Claims (7)
- Système de mise en contact et de connexion basé sur des conducteurs en feuille (4, 5) insérés dans un boîtier, dans lequel les extrémités des conducteurs en feuille (4, 5) comprennent une partie de mise en contact (6) et sont superposées au moins partiellement et le boîtier est réalisé subdivisé dans le plan des conducteurs en feuille (4, 5) insérés, les parties de boîtier formant des demi-coques (1, 2), et des saillies (7, 8) en forme de poinçon sont prévues dans au moins une demi-coque (1, 2) qui provoquent une déformation de la partie de mise en contact (6), de telle sorte qu'il se produit une réduction de la résistance de contact électrique de la connexion,
caractérisé en ce que
entre les parties de mise en contact (6) orientées l'une vers l'autre, il est prévu un matériau non tissé conducteur adhésif double face ou revêtu d'une colle, qui relie mécaniquement et électriquement les extrémités des conducteurs en feuille (4, 5), et l'une des demi-coques de boîtier (2) comprend des saillies (8) en forme de tige et l'autre des demi-coques de boîtier (1) comprend des parties ou saillies cylindriques creuses (7), les saillies (8) en forme de tige et les parties ou saillies cylindriques creuses (7) étant réalisées de façon sensiblement complémentaire et congruente, afin de faire pénétrer sans perforation des éléments, marqués par la saillie respective en forme de tige (8), des parties de mise en contact (6) dans les parties ou saillies complémentaires (7). - Système selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
les demi-coques de boîtier (1, 2) sont reliées par une articulation à film ou en feuille. - Agencement selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
dans le boîtier se trouve un dépôt de colle (3) activable à la chaleur pour assurer une étanchéité après avoir fermé le boîtier. - Agencement selon l'une des revendications précédentes,

un rayon respectif est réalisé aux extrémités libres des saillies (8) en forme de tige. - Agencement selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
les moitiés (1, 2) du boîtier sont susceptibles d'être fixées entre elles au moyen d'une liaison à encliquetage (9). - Agencement selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que des ergots de centrage (10) et des retraits de centrage (11) se trouvent de préférence dans des zones en coin des demi-coques de boîtier (1,2). - Agencement selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
l'une au moins des demi-coques de boîtier (1,2) possède une forme en cuve aplatie.
