Claims (15)

le poinçon longitudinal (3) est un parmi plusieurs poinçons longitudinaux (3) sur une tourelle à poinçons, qui tourne de façon synchrone avec la tourelle à tubes de moulage (1), toutefois, de préférence autour d'un axe distancé latéralement de l'axe de rotation de la tourelle à tubes de moulage dans une proportion telle que la tourelle à tubes de moulage (1) et la tourelle à poinçons soient alignées de façon coïncidente uniquement en position de découpe (11) et qu'un poinçon longitudinal (3) ne soit présent qu'en position de découpe. - Machine portionneuse suivant la revendication 10,
caractérisée en ce que
le poinçon longitudinal (3) est un parmi plusieurs poinçons longitudinaux (3) qui sont déplaçables le long d'un rail et en ce qu'une section partielle du rail fait partie intégrante du servovérin (4) en position de découpe. - Procédé de découpage d'un produit en forme de cordon (2) à découper en tranches (2a) de préférence de volume identique, au moyen d'une machine portionneuse suivant une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que- un pré-pressage du produit à découper (2) contre une tôle intermédiaire (26) a lieu au moyen du poinçon longitudinal (3),- après le pré-pressage, la tôle intermédiaire (26) est tournée de façon qu'en position de découpe (11), l'ouverture de la tôle intermédiaire (26) soit alignée avec le tube de moulage (1a) en position de découpe, et- ensuite, le produit à découper (2) est, en position de découpe, pressé dans le sens longitudinal (10) contre la plaque de butée (9) et découpé. - Procédé suivant la revendication 13,
caractérisée en ce que
une détermination du volume du produit à découper (2) a lieu par détermination de la position du poinçon longitudinal (3) dans le tube de moulage (1 a...) lors du pré-pressage ou lors du pressage définitif. - Procédé suivant la revendication 13 ou 14,
caractérisée en ce que
dans le cas d'une tourelle à tubes de moulage (1) constituée par des disques de tourelles individuels (5a, b), la pression des différents disques de tourelle (5a, b), les uns contre les autres, en état monté, est choisie de façon que de l'air ou du liquide enfermé dans le tube de moulage (1a) puisse s'échapper à travers les fentes (27) entre les disques de tourelle (5a, b) vers l'extérieur, lors du pressage longitudinal du produit à découper (2).
