Claims (8)
- Élément en couches compressibles (1) pour la réalisation d'une couverture de vernissage applicable à un cylindre d'imprimante à décalage pour un transfert de surimpression sur le papier, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une première couche compressible (2) et une seconde couche compressible (3) présentant une adhésion flexible au niveau de l'interface (4, 5), ladite première couche compressible (2) présentant une seconde face (6) opposée à l'interface (4, 5) et présentant des premiers moyens adhésifs (11) pour l'adhésion à un élément de transfert en couches (7) de ladite surimpression sur le papier, ladite seconde couche compressible (3) présentant une seconde face (8) opposée à l'interface (4, 5) et présentant des seconds moyens d'adhésion (12) pour l'adhésion à un élément de support en couches (9), ladite adhésion à l'interface (4, 5) entre lesdites première et seconde couches compressibles (2, 3) étant à la fois plus faible que la capacité d'adhérence de ladite première couche compressible (2) au dit élément de transfert en couches (7) assurée par lesdits premiers moyens adhésifs (11) et la capacité d'adhérence de ladite seconde couche compressible (3) au dit élément de support en couches (9) assurée par lesdits seconds moyens adhésifs (12).
- Élément en couches compressibles (1) pour la réalisation d'une couverture de vernissage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites première et seconde couches compressibles (2, 3) sont constituées d'un matériau élastomère.
- Élément en couches compressibles (1) pour la réalisation d'une couverture de vernissage selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ledit matériau élastomère comprend un mélange de caoutchoucs nitriles.
- Élément en couches compressibles (1) pour la réalisation d'une couverture de vernissage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites première et seconde couches compressibles (2, 3) sont constituées d'un matériau polymère.
- Élément en couches compressibles (1) pour la réalisation d'une couverture de vernissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites première et seconde couches compressibles (2, 3) présentent le même matériau de base, auquel a été ajouté des agents mousses ou moussant étant chimiquement identiques mais se trouvant dans des concentrations différentes ou étant chimiquement différents.
- Élément en couches compressibles (1) pour la réalisation d'une couverture de vernissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite seconde couche compressible (3) présente une épaisseur inférieure à ladite première couche compressible (2).
- Élément en couches compressibles (1) pour la réalisation d'une couverture de vernissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites première et seconde couches compressibles (2, 3) sont directement unies au niveau de l'interface (4, 5) sans interposer de substances adhésives, en exploitant uniquement leur compatibilité physico-chimique.
- Élément en couches compressibles (1) pour la réalisation d'une couverture de vernissage selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'union entre lesdites première et seconde couches compressibles (2, 3) est réalisée par étalement ou par calandrage ou par extrusion de l'une sur l'autre.
