Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung schafft eine Kartusche (100) zum Einsetzen in eine Zentrifuge (1200) und Zentrifugieren derselben, aufweisend eine erste Trommel (108), welche eine erste Kammer (124) aufweist, und eine Verstelleinrichtung (300), welche dazu eingerichtet ist, die erste Trommel (108) um deren Mittelachse (104) zu drehen, um dadurch die erste Kammer (124) wahlweise mit einer zweiten oder einer dritten Kammer (120, 122, 132, 136) leitend zu verbinden, oder eine erste Trommel (108), welche eine erste und eine zweite Kammer (124, 126) aufweist, und eine Verstelleinrichtung (300), welche dazu eingerichtet ist, die erste Trommel (108) um deren Mittelachse (104) zu drehen, um dadurch wahlweise die erste Kammer (124) mit einer dritten Kammer (120) oder die zweite Kammer (122) mit der dritten Kammer (120) leitend zu verbinden, wobei die Verstelleinrichtung (300) einen Aktor (139) aufweist, welcher die erste Trommel (108) um die Mittelachse (104) direkt oder indirekt bewegt.
