Description

Domaine techniqueTechnical area

The present invention relates to an arrangement device comprising an element, a complementary element and a spar, the arrangement device being for example a display, a partition, a vertical support or any other vertical or horizontal element.

In a very conventional manner, the arrangement devices are used to organize presentation and / or sales areas such as in particular for large areas.

These arrangement devices are generally composed of several elements assembled to each other. This kit construction facilitates the transport of spare parts of the arrangement devices, their storage and their modularity. To fulfill these functions, the arrangement devices must in particular be easy to assemble and be able to be stably installed on any type of support, for example on a non-rigorously flat floor. To do this, it is common to use arranging devices comprising uprights provided with adjustable feet. For this purpose each foot comprises for example a base provided with a heel adapted to be supported on the ground, this heel being coupled to the base by a thread for adjusting the distance between the heel and the base and therefore d adapting the support of the arrangement device according to the floor on which it is installed. In a conventional manner, the base of the foot comprises a support wall intended to receive the lateral support of the upright. One end of the support wall is extended laterally by a pair of hooking wings, arranged opposite one another, on either side of the support wall and adapted to be engaged in lateral openings provided in the amount. The amount is thus in support on the foot. The other end of the support wall is extended laterally by a pair of engagement wings disposed facing each other, on either side of the support wall and provided, each, a transverse and circular engagement hole. When the upright is assembled to the base of the foot, resting on the foot by means of the hooking wings, the transverse engagement holes of the engagement wings are arranged opposite a through transverse locking orifice the amount. The latter can then be secured to the foot by means of a bolt engaged in the transverse engagement holes and the transverse locking orifice, thus avoiding the pivoting of the upright relative to the foot engagement wings and ensuring the strength, rigidity and stability of the assembly and the arrangement device.

We know that to achieve this type of assembly elements are manufactured in large series and it is difficult to guarantee manufacturing tolerances. It is also known that these elements may be subjected to shocks and / or storage conditions and / or use that lead to their deformation. Thus, it happens that at the time of assembly, when the amount is hooked to the foot by the attachment wings, the transverse engagement holes do not coincide with the transverse locking hole. It is then impossible to reliably secure the amount and its foot.

The US patent US 3,592,345 discloses a shelf provided with vertical uprights each formed of a sheet folded on itself so as to form a hollow upright, having a rear wall, side walls, front walls and attachment flanges respectively extending from the front walls and being slightly spaced from each other. The shelf is further provided with reinforcing walls mounted between the posts and secured to the flanges by means of locking pins. The flanges are provided with several pairs of V-shaped or keyhole holes and arranged opposite each other, the reinforcement walls are provided with holes and the pins have a central cylindrical section and, located on either side of the this, cylindrical end portions smaller than the central section. The end of the reinforcing wall is inserted between the flanges, with each hole which is opposite a pair of orifices. The pins are introduced into the flanges so that the cylindrical central section of each pin is in a respective hole, then the pins together with the reinforcing wall are lowered so that the cylindrical end portions of each pin abut in the narrowest part respectively of the orifices.

Meilleure manière de réaliser l'inventionBest way to realize the invention

With reference to Figures 1A-1D , the element 1 for the arrangement device according to the invention is formed by a folded plate, for example a sheet of a thickness of about 3 to 5 mm. The element 1 comprises a support wall 2, substantially flat, provided in this example with three orifices 3 whose function is explained below. The support wall 2 is intended to receive the support of a complementary element described below. The element 1 is also provided with first and second interlocking shapes 10, 11 whose functions are also described below.

L'aile d'engagement 4 est donc sensiblement parallèle à la direction d'engagement D.A first end of the support wall 2 is provided with an engagement wing 4 substantially perpendicular to the support wall 2. This engagement wing 4 defines a single lateral engagement hook 5, the opening of which is directed towards the top. In an alternative embodiment not shown, the first end of the element is provided with two lateral engagement hooks disposed on either side of the support wall. As described later, the lateral engagement hook 5 is adapted to cooperate with a lateral engagement orifice (not shown in these figures) provided on a complementary element adapted to be assembled with the element. To allow this assembly, the opening of the lateral engagement hook 5 is oriented upwards, namely in the direction of engagement D (represented by the arrow D on the Figures 1A, 1C and 1D ) of the element 1 relative to the complementary element. The engagement wing 4 is therefore substantially parallel to the engagement direction D.

