Claims (11)

  1. Ensemble d'éléments de construction (10) comprenant deux ou plusieurs éléments de construction (10) ayant des raccords magnétiques pour former un ensemble formant jouet, chaque élément de construction (10) comprend:
    un corps de matière magnétiquement non conductrice muni d'au moins un trou traversant longitudinal ouvert (15) et d'une surface externe (11) ayant au moins une rainure longitudinale (16) s'étendant entre les surfaces d'extrémité (12) et s'ouvrant sur ces dernières; et
    dans lequel le raccord magnétique comprend une première barre magnétique (19) insérée et positionnée de manière coulissante et de façon amovible dans le trou traversant longitudinal (15) d'un élément de construction (10) de l'ensemble formant jouet, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend:
    un ergot métallique principal (18; 18') de matière ferromagnétique, pouvant être inséré et pouvant être positionné de manière coulissante et de façon amovible dans la rainure longitudinale (16) d'un premier élément de construction (10.1), la rainure longitudinale (16) étant munie de surfaces latérales de butée (21) pour retenir l'ergot métallique (18; 18');
    une extrémité d'une seconde barre magnétique (19), insérée dans le trou traversant (15) d'un deuxième élément de construction (10.2), est magnétiquement ancrée sur l'ergot métallique (18; 18') inséré dans la rainure longitudinale (16) du premier élément de construction (10.1); et
    l'autre extrémité de la seconde barre magnétique (19) est magnétiquement ancrée sur un élément de blocage ferromagnétique de retenue (22; 25; 31) ou sur un ergot métallique (18; 18') positionné dans la rainure longitudinale (16) d'un troisième élément de construction (10) de l'ensemble formant jouet.
  2. Ensemble d'éléments de construction (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ergot métallique (18; 18'; 25) a une longueur égale à ou différente de la longueur de la rainure (16), ou du trou traversant (15) des éléments de construction (10) de l'ensemble formant jouet.
  3. Ensemble d'éléments de construction (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de construction (10) comprend au moins un trou traversant transversal (17) qui croise le trou traversant longitudinal (15).
  4. Ensemble d'éléments de construction (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de construction (10) comprend au moins une rainure (16') s'étendant de manière transversale par rapport au trou longitudinal (15) sur au moins une surface latérale (11).
  5. Ensemble d'éléments de construction (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un ergot métallique supplémentaire (25) se conformant au trou traversant longitudinal (15) ou au trou traversant transversal (17) de l'élément de construction (10) de l'ensemble formant jouet.
  6. Ensemble d'éléments de construction (10) selon la revendication 1 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de construction (10), les barres magnétiques (19) et les ergots métalliques (18; 18'; 25) ont une forme linéaire ou en arc.
  7. Ensemble d'éléments de construction (10) selon la revendication 1 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le trou traversant longitudinal (15) et les rainures (16) des éléments de construction (10), aussi bien que les barres magnétiques (19) et les ergots métalliques (18; 18'; 25) présentent une forme cylindrique et/ou polygonale.
  8. Ensemble d'éléments de construction (10) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'ergot métallique supplémentaire (25) présente au moins un trou traversant transversal (27).
  9. Ensemble d'éléments de construction (10) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'ergot métallique supplémentaire (25) comprend au moins une surface plane latérale (28).
  10. Ensemble d'éléments de construction (10) selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre:
    un premier ensemble d'éléments de structure allongés en forme de barre (19) pouvant être magnétiquement ancrés, ayant un pôle magnétique à chaque extrémité;
    un deuxième ensemble d'éléments de structure à forme (18, 22) en matière ferromagnétique; et
    un troisième ensemble d'éléments de construction modulaires (10), en matière non magnétique, chaque élément de construction (10) ayant des surfaces d'épaulement mutuelles s'accouplant latérales et d'extrémité (11, 12).
  11. Ensemble d'éléments de construction selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de construction (10) peuvent être sélectionnés à partir d'un premier groupe d'éléments de construction (10.1) ayant une longueur modulaire de base; et
    au moins un deuxième groupe d'éléments de construction (10.2, 10.3, 23), ayant une longueur modulaire plus petite que la longueur des éléments de construction (10.1) du premier groupe.
