The present invention has for its object to provide a Rangierkupplung for track-guided vehicles, especially rail vehicles, with which different clutches are connectable, so that can be met with one and the same Rangierkupplung without changing the Rangierkupplung and minimizing setup times different maneuvering. In particular, a Rangierkupplung should be specified with which not only a UIC-hitch can be automatically coupled, but also full-line couplings and optional metro couplings can be coupled.
This object is solved by the subject matter of independent claim 1.
Accordingly, in particular a Rangierkupplung for track-guided vehicles, such as rail vehicles, proposed, wherein the Rangierkupplung has an interface for connecting the Rangierkupplung with a track-guided shunting. Furthermore, the shunting coupling according to the invention has a support structure connected to the interface and a coupling head changer connected to the support structure. The coupling head changer is used for preferably automatic replacement of coupling heads of different types and / or different types in a vertical coupling plane defined by the Rangierkupplung.
The achievable with the solution according to the invention are obvious: by providing a coupling head changer can be brought with one and the same shunting as needed, a coupling head of a special type or a special type in the vertical coupling plane defined by the Rangierkupplung, so that the Rangierkupplung then with a corresponding Counter coupling head of a vehicle to be ranked can be automatically connected. Since the coupling head changer has several coupling heads of different types or different types, which can be brought into the coupling plane of the jumper as needed, the shunting invention is suitable for coupling vehicles with clutches of different types or different types, in particular, no change of Rangierkupplung required is. Thus, with the shunting coupling according to the invention, different maneuvering tasks can be fulfilled, so that this is an extremely flexible system.
Advantageous developments of the solution according to the invention are specified in the subclaims.
Thus, in a preferred embodiment of the invention Rangierkupplung provided that the coupling head changer has a rotatably mounted on the support structure magazine carrier, wherein the magazine carrier has at least one connecting means for releasably securing a coupling head to the magazine carrier. In this embodiment, the coupling head changer is designed as a turret or carousel changer, so that, if necessary, the individual coupling heads are swung over the coupling head changer in the vertical coupling plane defined by the Rangierkupplung. Instead of the revolving or carousel solution in which the coupling heads are pivoted into the coupling plane of the maneuvering coupling via a circular movement, solutions are also conceivable, e.g. Solutions in which the coupling heads come in via a linear movement, i. in the vertical coupling plane defined by the Rangierkupplung be brought.
In a preferred development of the latter embodiment, in which the coupling head changer has a rotatably mounted on the support structure of the Rangierkupplung magazine carrier, it is provided that this magazine carrier has two opposing connecting means, via which simultaneously two coupling heads preferably of different types and / or different types the magazine carrier can be fastened. It is conceivable, for example, to connect a coupling head of the
In principle, the above-described turret or carousel solution of the coupling head changer is not only suitable for accommodating only two coupling heads. Accordingly, it is preferred if the magazine carrier has a number of connecting devices which are to be accommodated by the coupling head changer, wherein each connecting device is designed such that a coupling head can preferably be detachably connected to the connecting device.
Since a Rangierkupplung - in contrast to, for example, a transitional coupling - must be made relatively long, it is preferred in the present invention, when the coupling heads are pivoted by means of the coupling head changer in a horizontal pivoting movement in the coupling plane of the Rangierkupplung. In an easy to implement yet effective implementation of the magazine carrier with the support structure via a perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the support structure extending bolt is pivotally connected. Of course, other solutions are also conceivable here to bring the coupling heads by means of the coupling head changer via a horizontal pivoting movement in the coupling plane of the jumper.
In order that a coupling head pivoted in the coupling plane of the shunting coupling does not inadvertently swing out of the coupling plane, in a preferred development of the shunting coupling according to the invention, a detent is provided with which the magazine carrier can be locked in a specific position relative to the supporting structure.
In order to be able to adapt as large a number of different coupling head types as possible using the shunting coupling according to the invention, it is preferred if the coupling heads can be detachably connected to the magazine carrier. In particular, it is preferred if at least one connecting device of the magazine carrier has a modularized structure, to one also preferably modular coupling head to be able to connect to this connection device. The modular construction of the at least one connecting device of the magazine carrier guarantees an interface with which coupling heads of different types or different types can be connected to the magazine carrier without the connecting device having to be modified constructively for this purpose.
In a preferred realization of the solution according to the invention, the shunting coupling has a first coupling head accommodated in the coupling head changer and at least one further coupling head received in the coupling head changer, the coupling head changer being designed to selectively turn one of the coupling heads accommodated in the coupling head changer into the coupling plane. It is conceivable, in particular, that the first coupling head and / or the at least one further coupling head is a coupling head of the
Coupling head type 35 is suitable for vehicles that have no compressed air system and only control everything electrically. It is mainly used in regional and metro vehicles.
The coupling head type 330 is preferably used in metro and light rail vehicles, while the coupling head type 430 is a particularly lightweight type for low floor trams.
Coupling types 55 and 140 are special couplings that are particularly suitable for extremely high loads in harsh environments.