A second end of the support wall 2, opposite the first end, is extended by a base 8, extending substantially perpendicular to the rear of the support wall 2. The base 8 has an orifice 9 (visible on the Figures 1A and 1B ), able to receive an adjustable heel (shown on the Figures 2A and 3A ) allowing the height adjustment of the support wall 2 relative to the heel.

The second end of the support wall 2 is also provided with two gripping wings 6 substantially perpendicular to the support wall 2. In a variant embodiment, not shown, the second end of the support wall is provided with a single wing. hanging. These gripping wings 6 are traversed by lateral attachment holes 7 (visible on the Figures 1A and 1D ), arranged opposite one another. Each lateral hooking orifice 7 has a general V shape whose tip is oriented opposite the engagement direction D , downwards in this case, and the flared portion is oriented upwards. Each lateral hooking orifice 7 is adapted to receive a lateral hooking finger (not shown in these figures), coupled to the complementary element. Thus, the lateral gripping finger can be in a "loose" position when it is located in the flared portion of the V-shape and in a "tight" position when it is located in the pointed portion of said shape. in V. The lateral gripping finger passes, at the end of engagement of the element relative to the complementary element, its position "loose" to its "tight" position. This thus allows the clamping of the element 1 against the complementary element and the automatic catch-up of the game that may exist between them. It is then not necessary for the element and / or the complementary element to have strict dimensional and / or shape tolerances, the differences being able to be compensated by this clamping which also makes it possible to stiffen and solidify the assembly obtained and described below.

Sur la figure 2A, le talon réglable 13 est représenté entièrement vissé ce qui correspond à la position basse de l'élément 1.The Figures 2A and 2B represent a subset comprising an element 1, as previously described with reference to Figures 1A-1D assembled to a spar 12 which may be formed of one or more pieces. In the example shown, the spar 12 is intended to be installed horizontally. In known manner, the spar 12 comprises, at least one end, embedding shapes (not detailed), adapted to cooperate with the first and the second interlocking shapes 10, 11 of the element 1 to embed the spar 12 to the element 1. In addition, the spar 12 may comprise orifices (not shown) provided opposite the orifices 3 to secure the element 1 to the spar 12. The element 1 is thus secured to the end of the spar 12 so that the spar 12 extends to the rear of the support wall 2. The base 8 is thus disposed under the spar 12. In this example, an adjustable heel 13 is received in the orifice 9 of the base 8. The adjustable heel 13 has a bearing surface substantially perpendicular to the support wall 2 and able to be placed on a base to support the arrangement device 100 comprising the element 1. Moreover, the adjustable heel 13 is for example provided with a thread cooperating with a tapping provided in the orifice 9 of the base 8 or in an additional piece of nut type (not shown) disposed on the other side of the base 8 relative to the bearing surface of the adjustable heel 13. The adjustable heel 13 can thus be screwed or unscrewed to adjust the height of the element 1 relative to the support surface. On the Figure 2A , the adjustable heel 13 is shown fully screwed which corresponds to the lower position of the element 1.

The FIGS. 3A, 3B and 3C represent an arrangement device 100 comprising an element 1 and a spar 12 as described previously with reference to FIGS. Figures 1A 1D , 2A, 2B , and a complementary element 13 formed of one or more pieces forming an amount. In the illustrated example, the complementary element 13 is intended to be installed vertically, substantially perpendicularly to the spar 12. The complementary element 13 comprises a lateral engagement orifice 14 adapted to receive the lateral engagement hook 5 carried by the 1 in this example, the complementary element 13 is formed by a section of rectangular section whose side includes a plurality of lateral orifices of engagement 14, aligned with respect to each other. others, which allows to manufacture the section forming the complementary element 13 continuously and to cut it into optimal lengths. At its lower end, the walls of the complementary element 13 are traversed by orifices (not shown) arranged facing one another and receiving a lateral latching finger 15 passing through the complementary element from one side to the other 13. The lateral gripping finger 15 also passes through the lateral attachment holes 7 of the gripping wings 6 of the element 1. The lateral fastening finger 15 is for example provided at one of its ends with a fixed head of dimensions greater than those of the lateral orifices 7 and hooking of the spar 13 and at the other end of a nut for clamping and locking the element 1 relative to the complementary element 13.

