 540 of the latches 54 and radially pushes the latter outwards, which causes a slight rotation of the safety ring 51 under the pushing the head 541 of the latch against the oblique partition 505 of the skirt and the exhaust of the head 541 over the step 504 of the wall 503.
Continuing the clamping movement of the casing 4 on the removable base 5 then brings the lower end of the coupling sleeve 40 into contact with the seal 511 of the crown, which then generates, by friction, a large rotary torque that causes the rotation of the security ring 51 in the compression direction of the springs 53 until the studs 501 reach the second end of the light 512, as illustrated in FIGS. Figures 8 and 9. The safety ring 51 is then immobilized in this position by the notches 513 which engage against the edge of the wall 502. The security ring 51 is then in the active position by having carried out a rotation of the order of 30 relative to its rest position. If the container 2 thus assembled is brought to the receiving base 11 of the motor housing, as is illustrated in FIG. 1, one of the four safety cams 515 is then opposite the safety control 7 and comes move this last down so that the profile 70 of this safety control 7 closes the switch 9 and allows the operation of the motor when pressing on one of the control buttons 10. Finally, when the The user unscrews the casing 4 of the removable base 5, for example to facilitate the cleaning of the container 2, the frictional torque generated by the lower part of the coupling sleeve 40 of the casing on the gasket. 511 sealing of the crown causes the disengagement of the notches 513 of immobilization of the crown, then the return of the ring 51 in the rest position under the efforts of the springs 53. One thus obtains an electrical household appliance of mu culinary preparation. nor a safety device preventing any operation of the motor housing when the container is not perfectly assembled, that is to say when the envelope is not screwed correctly on the removable base. Such a device thus makes it possible to prevent any operation of the motor housing with only the removable base, which would be very dangerous for the user, but also the operation of the motor housing when the casing is insufficiently tightened on the removable base with the risk of leaks that this generates.
Such a safety device also has the advantage of not requiring the presence of any particular appendage on the container shell so that this envelope can be manufactured very simply and at a lower cost. Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiment described and illustrated which has been given by way of example. Modifications are possible, particularly from the point of view of the constitution of the various elements or by substitution of technical equivalents, without departing from the scope of protection of the invention. Thus, in a simplified embodiment of the invention, the return spring of the crown can be removed so that the safety ring will be returned to its rest position only by the torque generated by the friction of the end. of the coupling sleeve on the seal of the safety ring when unscrewing the envelope of the container. Thus, in another variant embodiment, the return means bringing the locks back into their locking position may be constituted by springs.