Preferably, not only the coupling devices of the coupling head changer, via which the coupling heads are connected to the coupling head changer, but also the coupling heads themselves are modular. In particular, it is advantageous if the coupling heads accommodated or to be received by the coupling head changer have a modular coupling head housing with an end plate preferably detachably fastened to the coupling head housing, the end plate having all design features defining the coupling head type. The coupling head housing should be modular and in particular have a coupling interface independent mechanical interface, via which the coupling head with a corresponding connection means of the coupling head changer is preferably releasably connectable. The modular design increases the flexibility and possible applications of the maneuvering coupling.
In principle, it is conceivable that the coupling head changer is manually operated in order to introduce a specific coupling head received by the coupling head changer into the vertical coupling plane of the maneuvering coupling. In a preferred embodiment of the solution according to the invention, however, a drive is assigned to the coupling head changer, which can be controlled via a controller such that a previously fixable coupling head of the coupling heads accommodated in the coupling head changer can be pivoted into the coupling plane of the maneuvering coupling. The drive here is in particular an electric, but also a pneumatic or hydraulic drive.
With regard to the support structure of the invention Rangierkupplung it is advantageous if this is designed as a open at its sides supporting frame, which has an upper support arm and a lower support arm, which are spaced apart such that a not in the coupling plane of the Rangierkupplung of the coupling head changer introduced, in particular pivoted, coupling head between the support arms is at least partially receivable. With this solution, the Rangierkupplung invention can be made very compact, at the same time not introduced into the coupling plane of the Rangierkupplung (swiveled) coupling head is at least partially protected from mechanical damage.
In a preferred embodiment of the latter embodiment, in which the support structure is designed as a support frame open on its sides, it is provided that the upper and lower support arm of the support frame are connected to each other at their rangierfahrzeugseitigen end and with the interface of the jumper.
With regard to the interface of the Rangierkupplung, it is conceivable to perform this so that the Rangierkupplung with the aid of a bolt in the vertical plane is pivotally articulated to the towing hook of the Rangierfahrzeuges and is supported against lowering below the nourished horizontal position. For this reason, it is provided in a development of the solution according to the invention that the interface of the Rangierkupplung has a horizontally extending bolt for pivotally hinging the support structure with the connected to the support structure coupling head changer on the shunting, the interface further comprises a supporting device for vertical support of the support structure , The horizontally extending bolt can replace, for example, the tow hook bolt of the optionally present on the shunting vehicle towing hook. It is also conceivable, however, for the maneuvering coupling to be suspended by way of the horizontally extending bolt in the mouth of the tow hook which may be provided on the maneuvering vehicle. In order to support the support structure vertically, it is conceivable that the Rangierkupplung can be supported by springs on the buffer pile of Rangierfahrzeuges and thereby preserved in the horizontal.
On the other hand, however, there is also a support device in question, which has a support structure with two support arms mounted at the ends of the horizontally extending bolt and connected to one another and a support punch arranged between the two support arms and connected to the support arms. This Abstützstempel can be connected for example via a spring element with the support arms of the support structure.
The use of a horizontally extending bolt to form the interface of the maneuvering coupling has the advantage that the supporting structure of the Rangierkupplung together with the coupling head changer about the horizontally extending bolt from a first horizontal position in which a coupling head connected to the coupling head with a mating coupling head of an adjacent vehicle is detachable, in a second vertical Position is pivotable, in which an optionally arranged on the shunting vehicle towing hook with a screw coupling of an adjacent vehicle can be coupled.
Alternatively to the articulation of the Rangierkupplung on the front side of a maneuvering vehicle by means of a horizontally extending bolt, but it is also conceivable to use a joint arrangement over which the support structure of the Rangierkupplung with the coupling head changer in a horizontal plane is pivotally connected to the shunting vehicle. In particular, it is advantageous if the joint arrangement is designed as Elastomerfedergelenkanordnung, wherein the Elastomerfedergelenkanordnung a fixedly connected to the shunting vehicle bearing block and a pivotally hinged to the bracket in a horizontal plane spring assembly has, via which the rangierfahrzeugseitige end portion of the support structure is connected to the bearing block. The provision of such a spring assembly has the advantage that occurring in maneuvering and transmitted over the support structure tensile and / or compressive forces can be damped and not directly introduced into the lower part of the Rangierfahrzeuges.
With regard to the crash safety, it is advantageous in the last-mentioned embodiment, in which the support structure can be connected to the shunting vehicle via a joint arrangement, if the spring assembly of the joint arrangement is pivotably articulated to the bearing block in a horizontal plane via at least one shearing element. After exceeding a critical impact force, the at least one shear element responds and loses its connection function, so that the spring assembly and the support structure connected to the spring assembly are released from the bearing block and thus removed from the power flow. This is necessary in that then lateral crash elements can be used.
In principle, it is advantageous if an energy dissipation and / or damping element is integrated in the support structure and preferably in the railing-vehicle-side end region of the support structure for damping tensile and / or compressive forces transmitted via the support structure during driving operation. The energy dissipation and / or damping element is preferably formed regeneratively, for example in the form of a spring device. Of course it is conceivable to use destructively formed eating elements, or a combination of destructive and regenerative components.