In another embodiment not shown, the complementary element may be a spar intended to be disposed horizontally, for example perpendicularly and in the same plane as the element.

The assembly of the arrangement device 100 according to the invention is explained below.

In a first step, the element 1 and the spar 12 are assembled by fitting the first and second interlocking shapes 10, 11 of the element 1 with the recessing shapes of the spar 12. together by means of fixing screws (not shown) passing through the orifices 3 of the element 1 and screwing into orifices (not shown) provided in the spar 12 or passing through the spar 12 to be screwed into nuts (not shown) provided on the other side of the wall of the spar 12.

In a second step, the engagement wing 4 of the element 1 is inserted into the lateral engagement opening 14 of the complementary element 13 to engage, in the direction D , the lateral engagement hook 5 in the the lateral opening of engagement 14. Then place the lateral gripping finger 15 in the lateral attachment holes 7 and the orifices of the complementary element 13. The lateral gripping finger 15 thus passes right through the element 1 and the complementary element 13. At this stage, the lateral hooking finger 15 is in a "loose" position in which it is in the flared portion. The V-shape of the lateral attachment holes 7 whose tip is oriented opposite to said engagement direction D allows to force the tightening of the element 1 against the complementary element 13 when the lateral gripping finger 15 is moved from its "loose" position to a "tight" position in which it is in the tip portion of the shape V. Thus, any possible game is caught, that this game is related to the manufacturing tolerance defects of the element 1 and / or the complementary element 13 and / or the deformation of these same parts.

Description d'autres modes de réalisationDescription of other embodiments

In a first variant embodiment not shown, the element comprises, as in the previous example, at least one lateral engagement hook and at least one side hooking orifice but arranged differently. Thus, according to this first embodiment, the opening of the lateral engagement hook is oriented downwards, the flared portion of the V-shaped side of the lateral hooking orifice is oriented downwards (point upwards ) and the direction of engagement is downward.

In another embodiment, not shown, the element comprises at least one lateral hooking orifice, as in the previous example but, instead of being provided with a lateral hook of engagement, it is provided with at least one lateral engagement opening adapted to receive a lateral engagement hook provided on the complementary element. Thus, the first end of the support wall is provided with a lateral engagement orifice and the second end of the lateral hooking orifice.

In a second non-represented variant of embodiment related to this other embodiment, the opening of the lateral engagement hook provided on the complementary element is oriented downwards. Flared portion of the V-shape of the lateral hooking orifice is oriented upwards (pointing downwards) and the direction of engagement is directed upwards.

In a third variant of embodiment not shown always related to this other embodiment, the opening of the lateral engagement hook provided on the complementary element is oriented upwards, the flared portion of the V-shaped orifice side hook is pointing downwards (pointing upwards) and the direction of engagement is downwards.

The principle of assembling the arrangement device according to the invention of these three variants is similar to that of the example described above. It differs only, depending on the case, by the direction of engagement.

According to an alternative embodiment not shown, the element for the arrangement device can be formed by a profile, a machined block or any equivalent element.

In an alternative embodiment not shown, the lateral gripping finger and the complementary element are formed of a single piece. In this case, the lateral hooking orifice having a generally V-shaped shape has its flared portion extended to the edge of the hooking wing to form a through groove in which the lateral hooking finger can be engaged by the top or bottom (depending on the orientation direction of the V shape) and no longer to the right or left.

The arrangement device may also comprise two elements arranged on either side of the ends of the spar.

Possibilités d'application industriellePossibilities of industrial application

The arrangement device according to the invention can advantageously be used in any type of place to make elements of arrangements such as for example a display, a partition, a vertical support or any other vertical or horizontal element that can be installed reliably, rigidly and solidly on any type of support, for example on uneven ground or not perfectly flat. It is clear from the description that the element for the arrangement device and the arrangement device according to the invention allows a precise adjustment and an effective play catchup regardless of the dimensional and shape tolerances of the different parts. The assembly obtained is thus reliable, rigid and solid while being simple to obtain.

It is understood that the examples described are only particular illustrations and in no way limiting the fields of application of the invention.
